1. The Video "Vegetable Gardening", as I mentioned before is a very interesting and educational video. The "steps" shown in this video on how to have your own "backyard" vegetable garden, are very simple to follow but at the same time exiting. I've learned a lot because there were things that I knew about but didn't know how to execute, and there were others that I didn't know anything about. Thank you !!

1. This video is too simplistic. It assumes the do-it-yourself installer will have no problems with the process. This video should include things like; How to handle uneven floors, How to correct for gaps, How to cover stairs, Should the hardwood floor be stored in the room for several days before installation, etc.

1. By reviewing this video, I was able to make my grandmothers house much safer for her.
   The author of the video also recomended some great products that I bought, to make my Grandmothers every day tasks much more convenient. I bought the the products that the author suggested from my local Osco drug store, so they were very easy to find.
   This video is great!



2. This video was great for my Grandmother to watch.After she reviewed it, we went down to our local Osco Drug store and purchased a few of the itme that the author suggested.
   This video has made my grandmothers house much safer and convenient. Every elderly person should watch this video and make the added adjustments to their home enviroment with the equipment that the lady suggested in this video.
   Now, I do not have to worry about her when I am on the road!!



3. INCREDIBLY informative. The video offers the necessary information for those that care and are taking responsibility of their family and friends. After reviewing the information, I realized there were situations that needed to be addressed for the healthful daily living of the ones in need. I was also reminded of what a small investment and a little time could do to improve the day to day struggles . The video also offered a personal peace of mind that I have done everything I could, to help and prevent situations that present themselves during the days of elderly living.
   After watching it, I've only wondered why it took so long for someone to realize the needs of those that brought us into this world....and that's were I'm reminded of the caring intelligence of Mrs. Linda Schlenker, the author of this video.
   A MUST SEE VIDEO....and Iook forward to the success of this information for the good of everyones health.



4. I actually bought this video too late. Both my mother and mother-in-law fell within 24 hours of each other. These women are not what I consider "elderly"- in their early 70's - and healthy. However, their balance, depth perception, bone strength, etc., are starting to deteriorate.

   My mother-in-law is facing a very lengthy rehabilitation on her hand & wrist, and my mother still has pain when walking. This all could have been avoided if we had followed some of the very simle and easy to implement techniques that Ms. Schlenker demonstrates. Don't wait until it's too late!!!!!




5. A fall can have serious consequences for seniors. This well designed, informative video is a must have for seniors living on their own and wanting to stay safe and maintain their independence.

1. Many "How To" instructional materials miss a lot when they tackle a complex subject like hanging and taping drywall. What they tend to miss are the little details that can mean the difference between gaining an overview of the subject and having an in depth understanding BEFORE you start. Myron Ferguson has a discerning eye not only for his craft but also for the needs of the novice willing to tackle it. He is unhurried and unpretentious and is willing to make a mistake in the video in order to let the viewer see how to handle it. Read his book and watch the video and you will be ready to do a quality job on ANY drywall project with information readily at hand that is all too often left out of other publications. It is easy to read, easy to understand and easy to follow.

   I garnered so much useful information from his video and book that I started my own drywall business after only a couple months of practical experience with a local drywall contractor. In most contracting professions this would be unheard of. Myron's video and book made all the difference. I am now competitive in my field and am completely satisfied.

1. This video is junk. The first hint was the Chevrolet ad on the front cover of the VHS box. Then the first 3 minutes is an ad for a Chevy van. Half way through the video they make a trip to the hardware store, in their new Chevy van. They then explain that these ads are important because the video would have been more expensive if they didn't have the advertisement.
   
   In the video all windows and doors went into perfectly level and plumb frames. No trouble shooting or hints. For example they installed some new french doors. He says, lets check to see if the threshold is level? Perfect, ok, let's nail it up. Oh, and they hammer in all nails. No pneumatic nailers or cordless drills. 1/3 of the video is watching them hammer in nails. What a waste of my time and money.
   
   If you want a great video "Tom Law" has an excellent video. "Gary Katz" has a very good book and so does "Scott McBride.
