1. I bought these based on appearance, and will refer everyone to this site for earbuds at a great price and surperb quality. I travel extensively and the hours I log on an airplane desperately require noise cancellation. These are impressive. You can spend all you want on high-end head phones or get several these for a fraction of the cost. I'll be back for more. Check it out for yourself.



2. After reading all the positive reviews about these SOUND-SQUARED earbuds, I am a little disappointed by the sound quality of this one. The sound is clear, but not well balanced. It is mostly on the high and middle frequency. The bass is missing a little. The sound quality also depends on how you position them in your ear. If you don't push them hard enough against your ear, the sound could be almost squeaky. It's got a noise-reducing effect by making air-tight chambers in the ears, which means you have to force the rubbers deep into your ears. I feel quite uncomfortable with that, especially after some time of continuous listening. But this could be personal, because I've seen quite some reviews appreciating the comfort of this kind of earbuds. Overall, it is buyable for the price but does not offer a balanced sound.



3. I have purchased several in-ear earbuds....these are the worst by far...I wouldn't even give them away. They look great, but sound terrible.

1. Good headset, but the microphone does not work at all, already bough two of this item, both times the detachable microphone did not work, even when plugged directly into the audio input.
   
   Note: have only tested on macs, but don't see why it should work on a pc.



2. I bought this about 2 weeks ago (maybe less) for around $25.00 at Target. And this morning, it just decided to stop working altogether. I don't recommend this thing at all. Especially since it'll break by just sitting on your desk overnight.



3. Isn't really a review, more like a question but since that's the intention of this I'd just like to say that I really love these headphones. Some of the best quality I've experienced with audio in my opinion. But I was wondering if there were any headphones with quality just as good as these but without the irremovable "volume booster" thing that seems to be attached to this one? Not saying that these are the best crystal clear quality headphones but out of all the ones I've come across, for the price these are great.

1. I just bought this and a portable speaker system to use with my MP3 player. When i opened the box, they looked like pretty good headphones but when i tried to put them on, i realized that it wouldnt actually "clip" on. It had the clip, but, unlike other models that i have had before this one, it wouldnt click open and shut. I paid $10 for these. This is half the price of the Portable speaker system i got which was only 20. Hmmmmm....... Anyway, it did hav pretty good sound when i held the thing up to my ear, which is why i gave it a "2" star instead of a "1". Overall: DONT BUY IT!!!



2. Okay, I realize I didn't pay a mint for these things, but they're Koss, so I thought they would be "better". The sound is pretty decent if your willing to hold them against your ears. The clips seem to hold the speakers too far from your ears, so it ends up sounding "tinny". The clips tend squeeze your ears after a period of time, and it begins to hurt. Short periods tend to be okay, but after a time, it's painful. Overall, I'm not impressed and wouldn't recommend these to anyone.



3. For 8 bucks don't be expecting amazing sound quality. I paid $10 for my pair and was very satisfied. They fit my ears perfectly, and the sound was very good for that pricerange. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of five was that they broke after 6 months. At first the left channel started crackling, but now it is completely gone. Still, I'm about to buy another pair, because nothing I've tried since has really compared to these.



4. excellent high-frequency response. I was surprised at how good they sound and yet they allow one to hear "outside" sounds.

1. The clarity of this product playing on an ipod NANO ranks with Sony, maybe Bose. For the money, these are a good buy. You can buy these and keep the $60 to $100 a better name would cost. Behind the head is a good feature too.

1. Deep, loud Bass, Extremely comfortable to wear. High quality sound, quite accurate. Heard details on my music I've never heard before. Great Balance of Value and Quality. Only downfall is that they are plastic.



2. Two Thumbs Up! When I tried this headset with some of classical music CDs ( DDD, ADD, AAD ) and OGG ( 500Kbps Max_Value ) files made by them ( I tested them! :-) ), it is very different from other general headsets. It expresses music and sound with more deep and sharp with very sophisticated voices; therefore, each of instruments in orchestra expresses its discrete sounds very cleary. :-) I think that it has huge value with the price. Low price with high quality sounds. :-) I'm also satisfied with the volume control in the headset, especially for the volume level. When I listen to a classical music, i turned on the volume level with 55/100%. It is too loud for me to listen a music over 60/100%. I really recommend this headset when you are especially a classical music listener. It will be excellent choice for you.



3. For the price these are great headphones. I use them for recording and listening to music. They are great for reference.

4. I was a little disappointed. If you see a photo of these online or in a catalog they look kind of rugged and adjustable. Up close you'll notice there all plastic and there isn't any adjustment for different head sizes. Who knows? If you like to overdo it with bass and have a big fat head these might be a perfect fit for you.



5. I was just thinking about how old my headphones were. I got them just a little over 4 years ago (February 18, 2004 and it is now April 8, 2008) the condition is still excellent. The sound is still excellent. The comfort is still excellent. I have probably had these on my head for 4,000 hours of my life as I work in a cubicle environment and stream music to listen through these headphones more than half of every work day. I just thought it would be worth sharing my great experience with these as I think they are the best product I have ever purchased from amazon, and now the price is so rediculously low!
