5 comments about Wind 'N Go Flashlight.
- I use this every day when I take the dogs outside in the dark, and it works reliably. It's fairly compact and can be put in your pocket. I was using a different LED flashlight before, one that you shake, and it was not bright enough. The Wind 'N Go flashlight is much brighter than the old LED flashlight, not quite as bright as a Maglite flashlight, but not having to replace batteries in the Wind 'N Go is a nice trade-off.
The crank is easy to turn. It is a little noisy when being cranked.
It has one button operation, which is simple but a little quirky. Each time it is turned on, it either lights one LED for power saving, or it lights three LEDs for more brightness. It alternates between the two modes, so if it turns on in the wrong mode, you have to turn it off and on again. If you always want to use it in one mode, you have to turn it on and off and on each time you use it.
- At first i thought this would be really cool. Unfortunately, the gears inside are not put together tightly enough, causing them to skip. Eventually, the crank stops cranking cause the teeth are all stripped.
- I've tried a couple of the other brands of crank flashlights, and this is by far the best I've tried. I bought two of these for work, but needed to buy a few more. These were out of stock and looked like they were going to be discontinued, so I purchased a couple other brands. I promptly sent the other brands back because they just didn't compare. It's comfortable in the hand, the handle folds away securely (unlike some of the other brands where the handle keeps popping up), and it actually has pretty bright output for a long period of time. I usually give it a couple cranks before I turn it on every time I use it, so I don't quite know yet how long it will last on one charge, but I went as long as 40 minutes once without losing any brightness. No complaints about it yet after a few months of use. Excellent product!
- I need a small gift for people, and thought how about an emergency flashlight for the car. It's something people will use . Works for me! Also good for campers, of which I have 2 nephews who camp .

5 comments about Tajima PZB-400 Plumb-Rite Plumb Bob Setter.
- what can you say this tool is great for hanging doors, windows, jam studs just great
- I used one of these a few years ago. I kept borrowing it from a co-worker. I finally decided to get my own. It may take a bit longer to set up than just using a level, but the results are dead on.
- This is a extremely fast working man's tool, strong magnet easily holds the bob on even the lightest gauge framing. I have used the pin mount on wood, & is as strong as well. Drive it, pull it out. 28 years in the trade, this makes the day go alot smoother.
- After seeing this tool on This Old House I knew that if it worked as shown it would come in handy for the 10 new doors I was putting up during my remodel. It does work just like they showed on TV and on the box!
All ten doors went up faster and with no problems. If you need to make sure that something is plumb over a tall span, then this is your tool. It will be a permanent fixture in my tool chest from now on.
- Nice tool. Easy to use with pin and recoil feature. Used to frame some basement walls. Hang from joists and using 0 out pin feature, spot location of walls was a snap. Hanging drywall, used to spot stud locations for screw shooting. Bob rests quickly as stated. Only real dowside is lightweight plastic cover could be beefed up some or made out of aluminum or steel.

3 comments about SVAT WSE201C Additional Camera for the WSE201C System.
- The camera broadcasts well up to about 300 feet as long as you arn't using wi-fi, wireless telephones or any other interfering freqs. My furnace interferes with the picture too. The picture is a bit fuzzy, (it doesn't compare favorably with cabled cameras), and the illumination isn't the best, but you can't beat the convenience of having up to three cameras surveiling your house without cables to string. Don't even think about using a battery, since a nine volt only lasts about 20 minutes. I use three of these to surveil the inside of the house since there are no cables, and they all take up only one channel on my See-Q DVR card.
- The camera served the us well. Night vision is a little grainy but you could make out the mare in the stall. The weather did effect the reception (thunderstorm) but we were still able to make out a faily good picture. The camera sure beat running to the barn every hour to check on mares. Well worth the money spent to get a few winks of shut eye during foaling season.
- I have this for my 4011 system. Its better than the silver spherical camera that came with the system mentioned earlier. The reception is better, motion detection is better, and the picture is clearer.
I've only had it for a few weeks so I don't know how it will work in the rain and cold. My only complaints are that the power cord is too short, the IR light is noticeable at night, and the camera doesn't swivel wide enough to extreme angles.

