5 comments about Apple Nike + iPod Sport Kit for iPod nano 1G, 2G, 3G.
- I'm a semi-avid runner, and was curious about this item, as I always run with music from my nano attached to my waist band. I've found this item to work great, right out of the box. With one exception! If you are an avid treadmill runner, you'll find that the mileage and calories burned calculated by the treadmill doesn't jive with the mileage and distance run according to the Ipod+Nike sport kit. You will however find yourself motivated to run further, and get yourself synced up with Nike's website. Set goals, se how you run, challenge yourself. I personally think the Ipod sensor is more accurate than the treadmill (but don't tell my wife that). I would recommend this kit.
- What a great product. I can record my mileage or check my calories burned, while listening to music and running. The only flaw is the ear plugs keep falling out. What is your suggestion on that?
- The Nike sensor has been totally off in calculating my mileage run and after numerous attempts to calibrate it to my running pace, I've had no success in making it more accurate. After attempting to find a fix for this problem, I've discovered it's pretty common on the Apple message boards. I would not buy this product again and am now thinking about investing in another pedometer.
- This is a great little device. It fits right into my Nike + shoes. It really makes me want to finish a workout by telling me how far I have gone and that I am almost done!
- I love this pedometer! I was looking for something that I could put on the computer and graph my different runs and this does a wonderful job. It's easy to use and easy to set up. I don't have the Nike shoes that go with it but that's not a problem at all and it still works great.

5 comments about Zune Home A/V Pack.
- This is pretty much the only thing a Zune owner should buy besides a case for their zune.
I paid $30 and got free shipping. Buying these items separate would cost over a $100. I needed a charger because my comp is downstairs.
I came across this, not only does it have the charger but it also has a cradle that is compatible with the computer and a spare USB cable, a A/V cable which plugs directly into the cradle and a remote to control it all.
I was amazed at the cheap price.
I got a zune 30GB it works great on it. Videos are not bad at all, very watchable. The radio for some reason only works on one station...
When viewing pictures, they are crystal clear.
The remote works great and is basically the zune controls in your hand. Everything on the zune comes up on screen.
Again this is a must have for any zune owner.
And for people complaining about not working with 80GB, it obvious you did not read the directions because it says right the slot on top can be removed for next gen zunes but they obviously didnt read them and then complain that this thing stinks.
I just wanted to say this does work with 30GB and 80GB.
There are web reviews that even show it. Dont listen to people that say it doesnt.
- This is a great kit for what ever zune you have 30 or 80 gig. Love it.
- Not compatible with Zune 2. Should state somewhere on the ad that its only compatible with 1st gen Zunes. Will be returning for a refund.
- I just bought two of these to go with my new 80gb Zune (which is wonderful). I was hesitant about buying them as I kept reading the docking station isn't compatible with the 80gb Zune. It is.
When you get the docking station, you will notice a small slit on the inside wall of the remote slot. Slip a knife or screwdriver into the slot slightly and pull up. The mirror cover pops off. Underneath it is solid black so it doesn't look like you took it apart. Without the cover, the Zune slot is big enough to fit the 80gb Zune perfectly.
The only thing that is different than using the Docking Station v2 is that the video connection is composite rather than component. If that doesn't matter, you'll get more bang for the buck by buying this version.
My second docking station and remote will be used in the car with a car charger and hookup to the stereo - just pop in the Zune and go.
- This enables me to connect my Zune to the home stereo. Cables are tough, and remote works well from across the room.

