1. A GREAT design with a very sharp blade and dual safety lock telescoping pole. This thing comes with a safety cover, and you'll need it...it's quite sharp and makes cleaning up tree limbs easier than ever. PLEASE be careful with it, as it is the sharpest blade I've ever used for this, and a drop in the wrong place could cause life-threatening wounds to yourself, family members, or animals/pets.
   
   If you've never used one before, go very slowly, think and visualize what you're doing and have a GREAT support for your feet!
   
   If you need one of these, you can do no better than this one.



2. Great product but still requires a fair amount of effort to cut larger limbs.Does enable one to cut branches that are normally way beyond the range of other pole pruners.One problem that I have been having is having the blade get pinched between the branch collar and the branch being removed.This causes the blade to get caught up in the tree and it takes substantial effort to try to remove it and continue with your cutting.Tried different angles but seems to happen with all directions of cutting.I guess this is a problem with most pole pruners but maybe someone here has developed a work around this common problem.If so a would love some feedback on this.Nonetheless would not hesitate repurchasing this wonderful tool.



3. The product is well made, easy to use in spite of its lengths and the saw is very, very sharp. It allows you to cut thicker branches way up in a tree with great ease. The product also appears to be quite durable.



4. I have a 10-acre parcel with several thousand pine trees, so this tool would be very useful for clearing lower dead branches, and that is why I purchased it. However, it was delivered to my home, and I wanted to try it. So I used it to trim smaller trees in the yard that I'd previously tried to do with a regular pole saw and then usually hired someone to do the higher branches. With this saw I was able to do intricate cutting without using any ladders, right up to the top branches without ever fully extending this saw. I will be able to pay for this saw easily with just 2 or 3 uses, and be able to trim the trees exactly as I like them. In 25 years of living in the same home and hiring many tree trimmers over the years, no one has ever shown up with as sophisticated tool as this. Expensive and well worth it.



5. As engineers tend to do, I reviewed the specs of several saws designed for cutting limbs before I purchased the unit.
   
   As evidenced on this site, the ratings were all very high except for cajun-dancer's. When I went to his other reviews, I noticed that almost all of his reviews are very negative regardless of the product or manufacturer. His comment regarding the pole coming apart warrants a comment. The telescoping sections have popup pins to lock sections in place when properly used... key words being "properly used." As is commonly the case, the person who doesn't use the product properly blames his problems on the product. Just imagine him building his own saw by putting a blade on the end of a pole.
   
   Because of the other reviews, I ordered the Silky Telescoping Landscaping Pole Saw HAYAUCHI 390 21-Feet #179-39 to remove tree limbs damaged by high winds associated with Ike. I choose to use Amazon's FREE Super Saver Shipping and received it 2 days later.
   
   The only assembly required is installing the cutting head using the (2) bolts provided.
   
   I used it to cut approx. 75 limbs that were 1/2" to 5" diameter. Having cut many limbs without the device in the past, I was very pleasantly surprised as to how much easier it was to cut the limbs that were 8-20+ above the ground.
   
   I have concluded it is one of the best tools that I have ever purchased.
   
   If you decide to purchase the unit, I suggest:
   
   *Start with cutting small limbs that are lower to learn the best techniques and remind yourself of safety considerations: i.e. not being where the falling limb can strike you..
   *Determine the length of pole needed for your highest limb. (A significant number of limbs that I cut could not have been cut with a shorter unit.)
   *Not loaning the unit to anyone who has a history of reckless behavior and/or not using tools properly....

2. I love the whole "pink" line of tool products on Amazon. I received these gloves. They are great, but I wish they came in different sizes. I have small hands. Maybe there are different sizes and I didn't know. That's why I gave it four stars, otherwise that's the only thing I didn't like.



3. It is a nice leather glove that would fit a man's hand. I only gave one star since it is WAY to big for a woman's hand.

1. I have a white car which I was getting tired of having to wash every week. I did some research and this proved to be my best option. I completely love the super duster. It is not heavy as some people have said and it saves me from having to wash my car every week.



2. I have had this product for about 6 months. It takes less than 2 minutes to dust your car off with this product. I keep my car garaged and it still gets very dusty. Now whenever I drive off, my car is lookin purdy!



3. I just received my new California Super Duster to go along with my brand new car. This thing is great...especially in the days between a car wash and a rainy day. The California Super Duster will make it look like you wash your car every day.
   
   First let me just state the obvious: The Super Duster is meant for use on a DRY car....not wet. Sorry...just had to say it.
   
