  1. This product arrived on time and in perfect condition. We have a large library of MINI-DV videos and are in the process of transferring all to DVD. The 2-disc DVD case is the absolute best way to catalog and store the DVDs.

  2. I bought this item along with the 10pk single storage cases. Shame on me for thinking Memorex would be good quality. Cheap cheap cheap! Really thin plastice sleeve, really thin plastic altogether. The smell when I opened the package from Amazon was horrible! Smelled like burned oil. Just awful! Not to mention I'm not even sure if I have the new or old packaging because the packaging I recieved doesn't look anything like the packaging on Amazon's website. I will probably be throwing these away as soon as I find better ones. I've already opened the packages to see if it was Amazon's box that smelled or the actual cases so I'm sure I can't return them now so... $30+ wasted. Please don't waste your money on these.

  3. As hard as it is to find alternate products like dual disk and multi disk DVD cases, I expected these to be poorly produced, but on the contrary. If this is what you need, you can't go wrong. Not to mention, a reasonable price.

  4. I love these storage cases .. their slim and compact and can be stored easily.. great value also

  5. Amazon is the best company to do business with. You can count on them to have just about anything you need. The products are of good quality and sent in quick time.

  1. I bought this product when my old 3-ring single-DVD cases were unbearably overflowing. I actually bought it for video games, because it's the same thing as DVDs with thicker books, and the books are more relevant. As soon as I unzipped the case after taking it out of the Amazon box I knew this thing was designed by a complete failure. Seriously, anyone involved in the design of this product is likely a major contributor to global warming, human trafficking and whatever other evils you can think of, and needs to be locked away.

First of all, the openings for both DVDs and DVD inserts is on the outer edge of the sleeve, so by flipping a page or two your DVDs and inserts slip out with little effort on almost every page flip. The slots are a little oversized, so there's no friction holding your stuff in place. This flaw alone renders the product completely useless.

'What's inside survives' ... what exactly? A page flip? Not even.

Let's not talk about this two-strap business inside either, what a joke. These flimsy pieces of plastic hold the pages in, and if you want to reorganize them from time to time, well, go screw yourself because it will be a 2 hour long ordeal. And the casing, oh the casing must be the finest, flimsiest cardboard around, certainly tempered to keep your DVDs safe from... well, from ping pong balls and light gusts of wind.

If Amazon has a return policy this will be the first time I'll ever use it. This product is a giant sham, and Case Logic ought to simply fold up shop and call it a day because they can't seem to get anything right within the last few years.

If you're looking for a good binder for your DVDs and find one, please let me know, as I still have my DVDs in the OLD Case Logic binders that had three rings, overflowing... but surviving.

  2. I received this item in a matter of days (before estimated time). In great condition. Thank you

  3. I've recently been putting my library in these Case Logic albums, and couldn't recommend them more. Specifically, however, I'd like to address comments below on difficulties with organization.

Yes, you do have to come up with a system by which the DVDs are organized: it is not as simple to rearrange these as it is to rearrange individual DVD cases on a shelf. But it is not as difficult as people might be led to believe from other comments. Yes, you can't open the binder at any point an insert a leaf. But on the other side, but this is a minor sacrifice considering the solidity of the binding mechanism. Especially in that it is very easy to put pages back in (you can easily put them back on the straps 5-8 at a time).

When I first purchased these, I saw comments like below and considered it a sacrifice I would have to make. But now that I have the albums in hand and are using them, it is a trivial sacrifice. It's actually quite easy to insert pages. Don't let those comments scare you off. This a great product.

  4. I like that this case holds the DVD covers, but I DO NOT like the new binder design. It was much easier with the rings. Now that it has the plastic fold loops, you have to remove all the pages to insert or move other pages. It is very time consuming.

  5. I actually never knew that this was such a thing until I searched this for someone who needed storage for their massive DVD collection. Great buy at a great price. I am in the same shoes now so I have everyintention of purchasing a few. Simple way to organize movies and save space by discarding cases. I am big on organization and I like to have the books and covers that come with CD's and DVD;s when you purchase them. Of course this has room for that too. Too good to be true.

