1. An excellent bargin. This tool is great for the average home inspector or contractor. It does not give you the actual % of moisture but will tell you wether a stain is wet or dry. This is ideal for crawl spaces and attics where you have one hand on a flashlight and the meter in the other. Plus the leds make it easy to read in those dark place inspectors go.



2. Two design flaws hinder this product: The test button is too easily depressed. I kept this in my work bag and the battery was drained within two-months. Second, the test light may still work with low battery power, leading you to believe the sensor is broken when the red lights don't work. I almost threw it away, since it was only $15.00 + shipping. Dri-Eaz WetCheck was more durable, but a little more expensive.



3. Product has indicators for various (3) degrees of "wetness", but expect to use only two Dry or Wet. Even the slightest amount of moisture will return a Wet result. Other than that the product is fine. Sonin 50210 14% to 20% Pin LED Wood, Concrete, Plaster, Carpet and More Moisture Meter



4. The Sonin 50210 works as advertised. It's a good value for occasional users. Yes, it could have a more user friendly design but that's trumped by good value.

1. The numbers on this rule should be on the inside. With them being on the outside, you can't use this rule to measure anything unless it is fully opened. With it partially opened it doesn't lie flat. Why they make it this way is beyond me.



2. This is a 1066D. It is primarily used for its Engineering scale, which is inside-read, which IS on the proper side for it to be used as intended. If you want a Red-end rule (two-way), that can be read flat both left and right, get a 966.

1. All of the Jorgensen clamps I have used in the last 35 years of wood working have,as advertised, done the job. I have tried other brands and for one reason or another they have not performed as well. I would recomend Jorgensen to any serious wood worker.



2. Say you have a cabinet door to assemble or repair, are you going to dig out 3/4 inch pipe clamps? I hope you don't use a heavy, cumbersome tool for all of your assembly and repair. A raised panel door is not too awfully complex but it does deserve to be treated delicately and thoughtfully. These clamps seem to be intended for cabinet doors. Lighter than a Bessey K-body or a Jorgenson (or any other brand) 1/2 inch pipe clamp, they are just as versatile, plenty strong and every bit as adjustable. The handle screws tight just like a Bessey K-body and the clamping pads are a good 2 inches or more from the bar. This gives you the same reach as a comparable Bessey and far more than most pipe clamps. I've built a lot of cabinet doors and done tons of repairs to cabinets and furniture. I'd be miserable without these. Also if you're looking for this type of clamp, check Irwin. Thier clutch locking clamps are a little more affordable, not as high quality. I definitely prefer the screw down handle over the Quick Grip or the Grip-Lock for fine tuning a good glue joint. BUY AT LEAST 4 !!!

4. I am familiar with Jorgensen's reputation for quality tools, and this clamp is no exception. I purchased two 18 inchers and will also purchace at least two more 12 inchers from the same company.
   
   They are the clamp I reach for first when I want solid clamping for a work piece. They are easy to operate, quick adjustability clamping and releasing. I have other clamps with the ratchet type clamping action. They are also good but do not provide the firm clamping action that is often needed for woodworking projects.
   I would highly recommend the Jorgensen clamps for anyone that is looking for high quality clamps.



5. very robust bar clamps. i bought a few of them last year and am very satisfied with them. they are more robust than the besseys. the only problem could be that their shoes marr the workpiece but i do not mind because i always use thin plywood as step shoes. they are also larger than the besseys. a must.

1. I bought this due to the price since I needed something for wiring my new house with CAT5E and a couple of rooms for home theater systems. It worked fairly well - the tape itself was quite rigid, but the case and handle were very cheap plastic and didn't feel very sturdy. This became evident after rolling up the tape after my very last run (I got lucky) because the handle snapped right off while winding.
   
   As cheap as it was, I see no sense in going for a refund since the return shipping was going to cost more than the product.
   
   I can't really recommend it as it is so flimsy that the one you buy may not even last as long as mine. A 50' or 25' model may fair a little better if it's not so difficult to wind (less stress on the handle), but I can't really say with any certainty.
