1. I have been an APC product user for many years. Their product quality is always superior and it does what it says it will do. I never had any doubts buying APC product. Of course, it has not been tested with storms yet.. but I am sure it will work because my other APC product can attest to it.



2. Replaced two inferior surge protectors with this quality product from APC. It even has an LED light that comes on if your a/c outlet has a problem such as not being grounded properly. It has a 6 foot power cable, on-off switch. All 11 connectors can be used with no obstruction. Highly recommended. Great price as usual from Amazon.



3. This APC surge protector was just what I needed. I have tons of things that need to be plugged in from my computer and a strip surge protector doesn't have enough room. This prduct also has a high Joule rating which is nice. I also got it for less than half of what circuit city was asking. Great product!!



4. I bought a couple of these for my pc and entertainment center. I haven't experienced a high surge situation, so I can't review this product's performance under pressure. However, I did knock a star off my review because each unit seems to have at least one dead plug. In other words, I plugged something into one of the outlets and did not get any juice. I changed to another outlet on the surge protector and got some juice. Perhaps this was user error, but it didn't matter since this unit provides more outlets than I need. I would still recommend this because the brand is reputable, and the cost/quality ratio meets my expectations.

1. This is a poorly made product. The ratchet handle is uncomfortable to hold due to the rough surface and sharp bottom edge. For the price, it's a good set if you only need to use it a few times a year. However, for the price, you get what you pay for...cheap.



2. Good:
   Cheap. Great to have around the house.
   Has a good assortment of sockets.
   Sturdy enough for light duty.
   
   Bad:
   The plastic handle of the driver, not the ratchet , snapped apart at first use. It is too brittle.
   The sockets are for light duty. They started splitting apart when using about 25ft/lb of torque.
   Not molded perfectly. Lots of imperfections. Looks not pretty.
   
   Bottom Line:
   
   CHEAP!

5. Very disappointed in this - sadly, I probably paid about what it's worth. The rachet broke after two uses. The driver broke after using it once with a wrench. Sometimes you just can't go with the no-names - especially when you are buying tools.

1. The Bostitch nail gun with compressor was seventy dollars cheaper on Amazon than it was a Lowe's. The set arrived within a week of my purchase and was in great shape. It has been two months and I have already used it to build some shelves and a couple of lockers. Everything works as it should and is the perfect size for the weekend warrior. I would recommend this set to anyone who is looking for a quality nail gun with a compressor.



2. CPO was rude on the phone eventhough it was their fault for not shipping the correct products. Not only did they not include the original shipment tools, but they made it a rude process-response by not fully explaining their return process for their inaccurate shipment. Let me explain: I purchased their reconditioned 3-piece finish nailers and compressor combo. The product arrived about 2.5 weeks later (much later than expected) and only contained the compressor. No tools. I called them up immediately, and they said another shipment would arrive with all the ordered products. They did not explain the process of printing out the FEDEX label they would send via email a few days later and that I would need to coordinate with FEDEX on shipping it back to them the original invoice and compressor. It was almost like they did not have time to explain the process and I was stupid for not knowing their return process.
   
   In CPO's defense, they did send over to me the correct materials 2 weeks later. Which delayed my house fix about 1 month (total cost on my end...1 month rent fees lost of about $1800). The nailers and compressor work fine as advertised. I would have just gone to the local Sears if I had known about their delays and mis-orders, etc.
   
   End result: Order from them if you do not care about timing. Also there is a person on the other end who will take the order, but they are rude, curt, and do not do a great job in terms of explaining the return process. The product does work fine though...
   
   I'll probably not order from them again. -Steve



3. The Bostitch compressor with 3 guns was a great buy and suited all my needs as a home hobbiest.



4. What an excellent product! I viewed all the reviews and went with the 3pack combo. It came with in 4 days, packaging was perfect. Took everything out and it worked fine. As for the noise of the compressor. Not bad, I'm use to my shop Coleman so this is way less noise. I also had very good results ordering from Amozon.com. I would highly recommend this company and product!!



