- I am not into the ins and outs of HDTVs. I just want a t.v. that will work and this one does.
- OK as a owner of this TV i want to say it is the best 19 inch out there, you cant get any better then this one, inputs allow you 2 make it into anything including a great moniter. Speakers are nice and loud and it has a very attractive look. This TV blows the others away, and that is why i gave it a 5 star, you cant ask for anything more from a 19inch tv then this privides!!!
As i said about the priceing!!!! I picked this tv up for myself for 215 dollars (although i got the 33% discount from target on floor modle (it was only on the floor for 2 days and wasnt even hooked up 2 anything so JACKPOT!!!)) Although if you see the price of this TV is outragous! Retail from target a few months ago was 330!!!! Great TV, find another place to buy!
I got this TV 2 hook up my ps3 and my computer 2. It handles PS3 with a very clear picture, i cant ask for better, and same with my computer, 1 player games work perfectly with it, split screen gets alittle cramped but it does not restrain you from playing at all! If you play 4 players (which i havent tryed yet) on it i have to ammagine that it will be 2 small!
- OK, so originally put up a video showing off the tv's problem(faulty volume button that would stay at max),without taking the time to even explain anything. The purpose of it was to show that if you're gonna be cheap, be prepared for that risk of receiving a defective product. Of course, I could see why people couldn't interpret this message, especially with no spoken words ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha, So on to the review:
I wouldn't recommend sitting any farther than 9ft, because it becomes difficult to focus on small details. The sound is nowhere near amazing, but some adjusting improved it. Captions are customizable to look more attractive, there's also a clock and freeze frame button among other features. It also doubles as a monitor so you can switch from your console to your desktop on the fly. The overall viewing experience is really good. I contacted customer service (very easy to deal with) and am expecting a replacement set within 10 business days.
- This set has an annoying 'feature' that was so irritating we returned the set.
As you change channels, a large grey status panel comes up, with the language, screen format & sound settings. The panel stays on the screen for 4 seconds.
This probably won't happen if you have this hooked up to a cable converter, but if you're pulling straight off antenna or cable, it makes channel surfing intolerable.
The picture and sound were fine.
- I've had this set for less than one year and it is already failing. The set has difficulty starting, looses channels and turns itself off repeatedly. The picture completely fails and the unit screeches and blacks out. The warranty is exceedingly **POOR**. One year on parts, however, when I contacted Magnavox customer support I was told there is no repair service on this model, but they would replace with a new unit for an additional $275.00!!!!(No Warranty??). Avoid this item completely!

- The plugin panel on the back of the screen flopped around when I tried to connect the wiring. A blue line developed on the left of the screen and this seems appear at random and may or may not be there when the set is turned on and may start up suddenly an then go off for a while and then reappear later. I though it would be easier to buy this online but I sending it back and heading to Best Buy. Maybe I got a lemon and maybe they are all lemons. Won't look at the brand again.

- This projector worked for only 40 lamp hours before repeatedly shutting down after 15 minutes of use. The projector casing would get very hot when this happened. After speaking with a technician from INfOCUS he said it had a problem called premature shutdown and i should send it for repairs which i did and it has been working so far. I wouldn't recommend this projector because it seems to have a technical flaw.
- I am delighted with the InFocus projector I purchased. It is easy to use and has produced bright, clear images with excellent reliability.
- Despite the fact that it's listed quite clearly that this supports component video... it does not. At least, not without a hard to find adapter that converts component signal into a vga (vesa) connector.
This is extremely annoying oversight and it's disappointing that they couldn't just include the adapter with the unit. So I have no idea until InFocus ships me the adapter as to the quality of this projector.
You would think that a projector that makes such a big deal about displaying HD would have a common HD connector like HDMI or component video jacks. I assume that once I get the adapter the projector will display an HD signal as advertised. Note to Amazon: please change the description to say that it has COMPOSITE video input, not COMPONENT.
EDITED REVIEW: I now give this ONE star. The lamp died after less than 90 minutes of use, so I'm returning the whole thing for a refund. I have no idea what the HD looks because the lamp died before the HD adapter arrived. Extremely disappointed in InFocus and this projector.
- I have the same issue as Suzanne--after a couple of months of use, the lamp keeps shutting itself down, case gets hot but fan doesn't continue to operate as you'd expect it would. Since there's no hard power off/on switch, only way to deal with this is to pull the plug, wait a few minutes, and try again (obviously with the fan off, no cooling, bad for lamp longevity). Yesterday the lamp refused to stay lit for more than 5 minutes at a time. Called InFocus's "World Class Customer Service," was told to clean off the lens (clean off the lens??). When I protested that the lens is clean, I was told I'd be sent an RMA shipping label for a repair. If I weren't so pleased with the IN26's very good video quality I'd be less annoyed at the lamp defect.

