- I work in the AV department of a large company. We no longer allow our employees to purchase InFocus projectors. We had a 17% failure rate. We purchased approximately 850 LP70+ projectors in the last 14 months. I still receive at least 5 a week that need to be sent in for repair to InFocus. Most are dead on arrival. InFocus claims they got a bad shipment of power supplies which affects SN range ANEN511XXXXX to ANEN535XXXXX. We have found this range to be false. Once past 30 days InFocus will not refund and will issue a like new unit, unless you are willing to wait 4-6 for repair. Spend your money on a Panasonic projector, We have over 3000 in service. I've had only 2 go down. They are brighter and more durable than comparable models from different manufacturers. DON'T BUY InFocus.
- The initial projector was D.O.A. and I was given a refurbished one in return. It worked OK but the color was off. After about 5 months later it developed a shadow on the right edge. I sent it in for repair and when it returned, it would not focus beyond 3 feet. I sent it in for repair again and it just returned. It now powers itself down as soon as it turns the lamp on.
This projector is a DUD!
- I have had this unit in for repairs 4 time now, in the past year. Save your money buy another unit not this one.
- I had to always carry around speakers when I needed sound, which defeated the purpose of the small size of this unit. I have had good luck with it for about two years, but it did fail fully and finally the other day. Used in many locations with good luck until then, but the leg is weak and not easy to make horzontal, and it was broken off in a tiny move by someone else moving my projector.
Recommended for visual use (PowerPoint, Keynote) but not for items with sound on the road.
- This InFocus LP70+ is a very impressive projector. Presentation and preception are essential to a professional.

- My company bought three for a project room and mounted them to the ceiling. Within 1 month of average use two had already been returned due to the lamp not striking (lamp will not turn on). If you get them, be sure you have maintenance plan and spare bulbs handy.

- Im very pleased with this projector I bought here on Amazon. They deal with international cards (a thing that I couldnt do directly with Tiger Direct) and the shippment was super fast (3 days approx).
The product itself its pretty good, I was looking to buy the cheapest projector on the block and I got quite a surprise, a good one, its pretty quite, good options menu and image, what else would I want?
Thanks Amazon, Thanks Tiger Direct, Thanks BenQ :)

- The projector is nice. It is very small and projects a nice picture, but, it has a fan that kicks into high gear and the noise is noticable since it is not running all the time. I think the noise factor de-values the projector. I have an epson 77c that has no noticable fan noise and projects a picture of almost the same quality. We placed the two projectors side by side and used a dual imput to both projectors. Even though the optoma has more lumens and a higher contrast ratio , it was hard to determine the optoma picture as having any superior quality. I bought the Optoma projecter on-line and have no choice but to like it, but---if I could have done the same comparisson test prior to purchase--I would opt for another projector.
- I'd always wanted a projector, and I'm glad I got this one. It was easy to set up and attach to my laptop computer, and it projects good quality photos and videos. The case that comes with it is handy for storing and moving the projector and its accessories.

- I just bought a z2000 and it stopped working on the third day. Looks like several folks on the AVS forum have had the same exact problem. Basically, the unit powers off, the door shuts 90% of the way, and the warning light of death comes on. I have plugged out the unit to no avail and I will have to deal with Sanyo support on Monday. I JUST got this thing. Not good. I will post let you know how Sanyo handles this situation. Perhaps they can take a negative situation and make it into a positive strength with thier service and responsiveness. Other from that, this PJ is superb.

- I purchas3ed this product after carefully doing my homework. It is a highly rated product and a good price here at Amazon.I recievd the unit today after only 4 days with super saving, free shipping. HOWEVER, the unit is NOT new as described but Refurbished. This is a big disappointment and I will be returning the unit. A local retailer will have it on sale, NEW for $749. in a couple of weeks.
- Great product! I have had great results with it using it in my class to show my students power point presentations and clips from great movies related to my curriculum!