5. I did not purchase mine off of Amazon (Ebay) but I just wanted to write how happy I am with this unit. I paid $180 with free shipping for my unit. I have used this to put crown molding and chair rail in my house and I have not had a misfire yet and the compresser works like a charm. Lots of people talk about how loud it is so I was expecting not to hear myself think but it is not half as loud as I thought it would be. But the hose that comes with this unit is a POS so I just went to northern Tool and bought a high quality 50 foot house for $23.00 but that is really the only thing bad I can can say. All guns feel like quality products and all work great. Dont think twice about purchaseing this unit!

1. I wasn't sure what to expect when I unboxed these. They come in a plastic hard-shell case with rigid foam inserts and something about the inconsistent sheen of that brittle-looking injection-molded black plastic case just screams, "Made in China." But the calipers themselves are more than true, sturdy and accurate enough for most hobby uses.
   
   I bought these calipers for reloading, hoping that I could get accurate measurements down to the 1/1000 of an inch and was not disappointed. For my purposes, these work really well.
   
   One thing I will mention, is that like many catalog pictures, the one in this item's description is a little misleading, as the blue background on the display in the stock photo somewhat hints that the display is backlit--which is not the case. Of course, nowhere is this promised, but it's still somewhat misleading.



2. I was amazed to find the calipers in the mail within a day of ordering. Exactly what I ordered without excessive packaging. I wont hesitate to order from this company in the future.



3. When this arrived, I noticed right away it only had one scale on the rule, metric, in large simple numbering and crude scaling, NOT the dual SAE and Metric like in the photos.
   I tried turning it on, nothing. Tried the new battery it comes with as a spare--and the digital read out came on for a few seconds, not giving any useful measurement information. Then the liquid crystal display kind of fluttered and froze up. I checked the instructions, which are crudely translated english, and found them to be worthless for troubleshooting this problem.
   Putting some finger pressure on the battery case would cause the LCD screen to flicker a bit, but nothing.
   The calipers then went back in the case, then in the box and off to the post office for a return...



4. I bought these calipers because I didn't want to have to spend $100+ on calipers just yet, and was pretty excited when they arrived. They feel pretty solid overall and come in a decent plastic case. The LCD is nice and big and very easy to read. I had them for roughly a week and finally got to use them to measure a small part. I noticed that the wheel that moves the caliper head was very difficult to turn. I picked them up a week later while I was on the phone just to look at them, and the wheel assembly snapped right off! Screw that! The plastic holding the wheel on broke right off... and I don't have monster hands or anything. I was just observing the calipers and bam, no calipers... I might have had a lemon, but I keep remembering, "You get what you pay for".



5. I bought this for my dad (to be used on his bike) and he definitely appreciates the product. We both would recommend it.

1. I was told I could save a lot on my power bill by installing a timer so I searched the web for the best buys & how to install one. I found this site to be one of the best. I installed the timer last week & it works fine ,but I can't tell how much I am saving on by power bill at this time as it hasn't been installed long enough.



2. This timer works very well and is reliable. I purchased the first one of these units over 15 years ago.
   Only 4 stars instead of 5 because the terminal strip could be a little more robust and handle larger wires.



3. Seller shipped promptly and professionally. Item received a week before estimated date.
   The timer switch works great. I have it timed to be on 3 hours in the morning and 3 hours in the evening. We have plenty of hot water. My electric bill has dropped 20%. It was well worth the purchase.



4. Have it set for 5 to 6AM, noon to 1PM, and 5 to 6PM. Never ran out of HOT! water. Saves at least 50% of heating cost and was a snap to install. Don't understand why they don't build something like this into the Water Heater... Now there's a $$$$ making thought?



5. Dead on arrival. Manual override allowed me to turn water heater on/off but timer didn't work. Returned for refund.

1. Though I have only use this product twice, I am very pleased with the performance so far. I would recomend this heater for anyone who wants an enexpensive way to heat a small space like a garage or shed.



