5 comments about 6ft VGA to 3 RCA component video cable (HD15 - 3-RCA).
- I purchased this cable to go from my HDTV cable box component outputs to the VGA input on my ViewSonic projector. It works perfectly and is a definite improvement over the S-Video cable I was using. Shipping was fast and the cable is well made & sturdy. I would definitely buy from this company again!
- This cable is RGB not component video. The reviewer that stated the pigtails were not shielded was mistaken, they are. If you are trying to connect AV equipment to a computer monitor this is not the cable. If you have a home theater computer with separate Red Green and Blue outputs and your monitor has a VGA input this is the cable you need.
- I bought this cable to plug into my 22" computer moniter so that i could use it as a TV. Unfortunately, it does not convert component video to VGA. However, it does work the other way for those few HDTV's that do not accept VGA inputs
- we needed a cable to connect our dvd player to an lcd projector over vga...worked great.
- I bought this cable to connect my PC to a TV with Color Stream (DVD) component input. It didn't work, but I don't know if it was the Color Stream input not matching up with the component output or if the cable didn't work.

5 comments about Apple iPod Nano 3rd Generation Crystal Hard Case - for Apple iPod Nano 3G MP3 Player - Clear.
- Be careful, if you want to protect the screen of your Ipod nano don't buy this product, only comes with protection for the ipod but not the screen.
- So far, I'm relatively pleased with this item. It fits the nano very well, and looks good to boot. It looks like it could scratch fairly easily, though, only time will tell.
Contrary to other reviews on this item, mine DOES have screen protection. The plastic that protects the screen is a bit recessed compared to the rest of the case. Perhaps that makes it hard to see. There is also access to the headphone jack via a small hinged door on the bottom of the case.
The only problem I've encountered is that with the door flipped open, the Nano will not fit on my Ipod dock.
Overall, a great deal for the price.
- I'd suggest going elsewhere. First, it doesn't protect the screen. Second, it sometimes doesn't like to close. Third, it won't fit a majority of docks, FM transmitters, or anything that needs a solid even bottom to fit. Taking it out to listen to it defeats the purpose.
- This is perfect! It fits my ipod without making it bulky. It protects the screen and it has openings for your headphones and to charge.
- Just got it today!
Was kinda hard to open but when i got it open my ipod fit perfectly!
It did cover the screen! For the price i am very happy with it! I would recommend it to anyone! And once the Ipod is in the case dont worry about it falling back out b/c i tried to take mine back out to look at the case more....and i couldnt open it back up! Which actually made me happier b/c now i know i dont have to worry about my ipod falling out of it! The shipping was excellent! I bought this and an FM Transmitter they came in the same box and they came in very quickly! I ordered them Tuesday and they came Friday morning! I am very pleased! Dont think twice just buy it! You'll love it!

2 comments about Duracell Batteries, D Size, 8-Count Packages (Pack of 2).
- Duracell makes a great battery; and these batteries will show you just how well they are made once you try them. The "Coppertop" version of these D size batteries does indeed last longer than pervious types of D batteries by Duracell. I really like this because I live in a somewhat rural area; and when we get a bad storm the power goes out and I must use these for my flashlight. I always get several hours more use out of these CopperTop Duracell D batteries; and that's grand!
Of course, these D batteries can be used in anything that requires them--not just flashlights. Moreover, the thin cardboard storage pack actually closes neat and clean for you so that the unused batteries remaining inside the package don't get dusty or exposure to any elements if you're outside camping or something.
Use these batteries before their expiration date. The expiration date will always be several years into the future; but some people still have them lying around in a dresser drawer anyway. The problem is not only do they lose their potency; the batteries also begin to corrode. When the batteries corrode eventually a whitish powdery sticky substance begins to leak out of them and this makes a mess--trust me!
Do NOT dispose of these or ever place these in or near a fire. They could indeed explode. I wouldn't carry them loose either--they should be protected in their cardboard case or they should be already installed in your flashlight or whatever device you placed them into.
Overall, these Duracell Coppertop D size batteries are the ones to choose if you need D size batteries. I highly recommend them for any device that needs D size batteries.
Use them in good health and enjoy!
- Can't beat this deal. LOTSA battries - wink. Come in very nice plastic containers that close well for future use. Great brand name, I am very happy and will purchase again.
Thanks for reading.

