5 comments about 4PORT USB 2.0 Mobile Hub Black ..
- Bought this because I only had one USB port left available on the back of my CPU plus the one in front, which never seemed to work too well. The Belkin 4 port now sits on my desk so I have easy access to 4 more USB ports, but I also find that I sometimes have trouble with a port not working on the first try, which is the same problem I had with the port on the front of my CPU. It works well enough for the price.
- Needed a USB hub without putting stress on my laptop's PSU. This one seemed to fit the bill, the glossy black finish also matches with the PS3 (thought about getting the 40GB eventually). But I have to agree that the power chord is way too short, perhaps adding another 6 feet would be even better.
- I love good bargains and this 4 port USB hub is awesome. Comes with a usb 2 cable, nice length, and a power cord. I have two external hard drive hooked up thru this hub and works great. Speed is not bad. Just plug and play (OSX 10.4.X) and no worries. FYI I bought it at Fry's for abit more, Amazon has a good price on this.)
Cheers.
(Check out my photos for this product)
- very solid unit. has power supply for those devices that require more power than can be provided by the computer usb port. a very good value.
- This USB hub works just fine. I have not had any problems with this hub working with my HP desktop (Vista) and various peripherals. These peripherals that have worked fine with this hub include a Canon scanner, a SanDisk MP3 player, and a SanDisk flash drive.
This hub is small and lightweight. I guess this could be considered a plus or a minus depending upon your perspective. The black case does give it a sharp modern look in my opinion.
After using this regularly for a few weeks, I would gladly purchase this item again if I were to have the need.

5 comments about Panasonic PV-P1 Vhs C Adaptor.
- Product did not work for me but I gave 5 stars so as not to penalize the overall product status since it appears to work for those who actually bought it for the correct cartridge type. I was looking for a product which would allow me to view my 8mm video catridges, without the camcorder, and a search directed me to this product. For whatever reason , it wasn't clear that there is no product for the 8mm video cartridges except a camcorder. While Amazon was terrific about the return procedure, I discovered I am not the only one who has made this mistake. It may save buyers time, and sellers money, if the seller made it clear what cartridges can not be played in this handy gadget. I learned what the "C" stood for only after the product did not work. In looking at the product advertisement again, it is not clear that the "C" indicates a specific type of cartridge. It is easily interpreted as part of the name of the product. I am satisfied with policies for return and how that was all carried out. Thank you.
- Well, all I can honestly say is that exceeded my expectations, in performance easy operation and battery duration
- I have 8m VCR whcih I recorde it long back around 10 years and I have played of young gril memory :)
- I recently purchased the Panasonic VHS tape adaptor for my camcorder tapes. I had bought another brand, and right out of the package that adaptor did not work. I ordered the Panasonic and when I got it I just put the battery in it, which was included, and it works like a charm!!!! I would highly recommend this product.
- I had previously purchased a frustrating manual version from a different company. Had to chuck it because it trashed the third tape that I put into it. This product is really convenient because you just insert the tape, close the lid, and let the adapter automatically flip up the tape lid for playing. Easy as pie.

- For something this cheap, it's amazing!! I'm very pleased with this product. I bought just an adapter with nothing else at Radio Shack last week for $10. It didn't work well at all, so I found this with way more features for cheaper. I'm taking back my adapter tomorrow.........who needs Radio Shack??
- It worked great with my Blackjack II. I like that I can use any headphones I want and still use it for a hands-free talking on the phone device or just for listening to music.
- Headphones broke immediately-speaker grill seperated from the backing.
The adapter works with any set of headphones.
Works great with Blackjack II.
Does what it claims to do.
- I have to say...while the earbuds were cheap and hurt my ears and the wires were a bit too long, this is a great deal. It works very well with my a737, and the music quality is almost as good as my ipod's. What I like most about this, though, is that you can choose what earbuds to use, and if the earbuds happen to break, you're still able to use the adapter.

