5 comments about SANUS SYSTEMS BF-24B Wood Speaker Stands.
- Took awhile to get here. Pads not thick enough to allow speaker cord to enter under base and below speaker on top
- I purchased these 24 inch speaker stands as part of a small home office audio system I was putting together with inexpensive vintage components found on ebay. The Paradigm titan speakers (original version) were a bit bass-heavy on the floor. The Sanus floor stands improved the sound dramatically. The stands assembled easily and precisely and look quite good. I have them on a hardwood floor without the carpet spikes that are included. They are stable and solid. An excellent value.
- One stand was fine, the other's holes were misaligned so that, when assembled, the gap between the two front pieces is noticeably wider at the base. Also, on the same stand, one of the holes for the top plate was misaligned so that when I screwed into the pre-drilled holes, the wood (particle board) split. Had to leave that screw out completely. I can't recommend these speaker stands.
- These are well worth the money. They are solid, easy to put together and were the perfect height for my TV. Highly recommended if you're looking for a good value in stands.
- I bought these stands for about 40% off advertised price through Amazon. They were easy to set up. No problems there. They support my Klipsch SB-3's without a problem. The look is plain, and match the black matte on the speakers, which is what I was going for.

5 comments about M-Audio Fast Track US44010 USB Audio Interface with Session Software.
- I wasn't aware when I purchased this that the audio interface came bundled with audio editing software. This I must say is what makes the product. The audio interface is great considering it is the first one I have ever used. Nevertheless, haven't had any problems with it. I also purchased Sony's Acid Music Studio editing software and I don't even use it because I like the friendly user interface on the M-Audio's Software.
- I think a lot of the problems reported in these reviews have been fixed. I am running a PC with Vista and installation of Session software was simple and fairly quick (less than 15 minutes). No compatibility issues. I'm getting a pretty decent sound plugging my guitar directly into the fast track. I've previously used Cakewalk and for simple recording and mixing, the Session software is comparable. It's a good product for the money for someone who just wants to play around and experiment, and makes good (not great) recordings. I don't think you can expect professional quality recording for $100.
- If you use Windows Vista or plan on switching to Vista, your M-Audio equipment isn't going to work the way it did in XP.
M-Audio has a Vista driver for the Fast Track USB but it doesn't always work. I downloaded the driver from M-Audio's support page and installed it as instructed. Within minutes I was up and running. Everything seemed to be working fine at first. I had Ableton Live 7 and Reason 4.0 running. After a few hours of working, I started to get distorted popping sounds. It happened as I was recording guitar and also during playback. I saved all of my work, closed the programs and uninstalled and reinstalled the driver for the Fast Track. When I played back the track I was working on earlier, the popping sounds were gone so I assumed everything was fixed. However, when I tried to work on music later that week, the distorted popping sounds were back.
I was thinking about upgrading to the M-Audio Fast Track Pro Mobile but a friend of mine who owns one, and also runs Vista, encountered the same sound issue I did with the Fast Track USB. As of today, M-Audio only has a beta-driver for Fast Track Pro Mobile. The driver for the Fast Track USB is not a beta and still has issues. I had a sound issue with an M-Audio USB Uno as well (which I also wrote a review for). Personally, I will not purchase anymore M-Audio products due to their poor Vista drivers.
- This is just a great fun tool. It only gets 4 stars because you have to spend some time figuring out how to use it.
I bought it for my son who is studying electronic music at universtiy and he has had a blast with it. So for those of you who want to lay down some tracks with lots of different sounds this is for you. While you can use it just for fun it can also be used as a work tool, especially if you are on the road.
- This was my first attempt at recording via my computer. It was easy to install on windows xp media edition and I was recording in minutes! I can't imagine a better value for all the features you get.

5 comments about Sanus Systems TV27 TV Turntable (Black, 27 Inch).
- We've been using this turntable under our 40" flatscreen for about 2 months now and it works great.
- I bought this for a very heavy 27 inch TV. It works great. Very sturdy.
- I love these two product. FYI the stand is two items that have to be purchased seperately.
This product is good quality.
- This was exactly what I was looking for. It works great. I actually bought two, the first for my MIL who is in assisted living, and my daughter liked it so much I bought one for her. Love it!
- This TV Turntable is exactly what I wanted. It work very well, a smooth action. I an very satified with it.

5 comments about Atlantic Multimedia Cabinet (DRA280MM03) (DRA280MM03).
- I received my order just on time and the product was in perfect condition. I am very satisfied. 5/5
- I don't need to say more than that. The side wood is not straight, it bows outward and the pegs are too short, so the shelves literally fall off the pegs and your DVDs go crashing to the floor. This thing is terrible and a waste of money, don't buy it.
- Fell apart almost instantly. Can barely support it's own weight, let alone the CDs/DVDs that it was supposed to hold.
Avoid this thing like the plague.
- My experience was wonderful. The cabinet was easy to put together and doesn't take up too much space. I may order more for gifts!
- Not a show piece but very functional and good value at this price. Worthy of recommending.

