1. Hi there, I bought a pair of these black Plugs to replace a pair of blue ones that I bought about 4 years ago. These ones have different packaging and the sound is far inferior to the blue ones that I have used and loved for 4 years. The sound is hollow and flat. I went ahead and ordered a new set of blue Plugs (with different packaging) hoping that they are the same quality as before. Hope this helps.

1. If you don't want to spend a lot of money but want good sound, this is the head set for you! I like to play my piano while my husband watches TV just five feet away from me. He doesn't hear me nor do I hear the TV...unless I stop playing. The sound is great for the price. The cord is extra long so it doesn't interfere with my keyboard. This product works for me!

1. I am satisfied with the performance of these headphones, but the enclosed installation instructions of the infrared sensor are not detailed enough and need improvement.
   
   I had trouble getting good reception from my DVD system until I learned from a local installation shop that the infrared sensor should be mounted at the same level or above the headphones in the vehicle.



2. The product arrived as advertised, works well with my previous transmitter so I didn't even have to go to the trouble of installing a new transmitter. The spring load on the earpieces is a bit strong, but I've got a big head. Oh, well. Overall, very happy with the product and service.

1. Love it!! Charge in car, charge in wall outlet, play ipod over car speakers. Listen with earphones or over speakers, carry with lanyard or clip, protect in sack. Wow! Thanks Smoke for a VERY AFFORDABLE kit.



2. Doesn't charge Nano 2g.
   Case clips to square sides of original Nano only.
   No USB cable.



3. My product arrived faulty. Niether the car charger nor the wall charger worked. The concept of being able to charge any item that has a USB hook up was very appealing- however don't count on it. The cords, earbuds, and splitter all worked fine. I didn't even bother to test the tape deck converter. Also, product was originally intended for the ipod nano- this fact was left out of the descriptions I read about the product before purchase. I'm going to attempt to get a replacement- perhaps the next kit won't be faulty. Purchase at your own risk- if you want a working unit the first time around you might need to spring for a more expensive product.