2. This unit functions exactly as indicated: it warms what is directly in front of it, and nothing else. I read the one review where the fellow says that it warms up his kitchen and bedroom, and I bought this to heat up my garage in the winter. It doesn't do that at all. I should have purchased a forced air unit.
   
   That said, the thing does work exactly as advertised and if you stand in front of it it gets you good and toasty. The unit is nicely packaged and it's a snap to set it up.



3. great but i only use one burner so i shoulda got the single unit ... this doesnt have electric ignision like the other one and this is like 2 dollars more ... big deal i use it in the gargage with out any vent because theirs so much air you dont need anything unless you smell somthing... i use it for hours its great... dont buy those big buddy ones their not worth it ... buy thses ones ... dont buy the tube with the fan one either ... their not worth it for many reasons ... the one IMPORTAnt thing is their are these copper like small tubes and they can be bent one of mine were ... its some tip over switch that has to do with maybe a liquid but whatever the copper can be bent on them its okay!



4. Mr. Heater may not be as attractive as some outdoor heaters but this little heater throws out an incredible amount of heat. A few of these on a cool night and you and your guest will be incredibly warm. We spray painted our propane tank to coordinate with the colors in our backyard and it actually does not look bad.



5. This is a well-made, hardy product that comes in one piece and is easy to attach to a propane tank. It's easy to light and it has 3 heater settings -- and it throws out a lot of heat. So, just about perfect, except that the heater generated a harmonic (but nevertheless disturbing) "whine" after a few minutes; and it wouldn't go away. I contacted the Mr. Heater company and they asked me to use it a little more, to see if the whine went away. It didn't. So I let them know that and they sent me a free replacement. The second unit works perfectly -- I'd give this 5-stars, but the hiccup with the first unit forces me to deduct one star. But the company was responsive and there was no hesitation in sending a free unit when I ran into trouble. So, I recommend it.

2. As far as I can tell, this works just fine in the Tersano lotus LBU100 Sanitizing System, which is what I bought it for. I could do without paying this much for it especially after buying the big, expensive system. I will say that the reason it may not be lasting long is due to how often I used the sanitizing system. I use it for cleaning produce, sanitizing items and to make a free household cleanser that works great on killing mold outside the house (no more bleaching!). Other than the expense of replacement filters (this item), I love the system so I guess its a trade-off.

1. I bought a gorgeous old Jet contractor's saw. It was in good condition, but it SHOOK violently when it was turned on and off. I had heard a lot about this kind of vibration-reducing belt and I figured a new belt couldn't hurt.
   
   I could not be happier. The vibration is all but gone. I was hoping for some reduction, but I was amazed.
   
   Granted, this was an older saw with an older belt, so I don't know how much of the reduction was due to the better belt or just that the older belt was worn out, but I was amazed and would definitely suggest picking this up if you have a vibration.



2. 99% of these reviews are written by people who replaced the OEM belt with one of these. Which means they're comparing the cheapest belt the OEM could buy to an over priced thing.
   
   I've compared these belts to GOOD v belts and don't see any advantage in terms of vibration dampening.
   
   A Gates Cogged Hi-Power belt runs about 1/4 of the price of these and produces the same amount of vibration. In addition to this at the same tension (ie not stressing the motor) the link belt was more prone to slippage when the tool was loaded down than the Hi-Power.



3. Eliminated the vibration from the cheap Chinese belt. A snap to size and install. Well worth the expense and the extra links are saved for possible repair.



4. Replaced the belts on my Dewalt 746 table saw, powermatic joiner, delta band saw. All had noticeable improvement. Very easy to change size. With Amazon selling 5 foot sections (most sell 4 foot), I was able to replace all three belts with two of these five foot sections. My bandsaw now passes the nickel test - EVEN WHEN SAWING. They do seem to seat in a bit after use -- so check lenght. I took a link of two of them aftem an hour use. They are not cheap -- but I feel they were a good value.



5. It definitely lives up to what it claims........it has taken 90% of the vibration out of a couple of my woodworking machines .......... too bad they're so expensive.......would like to purchase more.
