- We love you product...but would like to know if you sell parts for this product. We have owned two of these hacksaws and have broken the front part that holds the saw blade in. Do you have this part for sale?
- You can't find one any better. The tension adjustment is awesome and locks tight. No other hacksaw comes close. One word of advice, Do not over-tighten the tension adjustment. This will result in broken parts. The saw I have now is 6 years old and still in good working order. Even if it does look pretty rough, there's NO RUST. It has a set of 90 degree pins that you will usually use and a set of 45 degree pins for use in close quarters. Stop looking, this is the one.
- LOVE THE ITEM!! THIS IS THE 2ND ONE I HAVE PURCHASED!!

5 comments about Johnson Level & Tool #9848-HH 48" Aluminum Box Beam Level.
- Got this set when it was on sale for a rediculous price. Product is great for the price.
Amazon wraped it in cardboard and shipped it. It arrived with half the cardboard missing. Being a level I was upset and asked for a replacement which they sent. Packaged the same way and arrived in a similar manner. They wanted me to send the original back. It would have cost me more to buy the box and ship it back than to send me a new one.
- I use this all of the time. I just recently helped a good friend of mine build a new shed. We used both of these continuously and throughtout the whole project. Plus, I like the fact that it is yellow and really easy to see. A+++++++
- Outstanding quality. However, I've seen an Empire set that was even better for around $40. I put that in my cart, but didn't attempt to buy until a couple days later - price went back up to $84 dollars.
However, this Johnson set was I think $15 or $20. For the money, you just can't beat that. The bubble vials are fully encased in plastic - don't think they will ever break or get knocked out of plumb.
Overall, very pleased with this purchase.
- Well what can one say, it's a level :)
The levels themselves are over sized and work well. The yellow color helps ensure you can spot the thing easily enough. I have 2 four foot levels, this one and a cheap fiberglass frame one that is also yellow. The fiberglass one I've dropped many times and it's held together fine. This one though I've never dropped it and I dunno that I'd want to. it's metal, but for some reason I think if i were to drop it hard, might be the end of it... Guess I won't know till I do
- First off, you get what you pay for. Paying 36 dollars for a 48" level doesn't get a Stabila. This level is made in China. One vial was somehow, stuck, meaning, it took a lot to make the bubble move. Therefore, the level isn't very sensitive, and therefore, not very accurate. This one's going back, and I'll just stop trying to cut corners, and get a Stabila.

5 comments about Stanley 55-515 12-inch Wonderbar Pry Bar.
- For those of us that work sitting on their backsides all day, there is nothing quite like going home and destroying something at night to take out some tension. The pry bar is the perfect tool for this task.
The 12 1/2" pry bar may be a bit too short for the largest jobs, but this size is a perfect size for the majority of jobs. Whether ripping out drywall, removing molding, pulling stubborn nails, or popping tiles, this is the tool. The tool is angled differently at each end. One end is for popping items like nails. The other end is better for prying tiles, for example. Because of the different angles, you gain different levels of leverage. This is the tool for home (destruction) improvement.
- Having owned two of these pry bars for years, I must say this is a must-own tool if you plan on doing any sort of extensive renovation - especially if it requires any sort of ripping-out, tearing-down, or prying-loose activities. I have beat on this bar with a hammer, used it to pry loose uncountable objects, pulled thousands of nails with it and I cannot fathom an occasion when it would break.
Extremely useful and quite indestructible!
- This little pry bar gets the the job done. The size is great. The steel is strong. I just wish the manufacturer had used a little more care in production. There's notable sputter along some of the edges, and, as noted in other reviews, the edges could use with a little grinding so it fits better between those boards you're ready to pry apart.
- As is stated in the title, this thing does it all. I have used it extensively now for every home improvment project I have taken on. My wife, who loves the demolition part of home improvement, has now gotten one of her own. This thing has never let me down. I have removed trim, nails, plywood subfloor, and even a shower with this tool and it never quits. I own two and I have a son on the way, so I will probably by a third