5 comments about Memorex 4x DVD+RW 25-Pack Spindle.
- I purchased two 25-packs because of lower prices and free shipment but it was a bad mistake. I had too many coasters from the 1st pack. I am about 50% with the 2nd pack which has been trouble-free so far.
After some research my next purchase will be Verbatim - based on positive customer feedback.
- All I want is reliable DVD+RW at a good price and the Memorex has always worked well for me. Amazon's bottom-line price was too good to pass up.
- I have owned a Memorex DVD player, which fell apart within one year, and I've had numerous problems with Memorex recordable DVDs. Based on my experiences I think the company should have a new advertising slogan;
"Is it crap, or is it Memorex?"
- I brought 2 of these and when they were finished I ordered 2 more spindles. I am using a Sony Vaio laptop and in the past I owned a Toshiba laptop also and these burned with no problem. I might have came upon 1 defective disc out of 3 spindle. Quality is very good. I will buy again when I am finish with the ones I have.
- I bought a 25 pack of these disks and 6 of them (so far) have fatal errors on the discs. There is nothing so frustrating as to record a show on a disc than to find that the video stops/stutters and then completely freezes so that you can't view the rest of the content. I am going to go to Memorex support and I expect them to make this good with a refund or replacement. I hope they change their manufacturing processes so that their products are reliable or they will NEVER get a return customer and they will be the next business you will see filling chapter 7!

5 comments about Motorola Li-Ion Battery for KRZR K1M (CDMA).
- The battery arrived very fast and as good as the original. The price was a heck of a lot lower than Verizon's $30.00 price tag.
- I specifically chose this battery because I saw a review where the BT50 battery didn't fit as well. What I received was the BT50. It doesn't fit as well, but it fits and works fine, so not worth it to return it. I should have just ordered the BT50 from another company and paid less.
- 2 of the 3 batteries sent worked great - however the 3rd battery did not work at all it would not hold the charge. We were somewhat disappointed with that battery. The other 2 we were very pleased.
- Battery that I originally got with the phone did not last more than a year..this one so far is working out great and the service from vendor was good.
- The Motorola Li-Ion for K1M battery pictured in the item description was not the one delivered. The battery would fit in the slot but was too thick, thus the battery cover would not snap back on. I should have recognized the gamble when the company says they are not RESPONSIBLE for making sure the combatibility of the battery matches the phone. Does not fit Verizon K1M! Search elsewhere

5 comments about SYNERGY from SwissGear by Wenger Computer Backpack.
- My employer purchased this bag for me to use to transport my laptop back and forth to work. The first thing I noticed is that the bag can hold a lot of stuff. There is a padded compartment for laptops with screens up to 15.4", and it works great with my 14" IBM Thinkpad T43 and my personal 15" MacBook Pro. There are small zippered pockets on the inside of the two main compartments, a medium sized zippered pocket on each side on the outside, and a water bottle holder on each side. There is also a compartment on top with an MP3 holder and a hole for the headphone wire, allowing you to listen to music while the MP3 player is in the bag.
I am able to transport my laptop, power cable, mouse, multiple books, some magazines, my iPod and headphones, some notebooks, pens, and paper with room to spare. You could easily carry a laptop, some college textbooks, and notepads in this bag.
The bag is very comfortable with nicely padded shoulder straps and a nicely padded back. The part that rests against your back is made of multiple pieces of foam which are separated by gaps. The gaps allow air to flow across your back, helping to keep you cool. While it doesn't help too much while walking, it is very nice when I am riding my motorcycle.
My only complaint about the bag is the horizontal strap. Most larger backpacks have the strap down low so it rests across your waist and helps distribute the weight better. On this bag, the strap is up high, almost at shoulder level. It can be adjusted up and down a little bit, but not far enough to go below your chest. Usually it ends up almost around your neck. I have tried adjusting the shoulder straps so that the horizontal strap is as low as possible, but I can never get it to be comfortable. Instead, using the horizontal strap always results in the weight being distributed in a less comfortable manner, so I never use it.
This is the best computer backpack I have ever owned, even with the minor complaint.
- I purchased this pack for a son going to college. I ended up using it for a couple of months myself. It is very designed and built. It has pockets everywhere. It has a surprising amount of padding on the back to allow comfortable carrying of a laptop and other papers. Zippers appear to be first quality.
Only issue of concern it that the pack is smaller than the massive LL Bean packs that my HS kids now have. It will probably not hold a days worth of college books. But what it will hold, it will hold in comfort. Fits a 15 inch laptop well.
- This is a good buy for the price. I've had this bag two years now and the seams are starting to unravel, but it's lasted good until now. My only other complaint is that it's quite heavy - add 10lbs to whatever load you are carrying
- I looked long and hard for a laptop backpack - I was tired of the standard laptop case that couldn't carry an apple or bottle of water. I found this backpack at an office supply store but it was MUCH cheaper through Amazon...
I'm a 46-year-old exec who does a lot of business travel, so I've put this pack through the ringer. It's extremely sturdy and well-made (it's Swiss - what else would you expect), the zippers (all 11) are strong, and it's got some great features. I like the quick-access pocket at the top for keys, cell, etc., as well as the internal flap that holds it upright on the floor. The padding is excellent - very comfortable for that long haul across DFW!
- This bag has a lot of room for pretty much everything you would want to put in it from a computer related standpoint. There are tons of pockets and I can fit all of the things I need in it easily (and I carry around a lot of stuff). I have a 15.4" computer and it fits well in the bag, but it would be nice if the padding came all the way to the top of the computer rather than leaving the top couple of inches exposed. That's a minor complaint though.
The padding on the straps and the back of the bag are great and make this bag very comfortable to carry around if you are forced to have it on your back for a while.
It's a good bag for the price, it's solidly built, and it has lots of room for plenty of supplies.