5 comments about Sennheiser PC151 Over The Head Headset with Noise Cancelling Mic and In-line Volume Control.
- I was looking for a decent headphone/microphone to create decent quality video lessons at work. I looked around and found these and purchased them after reading so many good reviews. These headphones are amongst the best I have ever heard, especially at this price range. The microphone does a great job as well. Now they double as my lunchtime entertainment, listening to my favorite music. I have a very large head, and with them adjusted all the way out, they fit just fine and are very comfortable. Now they don't see everyday use, but they have held up very well. They are at least a year old now and you would never know it to see them. I am about ready to buy a second pair for home and church sound booth use. If you are on the fence, get off the fence and just buy them, you will not be sorry.
- This is my 2nd Sennheiser PC151. I had the first one for almost 2 years and it worked perfectly regardless of how many times I dropped it or tripped on the cord. I moved recently and left mine behind. I thought my little laptop headset would cut-it but it doesnt compare to my old Sennheiser PC151. Theres a newer version out but I never given how I never had any problems with this one - might as well save $$$ and stick to my tried and true.
Highly recommended. The output is clear, the noise canceling works!
- Before I get into the negatives, I will point out the one plus feature. It has an in-line mic mute and volume control. I think all headsets should have these and is one of the reasons I bought this.
I find this headset bulky, heavy, and uncomfortable. Because the earpieces do not fit over the ear but on top, they bend my ears back which becomes very uncomfortable in a short period of time.
I expected better sound quality. When listening to music, the sound quality is poor.
A minor point but at this price I expected a case and there is none.
- The sound that comes out of these headphones are great. Nice and crisp highs, and a decent enough amount of bass. The cord is nice and long, which is very convenient if your computer case sits on the floor, and doesn't have front mic and headphone ports.
My main gripe about these headphones is that they will hurt your ears after a while. The cups are small, so they will smush your outer earlobe. If you only plan to wear these for about a 1/2 hour at a time, it shouldn't be bad. but if you like to game for extended periods of time, or even just sit at the computer with headphones to listen to music or watch a movie, it gets a little irritating.
They are priced very well, and the microphone quality is great. i like the in-line mic mute and volume control on the cable.
- This is my second headset that I got to replace my land line for VOIP. I occasionally use it for chatting or on Teamspeak. So far I am very satisfied with it for the value. The sound is fantastic and the microphone works a lot better that my old set.
Pros:
Sennheiser quality sound
Great microphone quality
Comfortable and easy to wear for long periods
Cons:
A little wide across the top of the head - can fall forward/backward
Pricier than other brands
While this headset may be a little pricier than other models, its build quality is in line with that price and the sound quality both in and out is fantastic.

5 comments about Premium High Resolution 10FT / 3m 24K GOLD HDMI TO DVI M/M CABLE FOR HDTV PLASMA DVD.
- bargaincell didn't even bother processing my order. Multiple emails went unanswered and I ended up canceling the order. I'll order direct from amazon instead.
- Works great! Why pay more? Avoid monster ripoffs and buy this cable. You will be happy.
- Good quality DVI-HDMI cable that would cost 20+ bucks more in the store. Used to to connect my [Charter] Motorola Moxi DVR to my Sony LCD TV. No difference in picture quality but I went from 5 cables (component) to 3 cables (HDMI and LR audio) which was my intent. Also at 3 meters in length it will be long enough to fish through the wall at a later date.
Update: I found that there was a slight green shift in the color using this cable so I went back to component cables. I was unable to determine if it was an issue with this product or an issue with the output from the DVI port on my DVR box (most likely). So I can't fault this product and have no other means to test it.
- Great price and fast delivery. The only gripe I have is with the technology itself not the product. This was for an older Sony rear projection screen and sometimes the HDCP "handshakes" don't always coordinate well. Overall, does the job, good quality cable, please don't be fooled by Monster or anything ridiculously expensive.
- I just bought a projector which doesn't have DVI input, so I bought this cable to get a digital video signal from my laptop (from DVI on laptop to HDMI on projector). I'm glad I chose this - it seems to be working well, no problems.

