1. This is a high quality very well designed product.



2. I was leery ordering this moderately expensive a/v cabinet sight unseen for my new home, but to my amazement it was a perfect fit in both size and beauty. Thick real maple top and bottom panels add warmth and beauty to it's high quality look. It is beyond functional! My 42" Plasma TV fits it like a glove. It hides my components and is the perfect height for viewing the television from the sofa and chairs.
   The black glass panel doors allow easy use of the remote control without having to open them.
   One surprise was how heavy it is! It takes 2 people to lift it comfortably. It was very well designed for assembly and the instructions were easy to follow. Not a good idea to try to put it together without reading them, however, as it is a bit exacting. All tools needed (including a level) are included. You do need a large space to lay out all of the pieces. Overall I am thrilled with the look, function, and quality of this piece of fine furniture.

1. Easy to install and pretty sturdy. Nice finish. The only gripe I have is it didn't look exactly like the picture. The back panel was different. On the picture, it had a 3-4 inch vertical back panel. The item I got was a removal full back panel. But, I just left off and looks good that way.

1. This piece is a very nice addition to my den. We purchased an LCD TV that would not fit in our entertainment cabinet and I was concerned that I could not find a piece of quality for our den. This turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. We enjoy it everyday.



2. I should have assumed this, but this cabinet is shipped unassembled. It is held together using those metal dowel fastener things that you often see on cheap bookcases. Once together, the piece is sturdy and very attractive. The wood veneers look wonderful and it has a first rate look and feel. But for the price, it would have been nice if it were crafted as a single furniture piece (and not held together by dowels).
   
   HOWEVER, the quality is excellent and the assembly process -- albeit time consuming -- was generally effortless. (On other build-yourself projects I would experience crooked or poorly aligned joints and fittings -- not so here. You can tell that the factory's QC process is first rate.)
   
   A few small nits about my assembly experience:
   -- The assembly instructions are legible but the sequence of the instructions isn't always the best. It helps if the assembler has some experience and can think around some poorly worded instructions.
   -- There are no extra hardware parts. If you strip a screw or over-tighten and bend a fastener, you'll be out of luck. That being said, the screws and fasteners were of the best quality I've seen for one of these "kits" and held together very well under my screwdriver.
   -- The packaging padding wasn't quite sufficient for shipping and two of the parts were slightly broken on arrival. I was lucky that they were internal and easily glued back together.
   -- The drawers are very light duty. On first go, one of the drawers didn't align with the opening, but I was later able to "cheat" some of the wood screws on the drawer to make it fit better.
   
   Now that assembly is completed, my family is going to enjoy this piece for some time. It looks great.

1. Well what can I say...we bought this stand since it was silver/black and would go with our new TV and A/V Receiver. It seems to be solidly constructed, the only problem we had with putting it together was one of the holes that the "feet" are supposed to screw into wasn't drilled properly so we couldn't get the bolt in. After we worked on it for about 30 minutes, we ended up buying a metric bolt that was slightly smaller (a 7mm I think) that worked well enough to hold the foot on. The glass shelves are about 3/8" thick and seem solid. They are a very dark smoke color (almost black). I haven't wired everything up through the cable management rails in the back, but they seem functional (though it can be a little hard to get the end of the cable out of the hole, depending on the connector).



2. Received it from amazon last week and finally got a chance to put it together early today. I couldn't get a screw with a black rubber thing on on one of the back panels (have tried both holes), either. And besides, it's 4 flat/lock washers short so I called Bush Furniture and they will send out the parts to me (4-5 days). Will see if they send the right parts and whether it will work this time.
   
   Over all, it's not a bad stand considering the price. Amazon has a much better price than BestBuy.