  1. Super comfortable especially if you wear eyeglasses. Its also really sophisticated looking, sound quality is great, and its reasonably priced.

  2. These headphones are more or less exactly what I wanted when I bought a pair of Sennheiser HD-280s. See, I let myself get fooled into thinking I'm more of am audiophile than I am, and coming off a pair of Sennheisers I'd really liked, I was ready to buy another pair.

They turned out to be huge, heavy, uncomfortable, and -- I'll admit it -- didn't have as much bass as I wanted, which I suppose is what audiophiles do like. Fair enough, but they just didn't work at all for me.

These, on the other hand, are eye-catching, light, and comfortable for frequent use. I bought these expressly for using at work in an office at a desk, and they're never going to venture outside. But I get enough isolation from the outside noise of people in the lunchroom to know that they're pretty good at covering sound, but they let in enough for me to know when people need to talk to me -- that balance is important for me, anyway.

I'm really happy with these and would definitely recommend them for an office environment/desk listening at the very least.

  3. i got this for my daughter and she loves it! style, fit, function works
    well. a good buy!

  4. I didn't actually get mine through Amazon, my old headphones died some time ago and I had to go shopping, went around the city here and tried a lot of different makes and models, from cheap to disgustingly expensive. I took my media player along (iAudio X5), and these left everything else in the dust, from comfort to sound quality. While they seem to leak hardly anything to the outside world (I check with other guys in the office just in case), you can still hear someone talking to you from a desk away - just right for my needs.

Some people have said there's too much bass, I personally think it's more along the lines of them actually having adequate bass, unlike most. When I first tried them I went to turn the bass down, and then of course realised all I was doing was flattening the EQ, instead of boosting it as I had to do with everything else. Turn all your boosts off, these headphones don't need it.

Another important thing worth mentioning is they're very responsive - they sound as loud as most models (including other closed types) when the source is considerably quieter - helpful for battery life..

I liked them so much I bought 3 sets, learned the hard way when I found my previous ones had gone out of production!

  5. I needed a new set of headphones after using my Sony MDR-CD180 headphones for quite a while now. My price range was $40 to $70. I was inclined to get the Sony MDR-7506 or Sony MDR-V6 (the de-facto headphones for studio monitor usage), but I came across these instead. They were cheaper by almost half and looked pretty cool.

First the pros: the sound is great and bass is not distorted. The ear cups create a very good seal that blocks out a lot of ambient noise. The headphone cord is also on one side only.

Now the cons: the first set I received had an unbalanced volume. The left side was clearly louder than the right. It was not a problem with my hearing because if I flip the headphones over (Left side on my right ear), then the volume was louder on the right side. This happened with several different music sources. Amazon was great in a replacement.
The only other con I can see now is that the earcups will probably break down and degrade within a few years. The headband is also fake leather, so it has a weird smell for the first couple of uses, but gradually goes away.

  1. To me, these headphones sound much more like what one would expect from a set of $90 to $100 headphones. Of course, I'm no audiophile, but I love the sound quality these provide, not to mention the awesome retro feel and look!

  2. I have picked up a pair of these based on the reviews. I am reasonably well satisfied.

What really makes me happy is that they are very light and very comfortable.

They use the small stereo connector, so they are good for any portable device.

They sound very pleasing. I tried them out with all my devices, down to my little iPod Shuffle, and they worked great.

  3. Now, these aren't going to give you an audiophile-level experience - they lose some sounds around the edges, and if you're listening to a really great source, it'll show. But for the kids nowadays, with their mp3s? Perfect. In fact, these actually do something that's more retro than the stylings. If you listen to something really complicated or even just loud, the speakers can't handle it - which sounds EXACTLY like when you listened to your records using the crappy headphones that your mom got in the divorce, because dad took the expensive ones. Everything gets all scwooged together, and makes any recording sound like Phil Spector's wall of sound! I'm serious, this isn't sarcasm. A lot of music before the nineties really benefitted from being played TOO LOUD through insufficient headphones. Put on some Bowie or Judas Priest or Neil Young on these - you'll thank me. The inadequate response along with the beautiful piano finish will make you feel AWESOME. I'm thinking they would be perfect for that guitar hero video game.