5 comments about Panasonic RP-HJE300 Portable Earbud Headphones with Carrying Pouch (Black).
- I have really small ear openings & the smallest sillicone size fits just right. The sound is really good, not too much base not too much highs but an extremely good mix! The sound is really good, but you have to make sure you have the correct size on/in or it distorts a little.
On first opening them they felt really small & a bit ackward to hold. After I became more familiar with them & changing the silicone tip sizes they became easier to handle & place in my ears. I like that they are so small as this makes them soooo comfortable! You hardly notice they are in your ears.
My husband tried them out with the largest size and they work great for him too. He says that they are extremely comfortable & the sound is really good. He has really large ear openings.
Because of the silicone tips, which are really pliable & soft, there is hardly any sound that escapes when you are listening to your music. When I compared them with my husbands I could barely hear what he was listening to, & he had it LOUD. Then when he placed his own ear buds in the player, same loudness I could hear every word of the song. The difference was drastic.
I highly recommend these ear buds, for their comfort, style, price & sound quality. I love them & I'll never go back to the uncomfortable old style.
- These actually appear to be reasonably priced and well received, but what's with the 3 pound shipping weight? Is this a way to extract some hidden profit via phony shipping costs?
- everything good said by others are probably right--before they break. I got 3 pairs of these b/c I was so impressed by these. Great size since i don't like big earbuds. rubber doesn't fall off easily. great sound, but after a few months one side stopped working, then the other. This happened to 2 of mine so far, so probably will happen to the 3rd soon. I don't carry them in the pouch but I don't abuse them either. I just carry them with my ipod. Very dissapointed and looking for new earphones now.
- Sound quality: 4. Better than what they'd give you on an airline, not as good as the V-MODA Bass Freq Earbuds. Under powered bass.
Isolation: 6. Rubber tips. Ambient sounds still got in, but with iPod on, it did an OK job. CX-300 is is better; V-MODA is best.
Fit: 8. Better than the V-MODA Bass Freq Earbuds & Siennheiser CX-300. They did stay put.
Quality feel: 4. They are very much plastic, despite a metal look.
General comments: Spend the extra $10 and get the V-MODA Bass Freq Earbuds. They really are better. If you want to go all out, I hear the Ultimate Ears metro.fi 2 are the ones to get.
- Worst cutomer service ever. I was given the same fake email address two different times by two different people before giving the real one. I was given fax numbers that don't accept faxes. I was blatantly lied to numerous times. I called to get the customer service email address to tell them about my horrible experience and guess what? That address was a fake one as well!!!

5 comments about URC RFS200 PowerPak Bundle w/ MasterControl RF20 and PowerBlaster.
- This item is everything i had hoped it would be and more....super easy to hook up, and program.....works like a charm, and couldn't be happier!! GREAT PRICE also...as it cost like $80-$100 more at Circuit City. I've passed the good news on to a few of my friends also, and they've had nothing but success just like i have!! You can't beat it.....clean and easy!
- the information send with the product was obviously old as none of the numbers worked in programing the remote. I have been putting it off,but I guess I will have to use the learning method with all components. This takes too much time.
- I'm a very happy user of RF-20 with its Master Control/Blaster. My media lies in garage and wires are run to my living room. I was looking for a universal RF remote and I tried several but some did not work with my devices like ArchosTV+. This works well with everything I've thrown at it (DVR, Dish, Archos, Roku, Samsung, Symphonic, Westinghouse).
Previously, I was using Sony Commander RX-1400 and converted it into RF by using NextGen batteris - a neat concept but not perfect. If you do not press hard enough, sometimes signal would not communicate. Another one had sensitivity problems. This one is perfect - and so cheap. I widh it was PC programmable but it was still very easy to setup.
It may not be the most beautiful remote out there (for example I liked Sony's layout better) but the beauty is in its execution and transmission through walls and instant - with a very light touch. Amazingly, it works better than Dish Network's own RF remote for 722 (which has some hit and miss ratio in my setup) - and same goes for Archos TV+.
If the company adds PC functionality like trackball and small QWERTY pad to it, then it'd really be the last remote control you'll ever need in the living room.
- I originally bought this remote to control my family room satellite box and AV receiver from my patio. I have a tv in the patio that is connected to the satellite box from the family room. I was concerned that the remote would not work, since I had bad luck with a radio shack rf/infrared solution. The remote works as advertised with great range. It was easy to program. It controls everything I need to for only 79.99. I would have paid 200 bucks to get this performance. I liked it so much, that I bought a second one to control a tv in another room. I did not even have to connect the flashers. You can't beat this remote for the money.
- Don't buy this if you have a Directv HD DVR. I bought one and then was informed by Universal Remote's so called help desk that there is no code for Directv's DVRs. I can program it using the learning function of the remote but then the vital 30 second skip cannot be programmed. A complete waste of time and money.