5 comments about Maxell Noise-Cancellation Headphones.
- I bought these in the second week of February. Today is April 3 and the right headphone is already on its death-bed. If I fiddle with the cord, I can get it to work, at least until it dies out again. It's an endless cycle of fiddling with the cord over and over again, only to have the right speaker die out again and again. I finally give up.
Any headphones that can't even last 2 months are not worth your money. I've also read other reviews where the same thing happened, so it's not like it was an isolated incident. Needless to say, I will not buy any Maxell headphones ever again and I suggest you don't either.
- I was going on a business trip, and didn't have time to get these in through Amazon. I had a previous version that went bad after four years, so I bought another pair (through Walmart).
Maxell really cheapened these up. The phone jack was flimsy, and started having problems after only three uses in my laptop. The fit around the ears was nowhere near as nice as the previous pair I had, and there seemed to be an intermittent (more on than off) constant tone around 9000 hz that was quite irritating.
Save yourself the time and aggravation with this pair, spend the money on a nice Audio-Technica unit (like I'm going to do) and get something that meets your needs for the long haul.
- this was my second pair of noice canecelling headphones. my first pair were made by sony, but can't remember the model. the noise cancelling was not as good as the sony's but they are far more comfortable...EXCEPT FOR THE ON-CORD BATTERY HOUSE/NOISE CANCELLING CONTROL!!! that was the dumbest part of this product!!! it just hangs heavily from the headphones unless you put it in your pocket. then it takes up valuable pocket space, especially in the summertime when you don't have coat pockets to put some things in. the sony pair had the battery housing and controls built right on the head phones. i read in another review that this is a belt clip...don't believe the hype. there is no clip on this thing. the sound was mediocre and the noise cancelling was inferior to the sony.
also, as previously stated, my left ear is gone. sometimes it comes on when the cord gets bumped around in my pocket to the right position, but otherwise it is gone. i don't know how something like this could happen after a few months of use, but it is not a good thing. i checked to make sure it wasn't my ipod that was broken by putting the headphones in my computer and sure enough it was the headphones.
- I was looking for something to use on an airplane that didn't cost me and arm and a leg, so when I came across these, I figured it was worth a try.
They worked very well for what I purchased them for, they blocked out a lot of noise on the plane.
The only thing that did happen was that I must have accidentally turned the noise cancellation switch on after my use and so for a whole week of my trip they were on in my bag. So of course on the way home I had a dead battery and no spares. I was still able to use the headphones, so it wasn't too bad. Just make sure that switch is off and always carry those extra batteries.
- I previously had a pair of Sony noise-cancellers. The big downfall of the Maxells are the battery pack. It's about half-way down the cord. If you use them at a desk and move much, you'll constantly pull the pack off of the desk and it'll fall with a sharp jerk to your headphones. The Sonys only used a single AAA battery but the Maxells use two. So, Sony was able to put it in a compartment on the headphone band with no aggravation. Oddly, the Sonys seem to have much better battery life for me. The Maxells do enclose the ears much better to help block sounds, but they do start to hurt your ears after prolonged use. If you wear them for hours at a time, the similarly priced Sonys are easier on the ear. I'm not wild about the way the Maxells fold up, either. The Sonys kind of spin in and make for much flatter storage. Another problem with the Maxells is a loud creaking sound from the plastic. Often just moving your jaw seems to produce a loud plastic-on-plastic noise that comes through quite loud. With a slight re-design, Maxell could have a nice set of headphones. Wait until then or try another brand.

5 comments about Memorex 8.5GB 8X Double Layer DVD+R (50pk Spindle).
- These Memorex double layer DVD+R discs perform as expected. I use these discs for recording files or programs that are too large to fit on a single layer DVD. Backups of my operating system or diagnostic programs are two examples - things that can't be compressed to fit on a single layer DVD.
- There is a bad problem in writing to these discs. Even several DVD Software programs warn against using them.
- So after spending a full weekend burning a bunch of these, I come to find out almost all of them have some kind of issue about 3/4 into the movie to where they are not playable. Only about 2 out of 10 worked with no issues. What a waste of time and money. Read the other reviews. Don't buy these. Since I have already used about 10, they are probably not returnable so what a waste of $50 and a lot of time burning them! If I could have given no stars, I would have.
- this is the second set of these that i've bought and i don't have any real complaints... there are always a few "coasters" in every spindle i've bought, regardless of the brand... these are cheap compared to others that i've priced and they work just as well. i would recomend them to just about anyone looking for dual layer discs.
- discs dont work. buy verbatim. if u buy these buy from amazon so u can get refunded if they dont work

5 comments about Cables Unlimited 6-Foot HDMI Male to Male Cable (PCM-2295-06).
- I have a set of Monster brand HDMI cables. I bought these for an HD DVD player. They both work great. Except these are much cheaper than the Monster ones. (especially since I got 'em w/ free shipping.)
I even switched the DVD player to the Monster cable to see if maybe I would notice a difference, but I didnt. They both work just as well.
- I bought 2 of these cables. These cables do not work with all devices. They worked fine on my Samsung DVD player but did not work with my Motorola DVR. I would recommend the premium HDMI cables [...]. They cost around [...] more and worked without any issues.
- do not buy the hdmi cord mine failed already, colors faded, spend some extra bucks and get a better cord u dont have to spend alot of money for a good cord
- As good as Monster or other brands at a small fraction of the price. Fast delivery too. Thanks, Amazon.
- I am using it to hook the Playstation 3 to my onkyo surround sound receiver and it does its job.

