  1. Just had the bathroom painted and didn't want to put a towel rack on the wall. This is the perfect solution.

  2. We bought this to fit a space behind a door in a small bath, and are very happy with it. It's exactly as pictured - three bars for towels plus a shelf at the bottom that gives it a lot of stability. Perfect for any small space.

  3. I just repainted my bathroom. I couldn't decide what kind of towel bars I wanted to get to replace the cheap ones that I had removed. Then I figured, why replace them with anything? So, instead I bought two of these towel stands instead. The price is great compared to anything else I could find. The next cheapest ones I found cost twice what these do. They're easy to put together and are nice and sturdy once you tighten everything up. A great buy and I got them within a weeks time from ANTonline.

  4. I was looking for a towel rack to put in front of an unsightly portion of bathroom wall until we get to repair it. I didn't want to spend $60-70 because (I'm hoping) this will be a short-term need. I was dubious about the cheap price but pleasantly surprised that it doesn't look bad at all, especially with some pretty towels on it and baskets on the shelf. Took me mere minutes to screw it together. It's not terribly sturdy, so if you have kids yanking on the towels, it might not hold up well.

  5. This towel stand was well-priced and easy to put-together. It is simple and gets the job done. However, you may want to measure your bath towels before buying this. Mine are of average size, but when I drape them over the rack, there is a lot of extra towel leftover that ends up on the floor. The top bar is the best, but the other two are just too short.

  1. This is a handy tool that is small but has a lot of features that the more expensive stuff has. Again great for travel.

  2. This seems like a decent tool, bought it as a gift. It is a LOT smaller than I figured it'd be though.

  3. These are for gifts for Christmas. I love the looks of them and have already ordered more.

  4. I am very pleased with the product The tool is nicely finished and includes the typical tools that should be handy to have access to from time to time without having to carry a bulky load around. The carrying case for a belt gives handy access to the tool when needed.

The nail file that is included has two different roughnesses -- one per side. This is more flexibility than some I have seen.

The knife blade may be too short for some, but I find the 1-1/2 inch length quite adequate for my purposes.

Not all Phillip's head screw drivers seem to work well; this one does.

  5. This multi-tool is probably smaller than what you might think. It's actually the smallest multi-tool I've seen - which could be a plus or minus depending on your usage. However, it's well constructed and has all the needed standard tools you would need for small jobs. We used this item as a graduation gift for HS graduates. Perfect item for dorm room needs. The carrying case that comes with the tool is perfect and adds a nice touch if giving as a gift.

3 comments about Heated Travel Mug - 12V and USB Compatible - Red (Red) (7.6"H x 3"W x 3"D).
  1. My wife and I each bought one of these and they both stopped working within 3 weeks.

  2. No bad. Solid construction. My main need, though, was to sit here in the basement and not go up to nuke my coffee in the microwave avery ten minutes to keep my sips warm. This promised to be able to keep warm from the USB connection. Not so -- not enough juice there, I guess -- at least from my laptop. In the car it was fine. And don't expect it to warm up your drink from a colder state. It will only maintain status quo.

  3. I bought this heated travel mug and absolutely loved it. However, I dropped this mug from the cabinet this morning and the handle snapped off completely. I have only had it for about 3 weeks and have used it only 4-5 times. I have a laminate floor and the mug fell from about 7 feet. That seems to be within normal specs for a product to remain in one piece, right?!?!?

  1. After reading a few reviews here I thought I would comment on this tool myself. I am a proffesional comercial woodworker and have owned and bought for my company this router maybe 15 times over the years so I am very familiar with it. One thig that I keep seeing in the negitive column in everyones reviews is that it is not precise enough for some people, all I can say is keep in mind what this tool is inted for....this is a laminate trim router...there is nothing precise about that, infact it has always been kind of a joke in the industry that they put the fine adjustment knob on the router at all! If you are looking for a small precise genral pourpose woodworking router this is not what you want, if you are looking for a laminate trim router as the name implies this is a very good one, we do millons of dollars worth of work each year here and have found for the price this is a fine trim router.