5 comments about SpringStar - Mosquito Trap.
- I got tired of putting pesticides on my yard and in my house. I found SpringStar, and all I can say is that the stuff works. Bugs are either dead or gone, and no pesticides.
- I have a propane-driven mosquito trap, and while I'm very pleased with its performance I was hoping to stop filling the propane tank every month or so. I saw this product reviewed on Kevin Kelly's Cool Tools (usually a reliable source) and ordered it. I followed the enclosed instructions to the letter.
We've gone years with a drastically reduced mosquito population, thanks to the propane engine. In *one month*, there's been an incredible surge. I see bugs caught inside, but I see THOUSANDS biting me outside!
Utterly worthless and counter-productive. Perhaps Florida mosquitoes are too smart for it?
- I put this out in my yard around may 28 and haven't caught one mosquito yet. Although they are all over me and my husband (and baby), even to the point we can't go outside for any period of time, none of them have seemed to be able to find this trap. I'm very disappointed.
- SpringStar - Mosquito Trap. An Amazing product!! It REALLY Works. I have two placed approximately 20 feet away from each end of my patio. Here in the Mid-west the mosquito problem is "biting" particularly this year with the rains. NO MOSQUITOS with this product. My neighbors were chased inside at dusk by the mosquitos - now evenings are spent on my deck - mosquito free. DO carefully follow the instructions and I suspect they work best when use begins with the first sighting of mosquitos. AND it is environmentally safe.
- This product proved to be as effective as described. I couldn't believe how well it worked and how fast. Within 24 hours we were able to stop dousing ourselves with insect repellant and were just able to go outside in our wooded backyard and enjoy our patio, trampoline and other outdoor living space. I also liked it because it gave us the opportunity to use a pet friendly solution to our mosquito problem.

5 comments about Bosch PB10-CD Advanced Power Job Site Radio with CD Player and Remote Control.
- This thing is worthless!!! It's not loud at all. The CD player barely plays CD's. At first we thought it was computer burned CD's (which played on our other players), then it would play store bought CD's a for a few seconds & then quit playing IF they read at all. The reception is BAD. We barely get any stations.
Like the title says, this thing isn't even worth the box it came in!!!
- I have used my Bosch Job Site radio several times since it arrived. Every component works just fine. I love being able to use my Bosch rechargeable batteries for cordless power. I have read the negative reviews and still bought the Bosch primarily because I already have the compatible batteries. I could not be happier with this item!!
I take it outside all the time. It was a joy to use while camping with my friends. We listened to MP3s, CDs, and the radio without a problem. All the components sounded great.
It's solid construction makes using it less worrisome. I used to take a radio outside/camping but it would continually fall over from a small gust of wind or someone inadvertently bumping it.
Bosch products have yet to let me down. That's why they are usually my first choice.
- This product could have easily been a 5 star rating had Bosch even given this thing an average wattage amplifier (the specs list at 3.5 watts ?!?!). The volume knob will increase power from 0 to 20 in 1 unit increments. If it is completely quiet and I am 15 feet from the radio I have to keep it at 15 just as a comfortable background music while carrying on a conversation. As for the bad tuner reception that I have read in other reviews, this is probably true although I live in a larger city and I am not searching for any far away stations but it does not receive stations as near as well as a crappy older radio I have. I have had this radio for 6 months and everything works fine and I have had it in a very dusty environment for a lot of this time. All the additional bells and whistles are nice but first and foremost this is a music player and should do that part very well. Had I not already owned many Bosch cordless tools where the battery element on this unit came into play then I probably would have rated it at two stars.
- I am a water aerobic instructor and needed a boom box that would withstand any water contact while teaching and this product has accomplished this. The sound it produces is amazing even in a large indoor pool setting. My students like the way it looks and have commented on the quality of sound it produces
- This radio is really pricy, overpriced actually. But it really is the only alternative. The Rigid has that foolish scanner (try and get that radio through the gate at a race!) and won't charge a battery, the Milwaukee only makes best power with battery, if you plug it in it only puts out like 7 watts!, the DeWalt is a waste cause it kills any battery you leave plugged in.
Now, on to why I bought the Bosch: It has the best review of all out there. It is really well protected. It sounds great. The reception is as good as any other radio I have used. No better, no worse.
The remote is worthless. Even brand new battery pointed directly at radio it has range of about 20 feet.
I also bought the iPod dock. WAAAAAAY over priced at nearly $50.00 but Bosch stopped making it and I want something to protect my iPod.
Conclusion:
If Bosch got rid of the remote or gave it a 300 foot range in any direction, ditched the CD player nobody uses, and integrated the iPod player like other manufacturers and lowered the price $50.00 this radio would be a no brainer. They didn't but it still the best option out there.