5 comments about DLO HipCase Leather Folio for iPod touch (Black).
- The iPod fits great and is well protected. It fits to my belt easily and is easy to use.
- This works real well for my i-pod touch. I like the magnetic closure, the belt clip and the easy accessibility to the controls. I can keep it in the case during re-charge, also - no need to take it out and misplace one or the other. One downside - it smells funny - maybe the glue? - but that is wearing away. For the price - cheap! - it's a very good product.
- it great for like the first month or two, but it loses its grip on my ipod touch after that. it starts to fall out when you hold it upside down.
- This is a good quality product. I think it was worth the purchase price as I plan to have it for the life of my iPod. I read somewhere that this came with a screen protector, but it doesn't. I took away one star for that as I feel a free screen protector should be included anyway. One way to get around this is to clip off the bottom part of the screen protector that comes with the iPod and leave the rest intact.
- Excellent fit for iPod Touch; quality leather, and protection, with non-swivel belt clip. I can use all features of the iPod, and in case of knocks or drops, will protect this great little invention.
I prefer this over silicone or other rigid plastics because it looks better on your desk at work, is easier to put into your jacket or pants pocket, and retrieve. The flip-up screen protection is excellent, and stays out of the way when accessing the Touch menus.
I found this to be the best product among six or seven I looked at, in leather and plastic.

5 comments about Terk HDTVa Indoor Amplified High-Definition Antenna for Off-Air HDTV Reception.
- dont buy the amplified terk. i have 2 non amplified and one amplified. there is no difference between the two.
- The Terk HDTVa Indoor Amplified High-Definition Antenna for Off-Air HDTV Reception works GREAT! I have a (decent at best) 19" Audiovox HDTV that outputs in 1080i/720p/480p/480i. You can tell a complete difference between the HD and SD channels. Before attaching the Terk HDTVa Antenna, the TV could find 0 (zero) stations. After attaching the Terk HDTVa Antenna, the TV found 21 stations total. This includes ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox, and PBS (4 different PBS stations), all in HD and SD.
Also, other people have complained that you have to turn the antenna to pick up other signals, however, mine sits behind my TV next to the wall on the 2nd floor, and I've never moved it since turning it on. I get all of these channels without any adjustments. I live on the northside of Indianapolis about 11 miles from all of the towers. I would definitely recommend this product to everyone i know.
- Quite honestly, I couldn't figure out why I'd want HD TV, considering I couldn't get it even with the converter box. It sure looked like they were pulling a fast one on us just so they could sell products, expensive products. But after doing some on-line research on HD TV, I thought this looked like it might help.
Yikes! I'd been pulling in one -- read that again, ONE -- non-HD station only with the digital tuner. Now I'm getting stations I've never even heard of before (although most of them are fuzzy, they're coming in better than some local stations were before, as I can now tell what's on the screen), and I've also got crisp, un-ghosted pictures for all of my local stations and more. (Heck, it's even receiving shows from the '60s and '70s.) So that's why I'd want HD! Huh! Who knew!
Ironically, the only local station I'm not getting in HD is the one station I could pick up (in analog) using the digital tuner and the old, low tech rabbit ears. I can literally see the blasted transmitter, I just can't receive it (even with the amplifier turned off). Which brings up my one major gripe with this antenna -- because of their limited arch in relation to the position of that one transmitter the bipolar elements are no more useful to me in their extended position than they are in their stored position. It's a bit tippy too, but not enough to be a hassle.
My biggest worry -- what happens come February when some of those HD stations revert from UHV to VHF.
- I live in the city and I get all the major channels except for public broadcasting and CBS. Weird. But I tried others and those didn't work either. But this antennae gives the best quality.
- My main TV is an HDTV with cable service, but I also have a standard TV in a bedroom. I recently picked up a Digital-Analog converter box (using the government coupon) for the TV, but the old antenna didn't really work that well. With analog OTA, you could get by with poor reception as the picture would be a little snowy but at least it was watchable. With digital, if you don't have good reception, the video and sound become pixilated and unwatchable.
The old antenna that I had was a Jansen something-or-other flat antenna that supposibly had 38db of active gain. It had a low profile and looked good, but antenna dipoles really shouldn't be housed in a flat profile. I think the 38db of active gain was simply to compensate for the poor antenna engineering. Anyway, the think was basically junk, so I pitched it.
With the Terk HDTVa antenna, I am getting all the local OTA digital channels with exceptional signal strength. I am also getting channels from other nearby cities.
Great indoor antenna!