  2. The versatility of this tool is great. I have used this tool for the past 3 years from zipping out holes (accompanied by an adapter) in drywall to trimming laminate, to mortising out hinge butts. Nothing but good recommendations for this tool.

  3. In the company I work with, we've using an older version of this trim router and it has like 8 years old or something, and it is a very useful tool in our work, quick, clean and light machine. I'm normally using DeWalt with other tipe of tools, but there's no reason to take aside this trim router at all. Good quick working tool!!

  4. I've not owned another laminate trim router, but I have to say that this does a great job on laminate. I've just completed a set of countertops and backsplashs and it does a fine job. I've not seen the problems with height control that some mentioned but then again, I wasn't doing anything especially tricky. It runs very smoothly, is easily handled in one hand and is relatively quiet.
I would heartily recommend this for countertop makeup.

  5. I wish I had had this little machine years ago to let in hinges and such; really is handy and easy to use.

5 comments about Professional Mechanic's Cordless Super-Bright 78-LED Work Light - 6 Hours Light on Single Charge.
  1. I bought 6 of these at Christmas time as gifts. Everyone loved them. They recharge quickly and are an awesome trouble light (lighting up a specific work area). The ability to use only half of the lights is a great feature...saves on battery life. And the cordless feature makes them the ideal item to keep in a car for those oh so frustrating times when you have a tire to change or something under the hood to look at...in the dark! I would highly recommend this light.

  2. Last year I bought the exact same unit, and it burned out after only a month. When I opened the unit to do an autopsy, I discovered the rechargeable batteries were burned physically, and the housing was melted in the same area. It didn't seem worth my while to send it back, so I just bought another one with the hope this one doesn't have the same problem.

  3. A nice light and I was pleased, but I too made the mistake of leaving it on charge...and now it takes a charge, but obviously one or more of the cells has been damaged and it won't shine very brightly unless plugged in...which defeats the whole purpse of a cordless light. Would have rated a "very good", but very poor design rendeded it JUNK!

  4. I work in burned out buildings where the windows and doors have been covered and there is no natural light. This light has been great. It provides enough light for my forensic investigations. The hooks allow me to hang the light on door frames so that I can work with both hands to dig out a fire scene. It provides a natural light allowing for good pictures of evidence. The charge lasts longer than I had expected - it is a trouble free light. I highly recommend this light for anyone who has to work in dark places!

  5. Professional Mechanic's Ultra-Bright Cordless 78-LED Quick-Charge Work Light

I really liked this light, unfortunately, it's a stupid design that cannot be left to charge for over 6 hours. Well, not surprisingly, I left it plugged in overnight and now it won't take a full charge and the light output is very weak. So it's garbage. Leaving it plugged in should not destroy the product, and monitoring your recharging is simply not practical. Very frustrating. Mine lasted less than 4 months which is a crying shame because I really liked this light. The output is extremely bright and when it's battery was good it lasted forever on a charge.

  1. I have to say I was disappointed by this item. It came as a kit I had to assemble even know the ad was for an assembled item. The holes did NOT line up!!! We had a heck of a time mounting it with the whole thing a little wonky. If it was a $5 item, this would've been fine, but it's a little to expensive for what you get. Sorry but I do not recommend this item.

  2. Will work as long as you are going to install it to a wall and not in the shower. It will start to rust if exposed to moisture in the shower.
It is only plated with chrome.

  3. Great product at a great price. Looked everywhere this was the best deal and I love the quality! Would highly recommend.

  4. Shelf is perfect for my needs. Plenty of room on top shelf to put needed things--wash cloths, baskets for shampoo, conditioner, etc.

  5. Arrived very fast after order. Nicely chromed. Easy to put well machined parts together. Only a few minutes. They also give you everything you need to install on the wall.

    Good deal for the money.

5 comments about Fiskars 62-Inch Pruning Stik #9234.
  1. This is my 7th purchase of this pruning. I purchased this one because my 7 year fiskar broke. Then I found it has an unlimited warranty, and fiskar sent me the spring to repair it. Now I own 2. The other purchases were for gifts. The ease of handling is so easy. I do not have to exert great muscle power to do my trimmings. The string is so simple to use. I would not have even purchased it, if I had not seen it demonstrated. My husband, my father, my sister, my nephew, my lawnmower repairman, my son and I love it.