5 comments about OmniMount TRIAP Adjustable 3 Shelf Wall System w/ Cable Management.
- Worked exactly like I had hoped. Contrary to other post, it hide all of my cables effectively, although it is a bit tricky. We painted ours the color of the wall. Paint worked very well on the plastic due to the texture of the plastic. Two coats is all it took. Looks very professional. We couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend over the standard floor type entertainment centers.
- It really looks nice on the wall. Assembly was not difficult, but as I have plaster walls, I had to go out and buy more substantial wall anchors as the location did not have a stud in the right place. Once the spine was up, it only took 15 minutes to have it together. Getting all the cables in the covers took quite a bit more time.I'm still messing with the shelf placement. But I think it looks great. Good price too.
- I have my computer LAN set up in a 7 foot wide closet with bi-fold entry doors on both wide sides of the closet. I wanted a shelf system for my printer, scanner, etc. that would get these items off the desktop but wouldn't make the space look like an "office cube".
The glass shelves meet my aesthetic requirements and are quite practical for holding ancillary computer components. The wiring associated with the components are minimal so I didn't encounter the wire management difficulties mentioned by the audio/video enthusiasts' reviews.
The shelving system is sturdy, of good quality and reasonable price. No buyer's remorse for me.
- Dreadful product.
Relatively easy to install but if you've got more than one cable there's nowhere to put them.
Poorly designed and cheap looking.
- First of all let me say that I was at my local big-name hardware store the other day and saw this same kit on the shelf for a LOT more cash! So, I'm glad I ordered it from Amazon because they saved me a lot of money and that's a good thing these days. At first I was a bit of a skeptic about this product but I bought it anyway. After receiving it and installing everything on the wall under my Sharp Aquos 32" LCD (used the Sanus MT25-B1 tilting wall mount for that project) I set up my cable box and DVD player, neatly tucked in all of the cabling and was left with an amazing new look to the room. Installation was quick and easy, the instructions were easy to use and everything worked out magically. The shelves are stable and I'm confident that the equipment I have racked will remain in place. I highly recommend this product to those who are looking for a very clean look and want to save space as well while maintaining the usability of all their AV gear.

- This product was shipped ASAP, and is working great! We love our speaker stands, and would definately buy from these vendors again!
- The cast iron is easily scratched. I purchased 4 (2 pair) and all but 1 came out of the box with dings and scratches...the boxes themselves do not look to have suffered from shipping, so I can only imagine that the damage was done in packaging, etc. at the factory.
Assembly is easy, included instructions are clearly written.
They will certainly do the job as intended.
- stand works and looks great ... solid and durable ... using it for my bose 321 II speaker system.
- These speaker stands and sleek and fairly easy to put together. The base is heavy enough that the stand remains sturdy. I am very happy with this purchase.
- I purchased 2 sets of these for my Polk RM6750 set. After purchasing them I read that they are only rated for up to 2 pound speakers, however the Polks are 4 pounds. After taking them out of the box and assembling them, which was a very easy 5 minute process, I attached the speakers, used the included bolt to attach the speaker to the stand and couldn't be happier! They are very sturdy and nice looking and the wire management works great to conceal the speaker wires. 5 out of 5!

5 comments about SANUS SYSTEMS BF-31B Wood Speaker Stands.
- SANUS SYSTEMS BF-31B SPEAKER STANDS ARE WELL BUILT VERY STURDY, AND HAVE A NICE RICH POLISHED LOOK WHEN PUT TOGETHER. THEY COMPILMNENT MY BOSE 301 SPEAKERS AND ARE DOING A STAND UP JOB (SORRY, COULD NOT RESIST) AND I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THE PRODUCT, DELIVERY AND SERVICE.
- Great product. Easy to install and hides wires very well. Only took 20 min. to put together! Only comes with carpet spikes though which is a serious minus as I have hardwood floors!
- Just got these last week and they are of OK quality. For the price ($30) I got what I paid for.
Assembly is required, but not too difficult. The holes for the wood screws are pre-drilled but it is very easy to split the wood on the upright panels (when I say "wood" I mean particle board.) I had everything lined up and still had the wood split in three places. It is barely noticeable but still a bit annoying. The instructions warn against using power drills, presumably because they might cause a split. But I didn't use a power drill and still had this problem.
They also provide a bunch of thin, neoprene adhesive squares to put on the stands to keep the speakers from slipping and sliding, but they don't stick very well. They also provide floor spikes/feet to keep the stand from moving. But the speakers are more likely to tip off the top than fall from the base shifting. I definitely recommend an alternative for securing the speakers to the platforms.
For the cost, I'm OK with what I got...my speakers are off the ground and the wires don't show.
- I am really bad at assembling things and was very nervous to read the reviews before I bought these stands. However the assembly was fairly easy. Put carpet spikes in first, but that seems absolutely common sense. People have complained about splitting wood with power tools. They have written it in bold, extra large, capitals with underline in instructions not to use power tools. Probably if they made the words slanty too, people would have paid heed to it. Be nice and gentle and you should be OK. Look really good with my onkyo home theatre.
- These Sanus stands are hard to beat for the price. Once assembled they are solid and acoustically dead. The textured black finish is a nice neutral choice that seems about as durable as you can expect for a fiberboard finish, and won't show smudges and smears easily. The upper plate is smallish, and works as a decent guide for the size of speaker that is appropriate for these stands.
Assembly is straightforward but the MDF is rather low density and very easy to split, rather easier than regular MDF. The documentation and other reviews warn of this, and it is true. There is also a small gap in between the vertical supports where large speaker wire will be visible, this can be mostly avoided by taping it up or blacking it out.
There is also no built-in features to secure the speakers to the stands, but of course you could drill your own holes or work something out. As-is you wouldn't want to use these around children or in areas where they can be bumped, but if you secure the speaker to the top plate the base is quite large relative to the top and will be quite stable.
All in all a great product that just requires a little care at assembly and setup. A simple choice given the price.

