1. For anyone that has even a passing interest in whistling, this book is a must-have. David Harp is an experienced teacher, and he covers everything: mouth physiology, music theory, techniques for improving your current whistling, and information on his favorite practitioners of this portable music. I consider myself an experienced whistler, and I learned a lot from this entertaining and enjoyable book.



2. Being a full time professional whistler, I was surprised at the excellent insight into the art shown by David Harp. He may not be a full time "pro" but you would never be able to tell it by reading this well done book.



3. This book comes with a RECORD! I haven't had a record player in a decade so the usefulness was limited. It could be terrific but without a record player I will never know.



4. I have read this book and have used it to teach people to whistle. I had the pleasure of receiving my copy from the author him self. David did a great job this is the book to learn how whistle. Unless you have a pro whistler handy to give private lessons. I am a two time Grand Champion Whistler this is the book to start with.

1. Good book to get you started. Has practical routines and will definately get you started into bugling at a economic price. Keep in mind that there are many web sites that will give you reference to how calls are played once you get started with this book. There is a embouchure difference of opinion with many other instructors as to lip placement. It ultimately comes down to personal preference.



2. Simple to use, easy read, clear instructions, can't ask for anything more from a book.



3. There is great information in the bugle learning book. I would recomend it to anyone learning how to sound that horn.



4. for the price of this book it was full of good stuff. It has good lymeracs in it.