   The key thing about the Super Duster is that it doesn't leave those swirls that you might otherwise get from just wiping your car down. It's got super-soft bristles that glide over the finish of your car and remove all the dust. On the other hand, make sure *dust* is all you're trying to remove with the Super Duster. Don't try to use it on silt and other 'sandy" type build-ups. Don't use it on bird droppings. And never scrub with it; if a gentle glide doesn't remove what you're trying to get rid of, go to the conventional method(s) of cleaning your car. Otherwise you risk swirls or scratches.
   
   This is my second duster after owning my last one for...well...since sometime in the 90s. The last one I had was a bit smaller with only a 15" cleaning head; the one on this page has a nice, big 31" cleaning head. And I was almost reluctant to get the 31" because my 15" was still working so well after all these years. In fact, as time goes by the thing actually works *better* as it starts to look dirtier.
   
   After your first use or two you may experience a little streaking (which freaked me out), and it even tells you in the packing that this may happen due to a "parrafin wax" that the Super Duster's soft bristles are treated with. Rest assured that this stops after like your first few uses, the wax does not harm the car's finish and it easily wipes off. Before the first use of the Duster, remove it from its packing and let it hang in you garage for a day or two; this greatly reduces the amount of streaking that may occur on your first try.
   
   So if you can get by the minor "streaking" thing that *might* occur in your first try, you'll love the results that the Super Duster provides. It's like taking your best suit to the dry cleaner with the major difference being you get a bright, shiny car back in under a minute using the Super Duster.
   
   Now...hit the road!



4. I've seen this product used a number of times over the years and recently decided to get one for myself. This particular duster is quite large and perfect for my large truck. If you have a family sized vehicle or a compact, I would recommend one of the smaller California dusters. This product works as advertised. As I see it there are but two drawbacks: one, if you use the duster on the vehicle's glass, a waxy residue will be deposited. Two, the duster gives off a powerful chemical odor. Stored in the garage no problem. Stored in the house a significant problem. The bottome line is that I'm happy with my duster and would buy it again.



5. 1st of all I admit that I did not read thoroughly the page asto what I was buying - it must have been a bad day because I buy a lot on Amazon and always check all details of a product. I bought this in combination with the mini duster which is great - it arrive a week ago, this thing arrived today.
   
   I'll never use this thing so it's basically 20 bucks down the toilet. But I want to warn anyone curious about it - it is heavy. It reminds me of a baseball bat. Almost as heavy, about the same size, and the thick handle area is very much like a bat.
   
   I can't imagine any woman using this thing.. It's too heavy and clunky, never to be used with just one hand by a woman. It also is obviously filled with chemical so be prepared for that. Right now it's sitting on a table in the other room and the house at the moment smells like a car wash.
   
   I gave it 2 stars not because of my mistake in purchasing the wrong item, but because of it's enormous clunky-ness and weight and obviously strong chemical in it.

1. All hail the Speed Square, the King of Tools. I have no idea how anyone was able to build anything without these. Get the Swanson best $8 you will ever spend. If these things cost $45 they would still be worth it.

4. In response to the erroneous definition by R. Harper. A square is a device used to construct a right triangle. (woodworker's). Therefore, a square has nothing to do with its shape. The Swanson Tool is one of the most used tools in any construction project, including my shop.

5. I used a framing square for years before I bought a speed square. What an idiot! In the hands of anyone except a genuine expert (when was the last time you saw someone use the 100ths table or work out complex compound cuts on a framer?), the speed square will do as much and do it faster. It's actually superior for 90 degree cross-cuts and, for general framing use, just as good for angle cuts. It will also keep its accuracy forever, unlike a framing square. The aluminum models are the only ones to buy - I can't imagine why ANYONE would buy a plastic speed square for the piddly difference in price. I have a 7" and a 12" and use them both all the time.

1. Great piece of equipment. Makes you wonder how you got things done with the previous snow blowers. It clears tons of snow in half the time. I'm able to actually clear more space now in allotted time before work. I can even clear snow further up the road to prevent snowplows form piling chunks of snow at the end of driveway. That's a major timesaver since I now don't have to manually remove those chunks at end of day.
   
   It starts up instantly and runs smoothly. It never stalls and choke and speed settings allow you to set the engine at a nice sounding rumble. I used to hate seeing the snow but now welcome it because the Poulan is a joy to operate. I'm happy I was able to buy it at a good price at end of season (late February 2007)last year but sorry I had to wait until December 2007 to use it.
   
   Great piece of equipment, acquired for not much more than smaller 1 stage 2 cycle engined machines and always look forward to using it.



