- Yellows show up as brown and cyan is way off. Sent in for service and got it returned saying it was "normal"
As for power...this is a GREAT projector for movies...I have even projected on the side of a house (50-foot sceen?!?) and had light power to spare!
- Our club already had one like this and we're glad we have two. It's an excellent product and arrived on time.

- I received my projector in good working order. It was shipped in a reasonable amount of time. We are satisfied with the purchase.
- My company pruchased this unit 2 months ago. During a Board presentation the projector went down. We determined that it was a bad bulb and that I would get a new one. At first i thought Infocus had great customer service until i was told continuously that I would have a bulb shipped "next week". I heard this for two months, calling twice a week. Finally, i asked to talk to the manager when they told me the bulbs were still not in. Miraciously they came up with one. What are the odds of that????? I was getting the run-around. Very suprised by this. I thought they were a reputable company.

- I recently purchased this projector for my room and it is AWESOME!
I have lived with a 20" tv for a while with surround sound and I needed a bigger display for a cheap price. I was able to and 80" display in my room which is a HUGE change from my small TV.
I can connect it to my computer, VCR, TV, Camera, Gaming system and more.
The only things that are a minor inconvience are that if you are sitting next to it, you will fry. This thing exhausts so much heat and your room will be heated up in the summer if you don't have A/C or a fan.
Images from a Computer tend to be pixelated. Other than this, this is a great projector.
- AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME! I've had it for over 4 moths now, and I love it. I play video games on the big screen (over 90 inches) in my room, watch movies in the dark with friends, watch regular tv, use it with my computer to go online, write reports and just to see things from a new perspective. I Love it. I haven't had to buy a new bulb yet so i do not use it inscesently, but it does work for long periods with no problem. I have a baby blue colored room and I project directly to my wall, and the whites and WHITE and the blacks and BLACK. as it is, there's no need for me to spend $200+ on a screen. A+ product. any questions ask matttllz5772@aol. this product is hot. and ask about my products as well- books, to paintball markers, to games and systems. I would highly recomend this projector over the more expensive epson projectors. it does a great job with high quality. the only thing is that it does get hot and i would not like to sit next to it (thats why its on the wall ;-)
- This is a great projector. I bought this projector on march of 2006 and it still works great. I don't own a screen, but the wall have worked great. Even if there is still light in the room the movie on the wall still looks good.
I have used it to for powerpoint presentation, for movies using a dvd player or laptop and watching movies straight from the cable box.
The wide and Tele features are great to ajust your picture.
I love this projector.
- I bought my projector almost two years ago and use it for DVDs, cable and to play my Wii. With a $1,000 budget, I bought the projector, a stereo surround system, a can of low gloss white paint and some black trim and built a home theater that will rival one that would cost 25-30K (if you bought a comparable-sized plasma TV). My projector is about 15 feet away from the wall and projects a 108 inch screen. I consider the quality to be about halfway between watching a movie in a theater and watching one on a plasma tv. I don't pretend the image is the same as a plasma, but the Epson's price is only a fraction of its clearer cousin.
I'll add a positive note to Epson's customer service. I had a problem with my projector (while still under 2 year warranty), and after talking me through several unsuccessful troubleshooting efforts over the phone, they over-nighted me a brand new unit without hassle.
- The Epson PowerLite S3 has served us well for several years. It's reliable, spending hours on with no problems. It's sturdy, standing up to car and air travel. And it's reliable - whether it was last used a week ago, or months ago, it just works when you turn it in. A good machine!

- This is a great projector for a low price. The picture is clear and sharp and I use it for my living room television. I also used it at my wedding to put on a slide show using my computer. Everyone that comes to my house loves it. The picture is huge and it feels like being at the movies.