5 comments about Sennheiser PX200 Collapsible High-Performance Closed Headphones (Black).
- The sound from the PX-200 is great. To me it's clean and bright with just enough bass to fill it out. Sound is highly subjective though, so it's best to demo any headphones in a store. What makes me prefer the PX-200 over other headphones at this pricepoint are a few key features.
First, they're portable. The fold up design is sturdy, and allows you to wrap the cord around so that you're not left with a big tangle after storing them. Also the cord length is definitely for portable. It isn't strained between my pocket and head, and it isn't so loose as to catch on door knobs and things like that.
Second, they're great for biking. I don't like to cover my ears when I bike on the street, so earbuds, canal phones and all of those are out. By turning the ear pieces, letting the phones hang around my neck, and cranking up my volume, I can still listen to music without blocking out street noise.
The bad news is the same with all Sennheiser's I have owned. The soldering on the 1.5mm plug isn't great, especially the left one. This pair lasted a year before it gave out. I'd buy them again, but only because I've learned how to solder and fix that problem now.
- My husband and I bought two pairs for a two week trip to Italy. Other reviews said they became uncomfortable and/or were difficult to store in the case. My husband and I both disagree. The design allowed for decent noise cancellation (we used them on planes, trains and hydrofoils) and the reverse problem of other people hearing our music was completely eliminated. My husband had his turned way up and I could never hear it even sitting next to him. We were pleased with the sound quality as well for a variety of music from classical to rock (with punk, ska and blues in between). My husband used his a lot more than I did and for probably up to 4 hours at a time without them getting uncomfortable. It took a little thought at first to get them back into the case but once we did it, it made sense and it was more convenient to store in our luggage.
- I researched headphones for about 3 weeks that were under $75 for my Ipod Itouch that I can use at home or away mainly watching videos and listening to MP3s with some infrequent travel on a plane. I chose the PX 200 based on reviews, features and the Sennheiser reputation.
I received the PX 200 about 3 days ago and was truly impressed. I watched 2 videos and the sound and experience was excellent. The video sound was clear and made the experience truly enjoyable. The headphones are very comfortable and after wearing them for 3 hours, forgot I had them on.
My music was exactly what I wanted - great separation, solid bass and the overall sound was excellent. The closed effects of the headphone does allow some external noise in but not enough to distract me and it is very quiet according to someone sitting next to me. The case is excellent and it really only took me one time and about 1 minute to figure it out. The case is a real plus.
Overall, I think the PX 200 is remarkable for the price, sound, ease of wearing and overall quality. If you are looking for an excellent headphone for under $75 that works extremely well with an Ipod or Itouch, I strongly recommend this.
- I got a pair of these headphones after feverishly searching for a solid pair of headphones that provided good sound and un-compromised reliability and portability. At that time when I got them in June of 2003, these headphones were brand new release from Sennheiser with maybe 2 reviews on Amazon at the time. I went with my gut instinct on a new product and bought them. They were something like $40 brand new at the time. It's been 5 YEARS since and I still use them. Granted, the earpads are definitely aged with the vinyl coming apart. Sound sort of comes in and out of the left ear due to too much pulling and perhaps ripping of the cord. So now I only have sound coming through the right ear.
Sound? The sound is very clear for a portable headphone at this price-point. Above-average mid-range. Average highs. Mediocre low-range. Unfortunately, there is a lack of bass, which becomes more aware depending on the location of the earpads to your ear. 4/5
Portability? Heck yes. The best aspect of these headphones is its portability. Ingeniously designed and engineered has the earpads folding 90 degrees into a perpendicular shape against the headband. I've taken these on many airplane flights folded into its protective case. 5/5
Durability? Up till about February of 08, I had been using these headphones on an almost daily basis for 4 1/2 years. Throughout that time, there has been at least 30 times where I didn't realize the cord was too short and tugged or pulled on the cord. I certainly didn't expect them to last over 2 years with this constant abuse, but they did. Praise to the construction of the metal headband and solid hinges. 5/5
Drawbacks? the bass and the cord. It'd reallly help if the cord were an extra 6 inches in length due to my own experience. But for those with an ipod, the current length should do well. Those running off a computer may have a bit more fits with it. The bass does lack some punch. Which in order to improve would probably compromise the portability and engineering of the headphone.
Would I buy them again? In a heartbeat.
- After reading the reviews here, I was expecting better. Highs aren't the best. They are comfortable though and if you're not that critical regarding sound, they just might get the job done for you. The case is cool.

