  1. just a note to be aware that the picture of the four blue jaws with screws is not what you get. Be sure to look at the pictures that have "Tall Jaws" in the corner. These are what you get. Also there are two, not four. Amazon should update the pictures and description.

  2. When using the All in One Bench Clamps these Tall Jaws give a good grip. I especially like them with the Double Grip Bench Clamps, I put them on the bottom and whatever I attach the clamp to it grips extra tight. All in One Clamp T-50 50-Inch Double Grip Bench Clamp with T-track

5 comments about Sonin DT220 Inchmate 2000 Measurement Conversion Calculator.
  1. The basic functions are the best! Need to divide 23 9/16" by 5. Or find out how many inches 24.5cm is! No Problem!

I find I use this calculator everytime I'm in the workshop or Home Depot shoping for materials.

If there's a negative I'd say that the cover can be awkward to close in a hurry. Great tool otherwise!

  2. Go with calculated industries if you need a calculator for work in the construction field. I bought 5 of these for my crew and they all broke within 3 months. The construction master series by calculated industries will last years under the same conditions. These are only good if you just need it for desk work.

  3. I only used the sonin 2000 for stairs and rafters and to be perfectly honest it worked every time the given numbers worked like a charm and it was fast and easy.
If I had anything bad to say about the inchmate it would be that it broke the very first time I dropped it from a 6' ladder.
Another major issue is that I only paid 19.95 for it at a Menards home improvement center now it's online for 39.00 somethings wrong. At that price the construction master is a much better buy.

  4. I am a hobby woodworker and I am constantly adding, subtracting and dividing mixed numbers - decimals and fractions. I was really happy to discover this little calculator. The directions are easily understood and it gets the job done! No more manual conversions! If there is a better product on the market I have not discovered it.

  5. This is a very good, functional calculator which allows you to calculate numerous kinds of problems. I primarily use it for my woodworking and it comes in handy while I am figuring my lumber needs and costs. I also do concrete work on the side occasionally, and this also has a quick function to figure how many yards of concrete I will need as well as the cost without having to re-enter all my numbers. It comes with some standard, preset numbers for some of the construction features, but most you can reprogram to your specific needs. It is also great to be able to convert your numbers into any form of measurement you might need. I know a lot of things I do, and instructions I read, have either mm, cm, inches, or a variation of these and you are expected to know the equivalents off the top of your head. This calculator makes it easy -- by pushing any of the measurement keys it transforms your number into it's equivalents.

It does have it's faults too. It is made of cheap plastic and I am afraid if I drop it or set something heavy on it, that it will break. But being cautious or finding a case for it will solve this problem.

It also gives you errors, which I assume can be pretty frustrating especially when you enter a complicated problem. But it does have a "back" feature will take you back a step or two in hopes of correcting it. This is not by all means a "solve-all" feature though. But, if you take care when entering you formula or problem and make sure you enter everything right, as well as follow the clear help and examples in the owners manual, the errors can definatly be minimized. Practice also makes perfect.

    I would recommend this product.

  1. These are really cute. Not in a good way. Smaller than i thought. Broke in my hand while trying to use as pliers on a simple task. Screw drivers akward to use because you are trying to spin tiny open pliers on its end while pushing downward. It is better than nohing, if stranded, in the wilderness, with no hope of finding a shreds metal to be used as improvised tools. They are shiny though.

  2. Last summer, I was camping with my church. Stupid me, forgot my tool box at home. Needed to wire a plug for 220volts for an espresso machine to work with the service panel at the camp ground. With this and my handy Swiss Army knife (knife only) I put it all together. This is just 1 of a million times I've needed a screw driver or pliers for something and only had this on hand. No, it's not like using a full size driver but it's 1000 times better than nothing. I love it....

  3. I borrowed one of these little tools a friend had and thought it was great. So I ordered several as small gifts for friends. But the items I ordered were NOT the same as my friends.

The image is "polished stainless steel", but mine came as a rough feeling dark grey. Color is not a big deal, but the tools working properly is. My friends swisstech had "made in usa" stamped on it and even though it was old - was still in perfect working condition.

The Swisstech tools are now made in china and they feel like it. Hard to close, when you open it to use as pliers, the "arms" don't stay in place and make it very hard to use.

    I am VERY dissapointed.

    -William Donnell

  4. Looks cool. Small and solid. Interesting folding mechanism. Grabs your key ring. Teeny pliers and screwdrivers.

Whoops! Too small. Too flexy. Too hard to use. Falls off the key ring. Gets lost.

    Nope, not again.

5 comments about Dalluge DDT16 16 Ounce DDT16 Titanium Hammer.
  1. Watch Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/RIZVQ2HELO1Z6 The head design is identical to the new Douglas Hammers, but made of Titanium!!! Functionally works same, take a look.
Unique Side Nail puller for Concrete Forming.

But it also holds Duplex Nail, try that with your other hammer.

Best of all worlds, Titanium, Hickory, Side Nail, Magnetic Nail Holder, Lightweight, Low Stress and Vibration.

  2. I own a bunch of framing hammer as I collect them, this dalluge is one of the best balanced one I've handled yet. Add to that its a fine looking model as well.

  3. Great hammer while last for a long while. I use mine everyday all day for a month now and is in good shape. For use by a proffesional carpenter.

  4. Okay, so I love the hammer but I do ariel rigger. I was banging on hand rail and a spark came off and fell 40 feet to the floor. Just not what I am used too. It is a month old and there are "chips" missing from the "nail pull". Should that happen? this is my first "T" hammer. So sparks and chipping may be normal. I am just not used to it. More later.

  5. I own a couple of titanium hammers, but this one is by far my favorite. It drives nails without a problem. The design is licensed from Douglas hammers. If you have ever used a Douglas hammer, the you know what I'm talking about. I still use my 20oz Douglas hammer, but now this is what I grab first. The Dalluge is 4oz less in weight, but drives the nails just as good. You get the weight benifit of titanium combined with the perfect design of a Douglas hammer. However, I still don't know how well titanium holds up over time (compared to steel), so I always keep my Douglas with me.

  1. I use this clamp with Kreg's pockethole jig and has been very useful. It has many more uses. You won't be dissappointed with this clamp. The quality of the steel is very good.

  2. I returned this product. I own a Kreg pocket jig machine that is of very high quality, so I ordered these clamps thinking they would be the same, somewhere along the standards of a Vice Grip. Unfortunately, the clamps sent had no Kreg markings on it anywhere and were almost identical to a clamp I saw in Harbor Freight for $3.99. They were cheap and flimsy and of no use to me. I was very disappointed, hence the return.

  3. It does the job but the construction is cheap and lightweight . I do not recommend it.