  2. I had been dreaming of a product such as this to clip small saplings of trees and other woody type sprouts. The head of the pruner can be rotated and can be operated without bending. An excellent product that simplifies pruning and clipping.

  3. This product does the job beautifully. I have a large naturalized garden, and there's always have lots of overgrowth to keep in check or invasive saplings to remove. I'm so glad I found this tool, because now I can do most of the trimming myself instead of having to worry whether or not some guy I've hired will do it gently and selectively. It allows you to be very precise in what you trim, and is lightweight enough to handle easily. I only wish it would cut thicker branches, though now that I have the tool, hopefully I can keep things from getting out of hand.

One caveat - by rotating the cutting head you're able to nip off invasive saplings at ground level, but this takes practice. If there's a great deal of ground cover, it's hard to see where to cut, and in the end you have to bend over and pick up the material anyway if you want the area neat and tidy. I'm not so sure it's not just as easy to bend over with a hand pruner and do both steps at once. Still, it likely a handy feature and I'll have to spend more time perfecting it.

I highly recommend this pruner. Thank you, Fiskars!

  4. I ordered this on Thursday 9/4 & it was delivered on 9/5. Nothing to put together. I'm a 65 year old female. I am so in love with this pruning stick. Hurricane Hannah was headed our way & I had an estimate of $100 to remove some branches. I love Amazon so I figured I would give it the ultimate try. I had so much fun cutting branches I couldn't quit. There were also areas on my property where I have 3' high clumps of grassy looking weeds. I pointed the Stik at the weeds, pulled the orange plastic grip & voila! gone. I couldn't believe it. The moving head is unbelievable until you use it. Then I went after berry bushes on the edge of my pond - a job that usually involves skin & clothes getting thorns. Not with this tool. I love all Fiskar's tools but this one is the best so far. I bought the 12' pruner with this & that is fantastic also. Both are very light & easy to use. I have one old pruner with the rope & that is heavy & unwieldy. I removed a 12' maple tree that was growing in the pond in 7 minutes. This tool is too much fun.

  5. This is a great product but,it can be purchased at Lowes or Home Depot for 39.95 every day.Amazon is a good place to shop but.not always competitive.

5 comments about Dale Adams Enterprises 6031 The Bone Mechanics Creeper.
  1. Bought this for my husband, as ours went missing many moons ago. It was delivered very quickly.

He said it was very easy to put together, and is easy to roll around on the gravel and all.

  2. I had an old Sears crawler that was often just a pain to use because it just would not roll well on my driveway or garage. Most crawlers need perfectly flat, even surfaces.
This crawler rolls very easily, seems to be impervious to uneven surfaces, is very comfortable and low profile.

It is a little spendy, but definitely worth the money.

  3. The creeper is a little cramp and the head rest is hard and not replaceable. Cramp your legs. I would not buy again. Look at one some place and try on before buying. The wheels do not look that good. Pressed togeter like any of the cheap creepers. Too much slop in wheels.

  4. Rolls better than anything I have ever used. Now i can fetch a tool without a major effort to roll out and get it. The only problem is that it rolls so easy that if something needs lots of torque the creeper rolls when i try to apply it.

  5. This is a very nice creeper.
    I am using it daily.
The only flaw I have found is that,
I am 6'3" and it is a little too short for me.
I have that trouble with our 1995 Dodge Avenger,
    I rub the headliner.
The 1991 Saturn we had was even worse.
    If you are average height,
    it would be ideal.
I work in a garage for concrete trucks.
We always have stones on the floor.
The Bone's large wheels don't get stuck
on them like your average creeper.
I like how it will roll over droplight cords,
but is not like they are not there.
You have to push it over.

  1. Works well. Be careful to follow directions on setting the combination or it will set incorrectly and you will have a great fishing weight.

