- This little sucker is almost too good to be true. Specs don't do justice to the LP130's size; you have to see it in person to appreciate just how tiny it is. Until then, just trust me... it's so small, it's kinda ridiculous.
But you don't seem to sacrifice anything for the light weight. It's just as bright and sharp as the other InFocus projectors I've used (I believe LP435z is the model), which is to say, plenty good enough for anything but hard-core videophiles. Alright, there is one thing; the LP130 isn't cheap. But it certainly isn't unreasonable compared to other native XGA, 1K lumen ultraportables. Sure, it has the same black-level limitations as all DLP projectors. And it runs pretty hot, almost too hot to touch sometimes. Those are minor niggles. Overall, this is the best projector I've seen.
- I wish I owned the LP130. I've seen it in action and must admit it makes a major impression. But I'm lucky because I have a good friend who allows me to borrow this expensive business essential. Its small, light (three pounds), simple to operate, easy to travel with and can throw one heck of an image. The zoom lens will knock your socks off and the remote control allows whoever is giving the pitch to move about without restrictions. Be careful with it...it gets hot but this baby is worth it...it doesn't get much better than this when it comes to a light weight quality projector for professionals. If you need an edge...this is it. It oozes confidence.
- I have owned an LP130 for over two years and the performance is outstanding. It is very portable, very powerful and very easy to travel with. Remember that InFocus projectors ship with the brightness set to 50% and that's normally all you need. Turn up the brightness up and you can project really large images. I am impressed with the simplicity of operation. Turn it on, it starts, turn it off it stops. People are blown away by the compactness and brightness. The performance has been exceptional and it has traveled all over the country, to Europe and Asia without a flaw.

- It's a nice design. Picture is as good, even better than some more famous brands. Great value.
- When I recieved this product, It was in good condition but broke 5 months later. Besides that, It was extremely ugly. I ou are going to spend this much on this bad of a tv, please get a different one.None of this was Target's fault.
- I bought this TV for my bedroom about nine months ago, and I have never had the 'buzzing noise' problem that a few reviewers on this site have mentioned. If you purchase this TV and have that problem, I would definitely recommend that you exchange it for another one because THIS IS NOT NORMAL. Perhaps it was a problem with previous models that has since been fixed.
I went into my local Target to shop for a TV because I knew I would get one there for a good price. Once I arrived, I took my time and picked out a few that I like based on aesthetics, and then I carefully examined the picture and sound on each one. There's just something about flat screen TVs versus traditional CRTs when it comes to visual quality. The clarity of the picture and color quality were far superior to any other TV that I saw, and for less than $200, the price was definitely right. The sound quality seemed good, too. I wrote the model number down, went home, and researched the TV online a bit more when I got home. I didn't hesitate at all when I came back the next day- I purchased mine, brought it home, and fired it up with a smile on my face. I haven't stopped smiling since- you really do get your money's worth with this TV. I've paired mine up with the new Philips DVP642 progressive scan DVD player (these are sold at Target also, but I don't see this product on the website), and the picture quality is astounding. The number of inputs on this TV allows you to hook up multiple s-video or regular A/V devices, and you can redirect your sound output to a stereo or receiver if you'd like.
If you're in the market for a high quality small/medium sized TV for your bedroom or dorm room, this is the way to go. Five stars.
- Unless you are into vertical white lines, this television may not do anything for you. The sound was fine, without buzzing for what it's worth. But we were disappointed on Christmas night when all we had was a vertical white line. I guess that's what you get for not buying a Sony.
- This is a good flat screen television that has a very good price! I got this 20 inch TV a couple of months ago when my old 19 inch TV broke and this 20 inch television is the perfect size for my room, not to big and not too small and I love that it is a flat screen television which my old one wasn't and I love the sleek stylish silver colored modern design of it and I'm also very impressed with the excellent sound with speakers that are on the top, bottom and sides of the screen and I'm impressed with the beautiful clear picture and I like that you can select the sound and picture options that best suit your own personal tastes. Also impressive is the quadrasurf feature that has 4 buttons all of different colors that allows you to save 10 favorite channels for each button at a total of 40 favorite channels and with that feature you can group your favorite channels by catagory. The only complaint I have is that there is a small buzzing sound at the back of this TV but I have found that it's really only noticibely loud if the volue is really low or the mute is on but despite that I'm very happy I got this TV andnand I own a stereo CD player and a CD boombox that are also made by Philips and I'm very satisfied with those products too!