5 comments about Sony MDREX85LP/BLK Soft Earbud w/ Soft Clip & Case.
- The sound quality and fit in my ear was perfect. Unfortunately, they lasted just long enough to go past the 90 day warranty and then the right ear bud died.
- To be honest, I am impressed with these headphones. After disappointments with high-end brands, I tried these based on the reviews. They sound very good for being relatively inexpensive compared with the Bose and Sure. I tried the BOSE and the bass was great, that was the only thing that worked fine. Hoping to get it right, I paid $150 for the SURE 210, and it was the same thing. The highs are too much, and not enough bass. So I tried the Sony and at least they are not expensive and sound pretty good. I used them with my ZUNE and they are balanced. Save the money if you are expecting to wowed by the high end brands, you will be surprised!
- I had previously had a set of Sony earbuds and I was incredibly satisfied by them. When they broke after many years of use, I was fortunate enough to be in Las Vegas, where a Sony Style store was located. One of my primary reasons for liking my old Sony earbuds was that they did an excellent job of isolating the wearer from other sounds (such as airplane noise or that annoying kid in the row behind you screaming), so when I saw this pair, I spent the extra money and purchased this set. After testing them out, I found that this set did nowhere near as good a job of isolating you from outside noise. The sound was superb, however that was ruined because of all the background noise. The earbuds come with three different sizes of plugs to adapt to different ear shapes, but I could not get a proper fit with any of them. After a few flights with this model, I went back to the MDREX75s and my woes were gone. I would recommend that the users stick with the MDREX75 earbuds rather than this model.
Bottomline: Good idea, but poor implementation. Stick with the MDREX75s.
- I have grown to really love these earbuds. The sound is good, the bass acceptable and the fit is very comfortable. I use them with my 80GB ipod classic and they do a commendable job reproducing all of the acoustical sounds expected in a good paisr of earbuds. The only puzzling thing is the short wire connected to the left earbud> Is this a design flaw or is it used to eliminate entanglement of the other bud?
- I have the Etymotic ER6i Isolator Earphones which have great sound, and excellent isolation. The problem was that the ER6i's were not practical for me to use at work, and other places where I need to hear some level of background noise (i.e. my phone ringing at my desk). It was also a bit disconcerting to hear myself breathing when I was working out with these. So, I was looking for a more practical, casual experience with headphones, but didn't want to spend big money on them. The reviews on this site and other sites were encouraging, so i went for it. I'm very happy with these earbuds. They don't suffocate my ear canals, there is no pressure against/in my ears, AND they deliver a decent sound quality.

4 comments about SIIG CB-SA0111-S1 3.3-Feet Serial ATA External Cable.
- I bought this to connect my DirecTV HD received to a Seagate external SATA drive for more storage space. It works perfectly, and seems to be a quality made cable.
- I'm using this with an external Seagate DB35 drive, and it works perfectly - no pixelation or blocking.
- Some other eSATA cables don't work with TiVo Series 3 machines because their connectors are too fat and stubby to fit the TiVo's recessed eSATA socket. This SIIG cable fits the TiVo perfectly - I used it to add a Seagate external drive to my Series 3 with no problems.
- The SIIG serial cables might be a little more expensive than the generic cables but well worth it.
These are also not as flexabile as the cheaper cables, which I now learned the hard way that they should be.
The SIIG's have moved at least 20 terabytes these last few months and have yet to find errors after verification.
I now also use then to verify if the external HDD has any errors and utility work.
Do your self a favor and bypass lower quality cables.
I saved a few bucks and lost gigs of data due to coruption and problematic connection issues with lower quality generic cables.
Trouble shooting is imposible with bad cabels.
Works fine with a 1 TB Western Digital and Segates, as long as the external and SATA HDW has decent BIOS.

5 comments about FIREWIRE DV CABLE CAMCORDER FOR CANON SONY SHARP JVC.
- The cable gets the job done. But when I first make the connection to the video camera, and the software gives me the ok to download from an external device, it doesn't always "connect" right away. It'll start searching for the device and then say there's nothing connected. I'll have to click start again and jiggle the connection to the camera for it to recognize it. This may even happen more than once...then it'll connect ok and go though the entire process without error. It's just a bit annoying at first sometimes.
- Wow. Very inexpensive and does exactly what I wanted/needed it to do, what more can I say.
- I am amazed at how easy it was to connect it to my computer and that my computer actually excepted it. Amazing
- This cable was exactly what I needed to get the job done. It was very inexpensive and arrived quickly.
- I am so pumped about hooking my camera up to my computer so now I can import all my video, this cable works great!
