1. Harmon\Kardon seriously let me down with this below standard product. Let me start with the 1 good thing. They fit my ears. But what good is it to fit my ear if they sound like CRAP! The come in some fancy case that I don't care about because you cant use the case for any thing. But the sound quality is just sooooo poor. I tried every different eq setting that I have on my ipod, but none could make these earbuds sound worth a crap. They have no bass, no distinction what so ever in levels of music. I listen to all genres of music and none of them sounded worth listening to. I used them for about 5 minutes and went back to the earbuds I got with my ipod that hurt my ears. I had actually rather be uncomfortable with the others than I had listen to these pieces of crap.
   
   I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!!!!!!!!



2. I just wasted $100 on a pair of these, because I loved the Soundsticks so much. These are junk; maybe fine for AM talk radio and MIDI; they actually suck the life out of music. (Even Stevie Wonder becomes flat and unfunky!) I will throw them away, and my wife and I will continue to fight over her regulation i-pod headphones, until I can pick up a set of those.

1. I previously owned the Sennheiser pmx70s and loved them. After inadvertantly cutting the cable on them I opted to replace them with these because of the more subdued color and ability to fold them. Sound quality is as good as if not better then the pmx70s but comfort, on my head/ears at least, is a real issue. I use my phones for monitors during my gig as a solo musicians. Most nights by my last set (3 hours in) these things would be killing the outside tops of my ear canal. A casual user may not have these issues. I have retired them from my live setup but intend to use them for more short term use.

I purchased these about a month ago and they now belong to the garbage can.....They are probably more useful to it than to me....The sound is unbalanced and the clarity is horrible..When I firlst used them I knew I had made a mistake but the time and effort it took to return them just wasn't worth it....don't buy....



2. Really, really bad sound. I bought these because they come with multiple cushion sizes. My previous SONY earplugs hurt my ears after wearing them for an hour. I spent a few extra bucks to buy these because of the earplug sizes.
   
   At first glance, I was confused because the right and left headphone wires connect in a u format instead of a y (the right earplug wire is 5x longer than the left earplug wire).
   
   I guess that would have been okay if the audio quality was even decent. It sounds like mono--high pitched mono. No bass that I can detect. Save your money and just get the sony headphones.