  2. I got this lock for a specific purpose--outdoors, where my children (10 and 12) would be opening and closing it. I liked the idea of being able to set our own combination, and that has worked out nicely. It's a little quicker to open than a normal combination lock, although the "dials" are a little hard to turn, so it's not as quick to open as it could be. In our application, the long shackle is very helpful for being able to lift the lock and enter the combination (which is on the bottom of the lock). The biggest problem we've had was with the lock freezing up during a February storm, which was disappointing since the lock is mostly under cover and got virtually no ice on it. A little heat did the trick for opening it, but I was still disappointed. I've had regular combination locks be "open-able" under worse conditions.

  3. I used this without any problem for years right on the beach with 24 exposure to salty air and moisture and it remains problem free.

  4. This is my third purchase of this product so, obviously, I am pleased with this lock. The combination is easy to set, I can open the lock with little visible light, and it weathers well outdoors.

  5. I use a few of these for the gates around my home, and they seem to be excellent quality. My only quibble is that the numbers are quite small and difficult to read at night, even with my porch light nearby. The need to carry a flashlight pretty much negates the convenience of not needing to carry a key.

  1. Received my PP125 yesterday (9/15/2008) from Amazon and it had exactly the same problem as reviewer Richard Samford - press down on the throttle and the engine bogs down and stops running. I was very disappointed since the unit will only operate at slightly above idle speed - which is unusable.

The trimmer could not be returned to Amazon (it's gas) so I decided to re-adjust the carburetor myself to resolve the problem. Upon inspection, I noted the carb adjustment screws are of the tamper proof kind and a special tool is required to make adjustments. Undaunted, I found a pair of blue electrical crimp connectors that slipped nicely over the carburetor adjustments screws. Within 5 minutes, I had my PP125 Trimmer running smoother than a top... nice acceleration from idle, good power at high speed, and starts reliablely.

Delivery was on-time and setup was easy. Unit appears well constructed. Since this was a new out of the box trimmer, I'll give it only 4 stars because it required a tune-up to get the unit to function properly.

  2. My old 7.5lb Homelite sx-134 finally gave out after 15 years trouble free service. I took a couple of weeks to read specifications and customer feedbacks of as many line trimmers (including Homelite) as possible prior to purchase. Some had mostly negative feedbacks, some had mixed negative & positive, none had all positive reviews. I decided upon the PP125 because it had the most positive feedbacks.
Received the item on 17 Sept. The box was delivered with one side crushed somewhat, thankfully, there was no damage or missing parts. I followed the manual for startup. It was very easy pulling the rope and it started on the 3rd pull. I waited about 15 seconds and momentarily powered up to take it out of start mode into the run mode. I then tried gradually powered up, but the engine bogged down and almost stops. Tried it couple more times with the same bogging down effect. I had previously read the feedbacks (William B. Ramsey & Richard Samford) stating they had the same problem, I had hoped I would not have the same problem. I did however. The nearest repair center is 50 miles away (1 way). Thanks to William Ramsey, I also had blue electrical crimp connectors with the slightly flared ends that fit nicely onto the adjustment screws in order to make carburetor adjustments. It was such a tight fit I could only adjust one screw at a time with one connector. It took me about 10 minutes to correct the problem. It now revs up to full power nicely. The factory adjustments must have been made on top of Mt. Everest.
I like the idea that the trimmer head does not turn while in idle, you have to power up with the speed trigger to get it going. I can set it down momentarily and my pet will not get into it. It only got 4 stars from me because 1) carburetor adjustment out of whack and 2) 13lb weight. It will take more time to evaluate long term usage.

  3. I bought this to replace the 'twist and edge' model that I had for 15 years. I looked at other brands like Craftsmen etc., but they seemed to be too heavy. This one has good balance and is easy to handle. It starts easy and has plenty of power. My only reservation is that it's a pain in the keester to replace the trimline. I'm too cheap to buy the preloaded cassettes, so I wind it myself. Other than that, it seems to do a good job.

  4. It's very easy to start and solid built grass trimmer.
I've been using it for 3 months with no issue.

  5. Works better than expected. Starts easily. Attachments are a breeze to fasten.
Delivery was one day. Really a surprize.