5 comments about HDMI 6FT / 2M Super High Resolution Male to Male Cable by Eforcity.
- Love this cable. Amazing picture quality. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. Don't pay $85 more than you need to. Buy this cable!
- Save some money a digital cable is a digital cable! Quality will not degrade either the signal is there or it is not. And honestly if there is one bit of difference in picture quality between a cheap cable and a Monster cable you will never notice it.
- If you've spent more than a few bucks for an HDMI cable, you are a fool (no offense). These cables send digital information, so as long as they stay intact, they will all do the same job. And if they did fall apart, I wouldn't be any worse off for having spent $2. I've purchased 2 of these so far. One for my Sharp Aquos TV, and one for my PS3. Both were under $5 and both work great. I have friends who have paid over $100 for a cable. Duped...
- I think I'm the unlucky one.
When I connect this cable between DMA2100 and 1080p LCDTV, I get, what I believe, the HDMI handshake issue. The screen flashes several times.
After replacing it with a $40 one, this issue went away. If I reconnect the problematic cable, the same problem is reproduced.
- I was always leary of these HDMI cables when they first came out. The cost was so high! I paid about 2 bucks and the picture resolution from my HD DVD to my TV was outstanding. Of course, I have no direct comparison with higher cost cables, but would you want to spend 50 to 100 dollars, when this cable works so well.

- OK Sound but they keep falling apart and getting caught on items when i walk past them
- I had to return my pair of ear buds because one was significantly louder than the other. I assume that this is not the status quo for all the ear buds JBuds produces, but I won't be buying a replacement set from them.
- Good sound quality, but the the left one stopped getting sound after just a few months when only used moderately. Disappointing.
- reduces noise
compactible with ipods
nice design
comfortable to ears
reasonable price
- good headphones while they last.
Which is about 1 year, then the (internal) cables just break.

5 comments about Sennheiser HD201 Headphones.
- I love these. Comparing them side by side with another set I have (VR3) you can definately tell the difference. Good Treble and Bass response. That's the difference between a good and ok headphone. You want to hear the full range of the music. These do that.
- I received this item as part of the PepsiStuff promotion as a reward item. I tried the headphones with my laptop and found that the sound was excellent, even at low volume. I had to turn down the volume on my laptop because it gave an excellent volume response, more than I was comfortable with until I turned the laptop volume down. I am not one to have my headphones at a level so that people 100 feet away can hear what you are listening to, but I did have the volume up for a short time and didn't notice any distortion. I had the TV on at the time I was using them and had no problems hearing my music at reasonable volume. There is an extra long cord on the unit, but I view that as a plus. A short cord is OK until you might want to be a litte further away from your stereo or home entertainment system, then you are out of luck. With these headphones, you have the extra length you need to watch TV in bed without bothering your spouse, play your computer game from the recliner instead of the desk chair (with a wireless controller, of course), or anything else where the extra length is a godsend. For more normal use where you don't need the extra cord length, just take a twist tie and secure the unneeded length or just leave it the way it comes in the package.
I am not a music snob but I found these headphones to be an excellent value if you purchased them at the listed price on Amazon.com. Of course, if you get them free from the PepsiStuff promotion, like I did, that is even better!!!
- get these headphones. They're well worth the 125 points, the sound is clear and you can hear the bass quite well. The padding is very comfortable and you start to forget you're even wearing them. I especially love the long chord, many times when you get headphones the chord is too short and it makes things awkward but with these it's fantastic. I truly recommend you get these if you're in need of some great headphones.
- These earphones sound fine and do a good job of shutting out extraneous sound. The are very comfortable. I use them with a digital piano.
- I was somewhat skeptical when purchasing these headphones despite the number of 5 star reviews. Mainly I was concerned with the low output these supposedly gave. I read many reviews stating that one had to turn the volume on their media device to maximum volume or close to it, just to get a reasonable listening volume from the headphones. This isn't the case for me. I'm not sure if other reviewers are using outdated technology or what, because I did not have to change the volume on my laptop at all. The same volume I use for the built in laptop speakers works perfect when I plug in these headphones. It's no different when using my Zune either; both the stock earbuds and these headphones require the same volume.
As for sound quality, they give you all the lows, mids and highs one could ask for. Obviously, there is better quality sound out there, but for more $$ of course.
If you somehow find my review out of the 200 already on here you should know that these are worth the $25 --they look, sound, and feel good. They deserve 5 stars.
