- Push them in deep (you should be able to hear yourself swallow)and you get pretty good sound. Bass is accurate, not muddy or boomy, highs are crisp, the mids are clear and fairly detailed. Of course this is after tweaking the EQ on your player. If your player doesn't have an EQ you probably will not be to happy with these. The retractable case is 2.5 inches x 2.25, a little too large in my opinion, never the less a handy way to protect and keep your cords tangle free. The cord is plenty long enough at 3'. These buds can get pretty loud so you have to pay attention to the volume setting. No fatigue after two straight hours of rock, rap, and pop. Overall a good value for the money, I paid $34 at B&H. I'm happy with the sound and the comfort. Just don't expect to be wowed. The last time I was wowed was when I brought a pair of Pro 35A's from Radio Shack for thirty bucks. To this day I can't believe the incredible sound from those budget phones. So I give these 4 stars if you use an EQ, 3 stars without.

- If you looked through my reviews, you'd find out that I've been needing something to replace my JVC clip earbuds. The buds just seemed to keep clipping off and only tape could hold the buds onto the clip. So I tried the Philips HS820 and it arrived defective. The RPHT65S, all it HAD was bass. So, I tried these Cyber Acoustics ACM6800 headphones, and I think they are pretty mediocre. I don't think they are worth the money, and depending on what your musicial tastes are and how large your head is, you could do much better.
First the sound quality, which I think is very mediocre, depending on what you listen to. I think they sound pretty mediocre for some genres and average for others--it depends on the genres you listen to. If I would've put these on blindly, I'd think they were 75% of the list price. The bass is absent, the mids are too overwhelming, with some sparkle in the treble. The soundstage is good, but not all that special if the actual speakers are producing mediocre sound quality. For a lot of soft rock performed well on these headphones (like Dave Matthews Band or Snow Patrol), but in general these couldn't handle my music tastes at all. They sound boring and fatiguing at the same time. Hip-hop sounded boring, R&B boring, rock fatiguing and raunchy--nothing really performed well on these headphones except the occasional rock track. Sure I could play around with the iPod's EQ, but I think you shouldn't HAVE to. In general, the phones just sound tinny.
These headphones have a really snug fit, too snug for me. I did do some bending and twisting and got these to fit okay, but for extended listening these just won't do, another reason why these headphones aren't going to do it for me. These are definitely made for those with a smaller head. My head is fairly average, and I really had to pull the headband for these to be nice and comfy. The actual speaker clips are comfortable, though.
These headphones do come with a handy volume control switch. It's more like a quiet whisper to loud than it is 0% to 100%, but it does come in handy in a few situations. And I think in general these headphones are fairly loud--sometimes headphones with a VC are quiet for some reason, when these can really blast your tunes. The cord is four feet long, pretty much an industry standard, I know some who would want more, but the smart thing to do is just buy an extension cord if you find most standard cords too short.
Oh, and of course this is a very appealing item. It's all white so everyone around you knows you have an iPod with you. (Or you have one of those Sony D-EJ001 CD Walkman (White)s that are pure white.) I have to admit, when I saw the photo I thought these looked darn cool, and couldn't wait to just use them.
Overall, the Cyber Acoustics ACM6800's are only recommended for those who don't care about sound, have a small head, and enjoy the white color of the headphones. But, I think you can get that for much, much cheaper, if sound and comfort aren't issue. Overall, just add the ACM6800 on your "don't buy because there are better" list.

- The only reason this product doesn't fit on your head is because it is designed to rest on your neck and we all know that this is mostly in style. The headphone lights will wow your friends but don't tell them where you got them from the are unique and not yet found in stores belive me I know!
- Hey I have a HUGE head and these fit just fine. these are a great set of headphones. The sound quality is better than more pricey, less flashy headphones and the sound quality isnt sensitive to dirt and movement in the ummm whachamacallit... the socket. The style apeals to ravers and wannabees alike and are reasonably comfortable.
Only two minor flaws: 1)Lack of a volume control 2)Need colors other than red, green, and blue and possibly more than 3 lights
- Don't waste your money, not only do these headphones look bad when you put them on, they are not made to fit and adult head. The flashing lights are annoying and they keep turning on by accident. Worst of all is the quality, I did not have mine for more that a month after they were already starting to sound bad. After 9 weeks I finally put them in the garbage where they belong because the sound quality had deteriorated too much and sound was only coming out of the right side.
- i ordered these a week and a half ago and recently received them, and i have to say that i am satisfied for the ... price for which i purchased these headphones. however, the LB1S headphones look like they are grey here, but actually end up being more bluish tinted. also, they feel a little awkward at first and a bit uncomfortable, but after a little while, i guess i will adjust. they are lightweight, but they are also a little flimsy and wobbly. but i am very satisfied. they look cool and i am the first kid on the block to get them, becuase amazon.com is the only place i have ever seen them. they are stylish and just downright cool. so buy them, kids, today!
- These are awsome...but like everyone else has been saying there are a couple of problems. They are a bit uncomfortable...but you DO get used to them...the lights do sometimes turn on because the button accidentally gets pushed but they automatically turn off. The little ummmm plug thingie doesn't fit right in my CD player either i have to move it around sometimes. Also I've only had mine since Christmas and they broke on the end where it says the model name..so i can't use them anymore..I used them everyday tho..But I am the only person who has these at my entire school! Everyone loves them! I'll walk down the hall and everyone stops and is like "WOW! Where'd you get those way cool headphones" luckily I got mine for a gift so I just say "I donno I got them for Christmas." but my parents actually got these from a store...hmmm.....well they are great....just don't put them in the bottom of your backpack or they'll break next time you try to put them on...:-) LOVE EM!

- The product description states that these headphones deliver studio quality sound, but that is a bald-faced lie. These headphones may work OK for listening to a podcast or a radio program. But the tinny sound they provide is horrible for music. The only benefit you can get from this product is that after listening to your favorite songs through these things, they will sound SO much better with real headphones.