2. i was amazed when i opened the crate to see what i got for my money. this snow blower is very impressive and the quality is fantastic. very user friendly and a massive piece of equipment. my last snow blower has the same engine and it is ten years old and never had a issue. iwas going to by the same mtd i had last time but the polan has twice the features and much more quality for alot less. lets say the mtd with the same features is 97.00 more. you just cant go wrong. and last but not least it ships free.

Frankly, the thrill was gone the moment the thing arrived, but it kept gracing a very limited area of my bedroom with its sunny beams--until I knocked it over. It's a fairly fragile sun--but not to worry. This one from Amazon is reasonably priced, is a cinch to install, and is no less resplendent than its predecessor (which really wasn't all that bright). If it's a miracle light as claimed, be assured that it's a readily replaceable, repeatable one.



5. I actually tried the bulb in my lamp and it fit, but it didn't work. I don't know if shipping damaged it in any way or if it was just not going to function. The bulb looks perfectly fine. So, needless to say that being left in the dark with a new product does not make me a happy camper(customer) !

1. This is a solid trigger lock. I love them because I don't have to have a key for each darn gun. You can designate a single code for all you guns.



2. This is pretty easy to use. It does secure very weIl.
   
   This is not intended for emergency use. I've looked at locks that can be released quickly for emergencies, but they were too expensive for me so I practiced with this lock. With some careful planning and practice, I could remove the lock in 3-5 seconds. The key is not to scramble the numbers too far. It's not perfect, but if you need less than 3 seconds to bring your piece to bear, I suspect that you are pretty much screwed already.



3. My local gun store gives out free gun locks with every firearm purchase. But it is the kind with a key.
   
   I go out and buy a master trigger lock everytime I get a new firearm. Why? No key needed, I program my own code and it is easy to use! I only wish that Amazon would sell both sizes the one with a shorter stem for pistols so that it can fit into my smaller pistol boxes.
   
   I don't own for "self protection" and you can't put this lock on loaded!
   If you need one for "self protection/home defense" then get a gun safe or lock box with biometric combinations. But those are expensive.



4. Surfed for a long time and was at a huge gun show recently, everyone was impressed with the combination trigger lock. A must if you do not want to fumble trying to find the correct key.

1. Product performed as advertised. Customer satisfaction could be enhanced if Coleman would offer this item on a spring loaded retractable reel.



2. Very pleased with this, got it for the snow thrower and use it in the garage for everything else. Never gave us any trouble. Good investment, beats the other cheapies you can buy at Wal-You-Know!



3. What can one say about a silly extension cord? Well, it's long enough and hasn't broken. I really didn't shop around, just looked at what other folks who had bought the Toro 1800 electric snowblower and decided to put my full trust on the collective wisdom of cyber-users.
   So far, that bet has paid off.



4. I found this extension cord to be lighter than most, well constructed, and stays flexible below 30 degrees F. Buying it on sale made it a better value.



5. I bought this to go with the snow blower I bought on the same day. It didn't snow enough to use the snowblower and power cord for over 30 days after I purchased the set. It appeared very sturdy as it is designed for outdoor use. The FIRST time I used this, the power cord casing split to reveal the inner insulation. It had not caught on anything and it was not near any sharp objects. It split just from lengthening the power cord to give more slack for using the snow blower, somehow, the cord twisted and split. For the price, I would not expect this product to split on the first use. I called the manufacturer (after much searching for the contact information) and they told me that since I bought it through Amazon, I would have to return it through Amazon. Amazon will not give a refund or exchange for the product since it was outside of the 30 days, even though this was the first use. In response to my complaint about this product, I got a form email and a suggestion to go to the manufacturer. I am very disappointed in the product and how poorly Amazon fights for its customers. Think twice before making big purchases on here outside of books and DVD's. I hope Amazon considers adjusting their customer service form emails to at least make it look like the person sending it actually read the original email to them about the situation.

1. I think it's essential to have one charging port for each of your batteries, you do not have to worry about running out of power, and certain tasks will drain your batteries much quicker than others, so you want to keep a steady supply of charged batteries on hand. Cordless is much safer than corded.



2. This is a great battery charger, I would recommend it highly. I have had it for a year and it works flawlessly!



3. Upon buying this item you will be warned that it can be immediately ruined by a bad battery. Since there is a good chance this is what killed your old charger, you will want to do you research and get your batteries tested before you buy. They will not accept a return once you open the product.
   
   Charger works as you would expect and it's nice to be able to charge two batteries. Wish it had a safety on it or a warning that the battery was bad, but you'd have to spend a bit more for a charger with that feature.