The cord quality is kinda shabby. Thay have this great vinyl fabric heatshrink arount the elements, but the cord itself is cheap and brittle, so be careful. And watch out where the metal hits the cups - it builds up dirt which can ruin your retro classy cred if you don't keep them clean. So many headphones have that crappy plastic powdered spray on the band - real leather is nice, it never flakes off. Also, one last thing, if you have medium-to-large ears, the phones themselves are a little cramped, it always makes my lobes sore after 1/2-hour. They're only about 2&1/2 inches high, and pretty narrow. Other than that, perfectly comfortable, but it would be a deal-breaker for me if they didn't look so damn good.

As for color: the green is REALLY bright. The blue and cream are still very eye-catching in real life, but if I were to get another, I'd choose one with the light leather headband, it's a nice finish.

  4. I am more than dissatisfied with this product! When I found what I was looking for on the site, I placed the order, expecting to get what I wanted. I was not only sent the wrong item TWICE, but could not get a sales person from Amazon to assure me that if they sent out another one, I would recieve the color that I originally ordered. The picture on the site did not even give the option of the color they had sent TWICE! I am sorry I ever wasted my time, and money, using Amazon--NEVER AGAIN!

  5. I was truly amazed by the clarity and full range from these headphones.
They are durable and feel substantial. Not ready to fall apart like so many others we have been through.

My daughter wears them like a necklace all the time. She says its "cool" to be seen wearing them. Many other folks like the old fashioned style too. I just may have to get me a pair to use. Got to look cool.

    Thanks

  1. It's fine as a charger but I wish Garmin had designed it as a standard 1 pin charger and placed the access point at he base of the unit not the top rear. Horrible placement. Also cord is way too long and is difficult to get the charger into the usb port. I am also concerned that the constant opening and closing of the rubber flat the waterproofs the usb port will damage it.

  2. I used this item for the first time this last weekend. It was nice feeling that I was not using the batteries up before even getting to our activity center. No need to carry a bunch of batteries along. Good to go.

  3. Works fine with my Vista HCx, just way overpriced!

But, it allows the use of the GPS in the car without using your batteries, and is great for turning up the brightness, as others have noted.

Garmin really does need to think some things through however. Both their AC and DC adapters are just that, adapters. The Vista HCx GPS I use accepts rechargeable batteries, but neither of their adapters are designed to charge batteries, but only to supply voltage to operate?! Kind of short-sighted on their part.

Good product, but I'm deducting points for price, and being unable to function as a charger.

  4. The trouble with Garmin it charges way to much for all of its add ons. If you were buying this for a cheap radio you could buy it in the dollar store, but because of the interface you have to buy from them.

  5. Purchased to save batteries while travelling. LED is a plus letting you know that the unit is working.

  1. Eliminated the annoying cable swapping between my wireless connection to the printer and the wired connection. Great addition to cable consolidation.

  2. I have a monitor with multiple inputs so I only needed to switch my mouse/keyboard combo. This is a great inexpensive way to share 2 computers. Highly recommened.

  3. I bought this switch because I share one printer with my desk top computer and my lap top computer. There was a little mix-up in getting it here, but Amazon quickly re-ordered for me and the switch arrived on time. The switch works great. I have not had the delays that others have written about. One push of the button and the printer is switched to the other computer. If one computer is shut down, the switch automaticly changes to the printer that is running, that is nice. This is a nice product and I would recommend it to others. A big thanks to the people at Amazon for quickly getting back to me and for taking care of issues created by the US mail. UPS was much more dependable and they keep better records of shipments.

  4. Simple and uncomplicated. It is easy to install and use. Great to share a USB device between two computers, or two devices on one computer.

  5. Fantastic plug and use works great PC and Apple to HP 7210 printer all- in -one....looked for a long time to find this product!... could not be happier....no downloads needed to install Just push a button to transfer...LED's show transfer.

  1. The size of this replacement unit over the OEM power supply is great. It is like using a cell phone charger instead of a box of nails! Wish I had replaced the old unit years ago!