- i got this tv for my 15th birthday about two weeks ago. I have been playing my xbox 360 on 1080i and it looks awesome! My only complaint is that the volume doesn't go up very loud. All in all this is a great, slim,
beautiful tv. I watched a regular movie on it and it made standard definition look high def.
- I purchased this TV from my local Circuit City on it's release of 6/8/2008, This replaced the previous model. I wanted a larger screen as my previous set was a 13 inch. The set has a super clear picture with many extras. The gloss black case looks nice but is a dust and fingerprint magnet, and the remote feels very cheap. My issue comes from the sound, Even at full volume it can barely be heard, I've read this with other small sharp sets but had hoped it was corrected with this new model. I had to hook up an external powered speaker (JBL On Tour Portable Speaker System) to get any sound. Other than the sound I would reccomend this set. I paid 419 just for the record.
- This is a great tv which I mounted on my kichen wall. Great resolution and contrast. My kitchen has many windows and bright but still great view, especially the HDTV channels.
However, the volume is very very small. Even at full volume I can still hardly hear it. Forget about enjoying stero sound when dealing with such small narrow speaker. I will now need to go and buy a separate speaker which loses elegance as it clusters the wall.

- This TV is incredible! This is my first LCD TV, and I was really afraid of things like viewing angle, image distortion. However, this TV has erased everything from my mind, especially when I put a DVD. Another plus is its size: perfect for a bedroom! Great choice!
- This is the most awesome tv. The experience of watching programs in HD on this set is like looking through a window at things as they happen right before your eyes. The contrast and picture quality is unsurpassed. Setup was so easy and I couldn't be happier with this purchase. Amazon had the best price by far and even sent me a refund when the price dropped $100 within the first month after I bought the set.
- this is one great tv. the picture, sound, and over all experience is wonderful. i searched around for all different brands of lcd hdtv that were flat screens. in the end, no tv had a better picture and price than this tv.
i always thought playing xbox 360 was fun in general, but hooking it up to this tv makes that experience phenomenal.
This tv is well worth the money (I would have paid more if Amazon's price wasn't so low haha).
- I am able to review this TV because of the savings Amazon provided over in town pricing on another TV we purchased through them, the Samsung LN-T4069F (you will also notice some cut and paste of the review I did for that TV as many of Samsungs feature set are the same on both TVs). The savings alone on our other purchase made this purchase possible.
I did the mandatory research (as most of you have) before purchasing this TV and am extremely happy with my purchase. Having the LN-T4069F for a bit allowed us to have our faith in Samsung confirmed.
I was worried about the shipping process (and damage horror stories) on this unit as it was shipped UPS (vs. Eagle on the LN-T4069F). However the worries were unfounded. The unit arrived in perfect condition.
The TV is excellent for this category. The picture is awesome in HD. SD does not look very good compared to a CRT, but for a 26", it is not nearly as bad looking as a 40". I am one of those people that refuses to stretch a 4:3 image to widescreen so the size of the 4:3 image was important to me, and on this TV (because I found no specs or mention of this on any web site) the non stretched 4:3 picture is 13" H, 18"W which is 22" Diagonal. This is secondary TV for us, so unlike the need for 120Hz on the LN-T4069F for gaming and watching motorsports, we chose this standard LCD since budget was an issue. Although I have not played video games on it, there is the normal LCD motion blur in fast moving action, to be expected but not as bad as I thought without the 120Hz feature.
The sound is good for TV of this size. You have decent stereo separation, and the TruSurround XT does a nice job. Small speakers like these do have decent sound, nice for built ins, but don't expect any bass.
Cons:
Unless it is a hidden feature that I have yet to find, you cannot custom name your inputs. Even my 27" Panasonic TV purchase in 2000 allowed you to custom name your inputs to whatever you like. On this TV you have only presets choices (such as HD STB, Game, DVD, etc). You can't input things such as Xbox 360, Cox HD Cable and the like. It is hard to believe a feature like this missing, but I won't downgrade the overall score of the TV for something so small that really has no bearing on the quality of build and picture of this unit.
The base does not provide any swivel or adjustments at all, it is a fixed unit.
- I purchased this for a bedroom and have it on a wall bracket. It was easy to install, has good sound for it's size and the picture is great.
Only comment is on some older TV shows the backgrounds can be a bit too dark. I've tried playing with the setting but it doesn't help much. I would recommend this Samsung. It's a good TV at a great price.