5 comments about TDK CD-R80CB100 CD-R 80min, 700 MB, 52x (100-Pack Spindle).
- I recently purchased this item and burned a CD using iTunes on my Mac. I then took the CD and tried to play it on my stereo. It was nothing but scratchy garbage. So I burned a second CD and repeated the above. The second CD worked. Wow, I've never had this happen. This was with the 100 pack.
I read other users feedback and they seem to have had the same problem with more than one disc in a 100 pack. TDK: What's up with your Quality Control/Assurance? I wonder how many usable CDs I'll get in this pack and what my actual final cost will be.
- I recently purchased a 100 pack of these TDK 80min CD-Rs. I burned about 20 discs (burned at a slow 4x speed) only to find out that my time, effort, and money was completely wasted. Nearly every CD had major playback errors. At first I thought it may be the CD player, but after trying the discs in other players, I quickly realized it is not the player. Then I thought maybe there's something wrong with the burner. Nope, because I then burned music to several Verbatim CD-Rs with no playback problems. The problem was, in fact, the CD-Rs. Couldn't believe it, because I always though TDK was a trusted brand, but in this case I got a really bad batch of CD-Rs.
One other note, all of the errors during playback seemed to occur towards the end of the discs (after the 40 minute mark). I thought that was strange too. It seems that there may be something wrong with the dye towards the outer part of the discs??? Whatever the problem, I'll never buy this brand of CD-Rs again.
- plays in any cd player made very good. can write on with a marker pen
- I used TDK's CD-Rs a lot before the wide-spreaded of DVD-RW. TDK provides good quality of product, though always a little bit more expensive. This set of product is not in exception. After receiving this item, I felt free when using it, even though it is the era of DVD. If I run out of my CD-R and need to purchase more, I will definitely reconsider this item and order it if still availbe.
- Have you been using blank TDK tapes for decades? Continue to use blank TDK on your computer or CD recorder deck. Some expensive decks use these data discs but you can also get TDK MUSIC CD-R at Amazon.com. You can also (as I have) get TDK blank CD-RW with the same degree of satisfaction.

5 comments about Easy Jack 2 Wireless Jack Base and Extension Unit.
- I purchased this because I was tired of getting the $5 per month fee from Dish Network for not having my receivers hooked up to a phone line. I live in an older house, with only two working phone jacks, neither of which are located in the rooms where my Dish network receivers are located. So- I purchased these to fill the gap.
They work great. They DO NOT interfere with my AT&T DSL service, either - that was something I was originally concerned about.
- I ordered this product to use with my satellite receiver and all I did was take it out of the box and plug it in. Very easy to use.
- I bought this so i could move my fax/print/scan machine without running wires. I didn't even read the directions and this wireless jack extension works fine. There's a pic on the box. All i had to do was plug the jacks in and my fax in. We've got a wireless network, wireless phone & intercom, other electronics and use cell phones in our office and no interference problems.
Recommended
- I needed to install a Life Alert system for my ageing Mother with health issues who lives alone. Unfortunately where there were phone jacks there wasn't power and where there was power no phone jacks and I needed both. I installed the Easy Jack 2 base in her bedroom and the Alarm unit in the family room with the remote Easy Jack 2. It worked perfectly first try out of the box and saved me an expensive rewireing project to make the alarm work. I couldn't be happier with the product.
- I bought this because I do not have a phone jack behind my entertainment center in my living room. I have Dish Network and I needed this to avoid the $5 monthly fee for having no phone access. The Easy Jack 2 works great and passes caller ID info onto the screen nicely.
Works great thus far, but I hope it works over good over the long haul.