  2. This Power Adapter for the Brother P-Touch 1280 works well, has a long (6+ feet) power cord, and doesn't introduce noise problems to other equipment. The real beauty of it is that it eliminates the need for batteries, therby significantly reducing operating cost. It's a good device, and relative speaking, a greener way to go.

  3. Look no further, this is the correct power cord for this product, not a cheaper imitation.

5 comments about Monster Cable SS4 Multi-Speaker Selector.
  1. Great Product, works exactly as expected. Seems to be better quality than some of the cheaper models such as Radio Shacks.

  2. Am very please with the Monster SS4 Multi-Speaker Selector. I am not an audiophile but the output quality seems excellent to my ears on my system. Easy installation and sturdy quality product. My only criticism is that one of the 4 rubber disks that make up the "feet" for this product was missing, making it unstable. I purchased 4 new ones at a local hardware store and replaced the factory ones without difficulty. Perhaps better attention to detail in the quality control department would be my recommendation.

  3. I searched for weeks and found the best speaker selector out there for the best price. Stop your searching and get this one! I bought this for outdoor speakers. It sounds excellent with absolutly no distortion. Very easy setup!

  4. I think this Monster Cable SS4 Multi-Speaker Selector is a very good product. I would have given it 5 stars if not for the weak tension-grip receivers, ...not really strong enough for heavy wire, in my opinion. If you use 14 gauge wire, it's a little tricky getting the wires in the receiving holes without unraveling the ends. Don't use this model if you plan to use heavier wire (12 gauge) unless you use other connectors. I did hook up four sets of speakers using 14 gauge wire, and sounds great. Be sure to place it in a place that doesn't move around a lot to assure good contact on those connections.
    Brad

  5. I should have read what an earlier reviewer said. The spring loaded wire connectors in the back will not hold even moderately thick speaker wire. If you are using 18 guage or thinner (cheap) wire, this might work. If you are running thicker wire - like most higher end setups - it won't work. I use 12 gauge and 14 gauge speaker wire and couldn't even get the wires to go into the cheap connectors on the back of the unit. I return very few items, but had to return this one.

5 comments about HP Lite-On Df800 8-Inch High Resolution Digital Picture Frame with Remote.
  1. Don't try to get tech support for this item! No one at HP, anywhere, knows anything about it.

  2. HP Lite-On Df800 8-Inch High Resolution Digital Picture Frame with RemoteA wonderful product in all aspects, EXCEPT in the slideshow mode it plays the files from the latest to the earliest. Who would want to view wedding photos showing the couple driving off, before they are even married? The only way to change the order is to renumber the files, an awsome job if you have 200+.

  3. I actually got the Df800 digital picture frame as a gift for my wife. She really likes it because it is so easy to view her favorite pictures now. I loaded a few pictures on an SD card, plugged it into the Df800 and turned it on. After a few menu selections, we were viewing a slideshow. The pictures are bright and vibrant. Two minor issues occurred. First, after awhile some of the pictures seemed to get corrupted. I'm not sure if there was a problem with putting them on the SD card, or the Df800 did it. The problem was quickly corrected by reloading the bad pics and using the lock switch on the SD card. Problem solved. Second, the remote control holder seems to hold onto the remote better than it does the picture frame. When you grab the remote, the holder comes with it. Perhaps I assembled it incorrectly. Anyhow, we don't really use the remote so it just sits on the back of the frame. All in all, this is a great product, and given the need, I'd purchase it again.

  4. I bought this HP Digital frame because it was the top rated by Consumer Reports and it was a gift for my adult daughter's birthday, while we were on a beach vacation. She absolutely loved it--took it out of the box, popped her camera memory card in and it started playing her slide show of vacation pictures immediately. She was impressed with the transitions between the pictures. It would fade and flip in and out, rather than just go from one picture to the next. Then she started playing with the remote control and other capabilities and had even more fun. I'll be buying one for my other adult children.

  5. This frame was easy to set up and add the pictures. We gave this gift to our children and they loved to see the pictures and relive the memories of their childhood.
I love that you can add music, has a clock with and alarm and that you can change settings to fit your needs.
Only thing I would have liked it an optional battery so you did not have to have it plugged in all the time. If you give at a party where you want to display you have to find on outlet. A rechargeable battery would be great.