5 comments about Atlantic 77305018 Satellite Speaker Stands (Black).
- I am very pleased with the product and the service I received. The first pair of speaker stands arrived damaged. Within a week,(before they received the damaged pair) a new pair arrived and I have been extremely happy with them.
- I bought a pair of these black Atlantic stands for my smallish Sony satellite surround speakers. I was shocked at the sheer weight of the package when it arrived. Assembly was pretty easy- except for threading the speaker wire through the stand's poles and base. Try to have some string or a thin piece of wood to make this task easier. I ended up using a tape measure with the speaker wires taped to the end to get it through. Genius, huh?
After attaching the tiny Sony speakers, I found it amusing that the stand was built so solidly... it could easily support a speaker much larger/heavier. After placing them in the right spot, I gave them a tip/bump test- the solid heavy weight triangular base didn't budge at all. Very solid- you don't have to worry about losing a speaker with this one.
I recommend this product- after pricing similar stands at Circuit City and Best Buy (around $50), this Amazon purchase was a no brainer.
- Like other people here I bought these stands for my Polk Audio RM6750 satelite speakers. Just like previous reviews I had to modify the bracket on the back to fit my speakers. It would work fine if my speakers were square in the back but they are not. The bracket is a steel rod formed in a L-shape. Modifying it was easy I just flatened out the steel bracket in a vise, cut off about 3 inchs on each side, and then reshaped the L. It was real easy and worked perfectly. The stands are sturdy and look great. I have seen other stands that are more than double the price of these. Don't worry I thought paying so much less for these had to mean that they would be cheap and weak but they are not. The base, rod, speaker platform and bracket are all steel. The only plastic part is the knob used to adjust the height but don't worry even that works great. Great stand for half the price of others.
- They work as expected, and look good doing it. No problems assembling them, and they seem stable.
- what a difference putting my speakers on these stands - now I have true surround sound! They're easy to put together and are very stable - worth every dime.

5 comments about Bose UFS-20 Universal Floor Stands (pair) - Black.
- What can I say... they're Bose. I am really pleased with the improved sound we got by getting our speakers off the ground, but the real story here is the price, and service. Best price I found anywhere, by at least $20, and really reasonable shipping charges($8.00). (Those suckers are really heavy)Even close to the holidays I received my product in less than a week, and it was in great shape!
- initially these look great and are fairly easy to set up. Over time the speakers start pointing down about 15 degrees even if you try to tighten everything-I've had mine for a couple years
- If you have a Bose 5 theater speaker system these may be the best speaker stands for your system. Perfect height with no obstructions and wires are hidden which is big plus.
- I haven't had any problems with these (but then what sort of problems does one have with slabs of metal?) but the price is about 10 times higher than what it's worth.
- ...I'm only giving them a 3-Star Rating. No one else has mentioned my particular issue ~ actually I have quite the OPPOSITE problem of one of the other 3-Star Rating reviewers! I don't have Bose Speaker Cable, rather I have a Sony system and use the accompanying Sony Speaker Cable which is pretty thin. That being the case, my wire will NOT stay in the slot intended to conceal the wire. Although these are "Universal Stands", the slit in the stand is mostlikely made for wider wire ~ the Sony wire I have is just too thin to stay in there at ALL. I had originally wanted to use heavier cable but because of those proprietary OEM Clips/Plugs that Sony puts on the ends of their wires I wasn't able to easily swap out the Sony wire. So I can line the wire up but it will not stay in there without help, especially at the top where it angles back. I love the angled neck and how thin and graceful they are in comparison to other "clunkier" stands so I opted to keep them but I've had to use black electrical tape along the entire length of the pole to keep the wire in place. Granted you cannot SEE the tape, but in my opinion I spent waaaaaaaayyyyyy too much money to use tape. If I had it to do all over again, in MY case (or in YOUR case if your wires are thinner) you might want to opt for cheaper stands with an open pole (like the Atlantic ones) rather than stands with a slot to conceal the wires. That completely enclosed pole would made all the difference in the world.