4 comments about Jet JW1015 4-Inch Y-Fitting Dust Hose Connector.
- This is a good connector for a DC system. Not a complicated piece, but a very good one. The ends were all 4" , the hose fit snuggly and the wire clamps held.
When making a branch in the DC system, to go to several different pieces of equipment, the "Y" connection is better to use than the "T". The Y will allow for a better air flow. Combine the Y with a/several blast gates, then it's almost like having a single hose go to each piece of equipment.
- When installing a dust collection system, eliminating resistance to airflow is what it is all about. The ideal is as large a pipe as possible, flowing in a straight line, without any ridges in the surface. Of course in the real world at least some of these things wind up being less than ideal. What this Jet 4" Y-connector does, is give you a large pipe, that makes a gradual Y as opposed to a straight 90 degree angle T, and the sides of the connector are smooth. So when you need to divide your air source into two lines, this elbow does the nicest job.
The advantage of incorporating a Y connector into your system, is that you can take a single air source, connect this Y connector to it, a pair of gates, and no longer have to switch your hoses between two different pieces of equipment. All you do is open the gate to one, and close it to the other. All in all highly recommended.
- Like all of my Jet dust collector fittings, I have been very pleased with the performance of this "Y" fitting, and it was much MUCH cheaper at my local Menards. I used these Y's in my main duct to create branches for my stationary tools on the long wall of my shop. The 4" size was perfectly consistent and always fit the ducting and flex hose without any trouble. The "Y" design greatly reduces any loss of air flow as compared to elbow fittings and the plastic is very strong and rigid.
Highly recommended as an essential accessory for any dust collection system.
- This product is as described! Connected two tubes and made into one tube!! Used as a two tube converter to a one tube converter.

2 comments about Frost King V73/9H 42x62 Window Insulation Kit 9 Pak.
- I bought the nine pack and actually got 10 windows in my house. This has 9 separate sheets 42" by 62". There is more than ample tape, which sticks really well, even on the old window cills that I have. Shrinks up nicely, hopefully the tape will last through the dryest of the dry part of the winter. Got the nine pack on sale at a big improvement chain store for around 11 bucks, great buy. hope they work well for you too. Best of the 3 brands I have used over the years for indoor kits.
- Every year I say I'm going to cover the windows and every year I don't. This year however I looked on Amazon and found the right product for the right price. I even got the nine pack which worked out well because I turned one sheet sideways and used it to cover two smaller kitchen windows.
I followed the directions and cleaned the surface once with cleaner and when I was ready to apply the tape I cleaned again with Alcohol. The first one was a little crooked (but still worked) but by the time I got to #4 it was smooth sailing.
I can feel them move slightly in the breeze so I know that they are keeping the cold out. I would definitely recommend this product.
ps I'm a not so young lady and I did it all by myself.

5 comments about Chamberlain Security and Garage Door Remote Control #953CB.
- They send another model but it also works with my garage motor, But it was a mistake,,,, Forgeting that everything was OK
- I bought this as a second remote for an existing door opener. It took about 2 minutes to "synchronize" with the opener. Very simple process. It has been used regularly for about a month, and so far no problems. The worst part will be opening the remote to get the battery replaced...they did not make it very easy to pry open without marring the "case."
- This remote is NOT for the newest Chamberlain openers (since 2005). If your current remotes have Security plus and the white/light grey buttons this is the correct remote.
If they have the black/dark grey buttons this is the wrong one. You need the 953D.
- I bought a foreclosed house, which of course didn't come with the openers. Sears wanted a lot more for their openers. After doing some research I was pretty confident that these would work seeing as though Chamberlain makes Sears product. They did the trick and were easy to program.
- I have a couple 950CB one button remotes, but after awhile it gets annoying to change them out. Like all remotes, read carefully to make sure you get the right one!
The back of the packaging mentioned an orange button instead of a red one. Unless the button is actually orange...
