- I ordered a pair of these to use at the gym with my iPod and also with a music system we jack into while spinning. They sound great. I treat them very well but I can't believe that people use these while doing extreme sports.
I have gone through two pair in 4 months. The volume control failed in the first pair. Skullcandy replaced them but it took forever. They never reply to your e-mails or website comments which is why I gave them 1 star.
The second pair also started to fail at the volume control. So I used DeoxIt on them and that cleared it up. Don't sweat on the volume control or you will have to clean it with something because it will start to have spots that don't work and sound will drop out. After about 1 month of use the jack failed. I would have to twist the cord to get them to work.
Now this is just from using them at the gym. Not skateboarding or snowboarding or any of the stuff they show the guys on their website doing.
When you do the second RMA, they hassle you with they don't cover accidental damage. They make you send the entire pair in this time. Then you wait 4 weeks and hassle them with e-mails and on their website and they never respond but they finally ship you a new pair. So 6 weeks after I sent them in I get a new pair.
I'm sure these will break just as soon as the last pair. But for what they cost I will keep sending them and hassling them. These don't even last as long as a cheap $10 pair. I could buy 6 pairs of those for what these cost.
- Sound quality is better than the standard issue iPod ear buds, but have to say they do not exactly rock my world like better quality ear phones. OK if you want a small upgrade.
- I really expected to have the button that allows you to take phone calls and skip forward songs, but this doesnt have it. Its just a pair of headphones. No microphone, no shortcut button. Just fits into the IPhone jack. I wouldn't have bought them if I knew this, but they are decent headphone so I am going to hang onto them as backup. Still, I am pretty disappointed. Should have done more research, I know.
- Just because these headphones come with three different sizes of rubber covers, doesn't mean they'll stay in. The design requires them to fit into the ear canal; there's no place for the cord to rest and stay put. They're useless for any activity other than sitting quietly at your keyboard because if you move around, they'll fall out. I rigged something up with an old over-the-ear piece, but its the equivalent of taping your glasses together, i won't wear these in public.
- La calidad de sonido es muy buena el unico detalle es el estuche para guardarlo, podian haber hecho algo mas facil de usar, es muy tedioso guardar los audifonos en dicho estuche, uno pierde mucho tiempo.

- I bought a set of these headphones 2 months ago and they already quit working. They were very uncomfortable and never seemed to fit right. The cord began to come apart almost immediately.
- I bought this product and agree with the other reviewer. It lasted one month. Even though it has the Nike logo, they don't support the product. Nike will send you to Philips because it is manufactured by Philips which has horrible customer support.
- I've gone through 2 of these in 1 month. On the first, the right headphone stopped working after about 2 weeks. The second pair -- same problem, but only after 1 week. I don't know if they're just from a bad batch or what...
The sound is ok, but they're not that comfortable. They're rough on the ears, and the way they curve around your neck almost inhibits your movement.
For retail of 29.95, they're a major letdown.

- Great product! It's slim, light, fits perfectly. If it didn't have a wire, you'd forget it's there. It also sounds great like all Skullcandy products. I'm really happy with my purchase.

- I've tried out many headphones and this one is very unique. The sound that comes out is crystal clear and so vibrant you feel as though you aren't wearing headphones when you listen to music or watch a movie. They are on the pricier side of the headphones world, but they are worth every penny.
If you are looking for a good comfortable headset, then search no more.
Only con these have is that the actual jack is the bigger version, so without using the converter you can't use it directly into a pc or Ipod, as these are meant to go directly into a sound system, or DJ amp.
All in all, Very good investment

- I recently had to reorder more replacement sleeves for my Sure E3c. Due to my past personal prefrence, I went with the "soft" sleeves in a size large. This model seems to fit my ear with the tightest fit without being uncomfortable like the the clear plastic models, but to each his own. The sleeves when fitted properly will pretty much close off all other external ambient sound, so keep this in mind if you will be using these earbuds in places where you may need hear what is going on. Due in part to their sound isolation properties, the E3c produce audiophile sound with a coustomized fit.
Only caveat, make sure you keep the sleeves and phones clean due to the sleeves propensity to come off and be lodged in your ear canal when they get dirty from oil/sweat.