- The original Wonderbar is a a useful tool for for a lot of things but its not really great at anything. It would be a good choice for someone who is just getting started and doesn't have any other pry bars or someone that needs to travel light. It does help to sharpen both ends with a grinder. Definitely not indestructible as I have broken one of these, and I am not a big guy. Broke at bend while prying a couple of 2x apart.
For small delicate jobs like removing trim I like the Red Devil Scrape-n-Pry and for serious work I use a 36" wrecking bar. Why strain yourself when you can just use a longer lever? For pulling nails the Shark Grip nail pullers cannot be beat. The Wonder Bar can do all of these things, it just doesn't do any of them as well as the specialized tools do.

2 comments about Knipex 8605180 7-Inch Pliers Wrench - Comfort Grip.
- Have you ever tried to use a regular adjustable wrench? You know - the kind with the little swirl under the jaws you try and try to rotate to get a good grip on a bolt - only to have the jaws loosen up just as you try to turn the bolt or nut? Or maybe try to use one on a bolt with rounded corners - only to discover that the tips of the adjustable wrench are not stable - and it slips and finishes rounding off what little bit of shape was left on the bolt head?
Well - HERE IS THE ANSWER!
These Knipex Plier Wrenches are the best thing since sliced bread, if you need an adjustable wrench THAT WORKS. They are GREAT! I have several of these in my personal tool box, and I absolutely LOVE THEM! If you need an adjustable wrench - GIVE A SET OF THESE A TRY. You will fall in love with them and wonder how you got along without them for so long!
This tool gets 5 stars - only because I can not give it 6! EXCELLENT!
- I've owned this pair of pliers for a number of years and find it absolutely indispensable. It opens to 1-3/8" and will also handle a tiny nut or bolt. Very strong and firm grip, far better (and more compact) than an adjustable wrench. When I get called to fix something in the house, the three tools that always go with me are this tool, the Knipex 7" Cobra pliers (another superb tool you should have), and a Snap-On removable blade screwdriver set I bought 30+ years ago. Even though I'm an admitted tool-a-holic, these three tools would be instantly replaced if I ever lost them.
Knipex makes some of the best tools I've seen. Go out on the web and download their catalog to see the variety of things they make. This set of pliers will far outlast you.

5 comments about FastCap PSSR16 16 FastPad Standard Reverse Measuring Tape.
- You will find most 16' tape measures on the market are basically toys. I have found only two that are made to almost the same standard as the more popular twenty-five footers. The Fast Cap is the better of the two. As a professional I will go through about four of these a year. Cheap enough, but I would rather pay more for higher quality, which I just can't find. My rating for this product is in comparison to other sixteen footers.
- These tapes, like the other Fast Cap tapes offer a lot of nice features but their quailty control stinks. Despite that, I still keep buying them. The durability of this as with most tools is a result of how they are used. I've not had any blade breakage issues, but the clips do tend to wear out and break off. Not a big deal if you keep it in your pouch. The pencil sharpener is a great feature as is the write on pad. I use the flat tape quite a bit and the lefty/righty is one of my favorites. I rarely need a jumbo 30' tape with a 10' standout, (that's what lasers were made for) so this 16 footer works well for me and fits in my pouch, and hand nicely. I have found some of them to be 1/16th off, but I can work with that. In fact if you compare a Stanley to a Lufkin to a Starrett to a Berger etc, none will match up exactly to each other. All in all, a nice tape at a good price.
- Since the clip on the end does not slide, you end up about a 16" off when you measure between to objects. The numbers are large and easy to read. You don't get any symbols blocking the tick marks.
- Tape measure has worked with out breaking and is easy to read. The pencil sharpener is difficult to use and is not a reason to buy this tape measure.
- it`s really handy ,and that writing pad is really cool ,now i can write my measurements down and have it ready when i need it .But tape is 1/16 off ,which sometimes makes differences .On the other hand I`ve checked rest of the measuring tapes on the market for accuracy and discovered that almost all of them are 1/16 or more off, basically considering all of that ,i`ll recommend this product.
