1. I purchased this book about two weeks ago at a Women's Conference PRIOR to Devi Titus presenting a teachinig on Chapter 4 - about the table. I am so glad that I did, just wish that I had waited to get it autographed. Inciteful, and perfect for the successful woman who has made everything a priority but her home (I am/was guilty). An easy read and a great devotional book, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.



2. This book is a must-have for any woman who cares at all about her home and her family! It should be the foundation for every mariage! If you ever have an opportunity to hear Devi or Marilyn teach these concepts in person, do so!



3. First of all, this book is BEAUTIFUL and would look perfect on any coffee table. Secondly, the content is awesome and any woman would benefit greatly from reading it. It is full of ideas for the home (like cleaning tips) it also has a recipe chapter full of easy to make meals for your family. I have already purchased an extra copy to give as a wedding gift and it was a hit! For those who care (like me) it is packed with pictures and color inside. This one is worth the money!



4. Beautiful and full of great information to tranform your home in to a Christian haven for your family.



5. This was such a great book - very refreshing. With all of the reading out there on housekeeping, it was nice to read something from a Biblical perspective that renewed my belief that a major part of a woman's purpose is creating a beautiful home....not just one that's asthetically pleasing, but one that is filled with good things and God things! This book has great recipes, great ideas for setting the table and is a great inspiration for "home" makers.

1. This is a great reference book. I have been in catering for 15 years, and there is a lot of stuff in this book I never knew!



2. The book is good, however I can only print 25 pages every 10 days, so in about 6 months, I will have my printed book. I am very disappointed in the fact that I was very mislead in buying this book, it doesn't tell you that you can only print minimal pages and can only use the e-book from your home. Well, I don't work at home, I work in a hotel. I will not buy from Amazon again because they did nothing to help me with this matter.



3. I had to buy this book to study for a catering certification test, and I was anticipating a dull, dry rehash of things I already knew after 5 years as a caterer. But, I was pleasantly surprised. It is written in a most readable manner, and I learned so much I didn't know, which makes me so much more professional. I recommend it highly.



4. This book was exactly what I needed after being out of the catering sales business for a few years. It covers it all! I would definitely reccommend!!

1. This book is a classic. Everyone who studies or works with concrete should own this book. It is technically superior to all others, yet easy to read. It has always been my first (and sometimes, only) reference.



2. A thorough and complete coverage of concrete material. Clearly written and easy to understand. Great for students and professionals.

1. I am a thrift conscious consumer, i.e. college student. I was looking for helpful ways to reduce my outrageous heating bill in the blistery north. I thought this would be a great book, it was cheap and promised 100 tips. I considered buying the other books in the series and I'm glad I didn't.
   
   It's not that it was a bad book per se but it was not as insightful as I hoped. All the information in the book can be found on the internet, your local hardware store, or even given out by your utility provider. Needless to say I was disappointed to find that not only did I not learn anything new but all the information was available from many free sources.

1. I was looking for house plans that had the major rooms on the front of the house overlooking a view. The title led me to believe I would find that type of home in this book. I did not. Also, most of the plans were very complicated with multiple roof angles and expensive building items.



2. I found this book to offer just what I was looking for! I wanted to find home plans with water oriented views and interesting and fanciful exteriors for my vacation beach home.

1. I bought this book expecting it to be an explanation of how to build a brick oven. Far from it. If you want history and sixty pages of "facts" this is your book, if you actually are researching to build an oven it won't do.
