And yes, it is 2 gallons, plus a bit. Very generous size, and the full handle makes it easy to both carry and pour.

1. having wasted money on cheaper pruners before, it was about time to buy a decent set.
   
   The lower handle doesn't open like with a regular 'scissor' style - it rolls down the palm of the hand. To close regular pruners, you almost have to 'curl' your fingers in, this pruner allows you to 'fold' your fingers in at the knuckle.
   
   try this to see what i mean -
   with your hand palm up, thumb straight out to the side. Fold your fingers at the knuckle so they cover your palm. That's how these pruners cut.
   
   now, try using a regular pair of pruners or scissors to see the difference.
   
   After half a garden of pruning with these, it feels a LOT better than it did with other pruners.
   
   If you've not got the strongest hands in the world, this pruner is for you - it allows you to use the force of your whole hand at the same time not just a few fingers. This same action makes using the pruner while wearing gloves a lot easier too.



2. these work very well-easy on the hands- I just bought the toro ratcheting pruners for about $11 and they work as good or even better. both good products.



3. Bypass are being used to cut anything " green" within it's cutting capability, and because when you squeeze and cut, the handle you pull up also rotates to reduce figer fatigue, you might lose grip when wearing gloves, so remember to use this line of pruner bare handed, cuts great under normal posture, also with palm down position, not so when palm facing up, so you switching hands to do the job, and that's when you will find out the power gear handle only rotates clockwise, and the design is not useful in your left hand, so left hand user beware.

1. You have to be careful because it doesn't fit all faucets they have to be thin or it won't fit. Then you're stuck with it because to return it wasn't worth the money.



2. Great gadget! Provides a way to connect a garden hose to the kitchen sink faucet. Sure beats hauling water outdoors when you don't have an outdoor water source.



3. Not sure how this product is expected to work but it didn't fit any of the faucets in our house



4. What isn't clear in the sales description of this faucet
   connector is that it's a 'snap on' type, rather than
   'screw on' and doesn't work with stylized kitchen
   faucets of the arched style.

1. These pruners are both a great value and a great product. They are light weight, making them easy to carry around while doing yard work. They have a double bonus of no pinch points. I would recommend these pruners to anyone who like anvil pruners.



2. I bought this item several years ago, sold as the True Value Hardware brand, but obviously an unmarked Fiskars item. It fits well in a pants pocket, the little latch can be operated one-handed, never has gotten dull, never has rusted, never has broken, cuts almost anything up to 1/2".
   And it has the anvil pruner advantage of not slipping by or around what you're cutting.

1. Great for watering a few or as I do 50 some odd plants. Its great that the spout is clear.



2. I was looking for a compact watering apparatus to water my herb garden. This unit fit the bill perfectly! The folding spout feature keeps the unit compact when not in use, and I appreciate the sure grip handle. To top it off, the unit comes in different colors, if that matters to you. Another great product from Oxo.



3. Small, easy to use & store (just twist spout around in a trice), works well, doesn't leak. Very good service. Since I don't need the sprinkler-head spout tip, I store it inside the can, leaving it there when I water plants. I think I could have tied it to the handle, but was too lazy, and it doesn't seem to cause a problem.

1. I love this whole line of hooks. I wish it was a little deeper, though, as I have very long hoses.



2. Haven't put a hose on it, but it hold all kinds of other stuff. You need this thing, too!



3. This is a good sturdy garden hose hanger for mounting on a narrow post, which I did simply by using screws, i.e., without the system mounting hardware.

1. Once up and running, this unit will easily pump water at a rate equal to, or exceeding, typical faucet pressure. I have pumped water up hill 25 feet to power a lawn sprinkler for hours on end with no problems. While self-priming (once you've added water to the pump itself), I've found it can be slow to self prime with long intake hose or pumping up hill. I have also found that typical garden hoses cannot cope with the suction of the intake and tend to pucker and constrict --you'll need a truly ridged and heavy duty hose on this end. This is not a problem on the outflow hose where any normal hose will likely work just fine. Be aware that his model requires some regular maintenance every 100 hours to maintain warranty. The heavy-duty metal construction of the unit itself has proven solid and durable. I was disappointed that the supplied intake strainer attachment used a male connector but the female connector is needed to connect the hose to the pump. Supplying an adapter or strainer with a female connector seems called for.



2. The pump is pumping as I write and while it is much louder than the sump pump under my house...it is transfering water from 4 feet under ground out to the street 100 feet away. Primes quickly once you fill the pump via a bolt hole in the top. I tried to draw the water up from my inground tank using a contractor grade hose, but the hose was getting squeezed almost shut from the pumps suction. I went to the hardware store and got 3/4" PVC and that works great...much better flow. Great product and it would have received 5 stars, but it is a bit louder than I expected...not a problem though since I will only run it 2 hours a couple times a month in the winter.



3. Very well made. Very powerful. Two garden hose connectors in box. Used pump to purge air from hot water heat zone. It easily forced water through and eliminated air from a 100' long zone that supplied a home's second storey. I used rigid 3/4" PVC for intake as pump's suction caused intake garden hose to collapse restricting pump's water flow. No state tax, Free shipping, and $30 less expensive than local rural stores. Arrived in four days.



4. I use this pump to empty an above gound pool. I purchased a sturdy 15' hose for the intake and have had no problems. Like another reviewer noted, I had to buy an adapter for a few bucks to connect the filter onto the input hose end. I connect the output to my sprinkler system and get as much or more power then from the normal water supply. (after 30 minutes the sprinklers stopped, turned out their filters were plugged. Since then I've tied a screen around the intake filter to catch the small derbis and all it well). The only complain I have is that rust comes out of the output side for a few seconds each time I use it. The cast iron must be rusting internally. This may mean nothing or may cause a problem in the long term. For what it's worth, I now empty the pump when I'm finished and spray WD40 thru the input/output holes. Overall, I'm very staisfied with this product.



5. Wayne 1/2 HP 115-Volt Transfer Water Pump, Cast Iron #PC4
   
   This is a fantastic pump. For a half horsepower pump, it sure has a fantastic volume and speed capability. It's equipped with convenient brass fittings to make most hookups easier. A terrific value, especially considering the reasonable price. Wayne also has a fine selection of accessories for use with this pump. A real good buy!