- the product is very good, but the wireless speed is not good for videos, but for power point its perfect
- I work with a small team, and the intention of this purchase was so we could share our screens wirelessly and enhance collaboration. This projector has been an enormous disappointment from how it was billed.
Before purchasing I first emailed Panasonic to see if it was Vista compatible. Absolutely they said. So I ordered. You know how you know when sales guys are lying? Their lips move. Something I'd forgotten in my excitement to get a good wireless projector.
So as soon as it arrived, I pop the wireless driver CD (called "3.0ME") into my Vista box, and promptly get the following popup "????os???"OK. When you click OK, the driver install cancels. Mmm, you can almost taste the compatibility can't you?
So I called Panasonic, where I got a very terse directive to go to the download site - to download "4.5 ME". Just as I was about to download I noticed it said that it was compatible with the 100NT, and the 51NT, but the 60NTU was not mentioned. I pointed this out to the brusque Panasonic techie who told me "look just download it, OK" and he hung up. So I did.
Well after much fiddling it really wasn't working. So I uninstalled it, only to find that now the wireless on my laptop didn't work ie I couldn't access the web. So I called back Panasonic help, where I was told, "look your laptop working is nothing that I can help with" which I sort of appreciate, but I was trying to point out it was working perfectly until 4.5ME was installed. "Hey, I've got an idea" I said "How about I reinstall 4.5ME and see if that fixes whatever it messed with when it uninstalled itself out of the registry" . Great, he said. And so I did, and now - amazingly - the internet was working. But the wireless projector connection still was not.
But the tech guy kept working with me - although he seemed to be referencing another product entirely which was frustrating for both of us. Finally he said "so you are using 4.5...I'm really not familiar with that, how about you install 3.0 then I can help you troubleshoot". I'm sorry, but when the tech help isn't familiar with the latest driver posted to the website something seems terribly wrong. "Its the latest driver" I pointed out "Yes but its not compatible with your projector" he said "Thats what I said the first time around to your colleague" I explained. It was all quite maddening.
I then explained that actually I had tried to install 3.0 but the disc install failed. "Ahh" he said "You need the 3.0 download from the website". Well this was looking promising. So I downloaded and installed to find out...yup it was all in Japanese. No clue which buttons to click as they were all in Hiragana...Wow! This is compatibility??? Fortunately he knew which buttons to click, and he instructed me and off I went and STILL the machine wouldn't fire up using the wireless network. A picture would pop up for just a moment, but then close down. "It's a bug with Vista" he said. Well that may well be, but that's not how Panasonic sold this thing.
So he told me what I needed to do was download another document that talked about how to wirelessly connect with Vista by manually setting up the IP addresses on the Network Drivers. "Well could you stick around and just talk me through this?" I asked. "Nope, I've never done it before, but the instructions look pretty easy" he said and then hung up. I stared mournfully at the dead telephone and began the lonely download.
Well the good news is it does work. If you manually set the addresses which is a huge pain in the ass, denies you accessing the web on your wireless network, and can only deal with up to four users, and requires a whole set of undo steps on the back end to make the wireless work "properly" afterwards. Compatibility this isn't, this is jerry rigging.
The picture is wonderful. But the wireless network set up is laughable for Vista, and for Panasonic to claim that this projector has compatibility is a near crime. Back it goes. What a waste of time money and effort. I hope this review helps someone avoid this aggravation.
