  1. I bought this item a few weeks ago to mount my dvd player and I also added a receiver on top which hold up well.

  2. Easy to assemble and attach to the wall mount. Took a while to get here though.

  3. Pretty basic but works well. won't fit a compact player, but works for standard sizes.

  1. i got this 12 ft cable to connect pc to my lcd tv flat panel audio input. it worked for both speakers (stereo).
Regardless of what application you may have this cable is good one... i suggest take 12 ft instead of 6 ft.. this one shipped free for me. amazon ships free if you buy 25$ worth of total stuff..

  2. This cable was perfect for my needs, its nice because the diameter of the cable is actually thicker than my previous so I'm hoping it wont short out like my last one. I have had this for about a month and a half and use it to hook up my ipod to my stereo system. No white-noise that I can hear, and overall its a sturdy wire.

  3. Pros:
Inexpensive Stereo cable with an excellent length (12ft).

    Cons:
Creates a high-frequency, low-amplitude humming sound on speakers, possibly due to length and quality (I strongly doubt my other, high-quality, equipment is responsible). The humming sound is always there and the amplitude is constant, but it is only audible at low volumes, personally I cannot stand it.

    My Advise:
At lengths over 6ft, spring for a quality cable (maybe something gold-plated) unless you don't mind a little static.

  1. Ordered this through Amazon from "grandtechoutlet"...got here very quickly for a VERY good price compared to a new one from Apple. Seems to work great so far, seems to be a very good quality cable (as you would expect from Griffin).

  2. Griffin Technology Dock400 FireWire Cable for iPod. This is another great product from Griffin Technology. I've been purchasing various products from them over the years and have always found that for it pays to stick with a company who's products you can depend on.

  3. Most all iPods do not support fireWire transfers. It will only charge your iPod; nothing else. You won't be able to transfer songs or use your iPod in disk mode. I just wasted about 10 bucks to be disappointed!

  4. It works just fine but after the fact I've seen it for considerably less on other sites.

  1. For some reason, the 1m version of this cable is $8 more than the 2m version! The cable delivers high quality audio and video signals which are virtually indistinguishable from cables costing more than 3 times as much. I know, as I tried a Monster cable prior to trading down (I needed 4 cables: one for the AVR, one for the DVR, one for the upconverting DVD player, and one for the PS3).

Highly recommended unless money's no object.

  2. These cables were the answer for my HDMI needs. Great quality and low costs!

  3. I have several HDMI cables, some expensive ones from Beast Buy and some of these and I have never had any problems with any of them. These are just as good as anything else as far as I'm concerned

  1. I recently bought the Brenthaven Oversize duo; that was a mistake. That bag is too big for my needs.

Downgraded to the Prolite II (15.4 inches) and am loving it. This bag is amazingly well designed, pockets at varying heights allow for an amazingly large carrying capacity without making the bag look bloated or cluttered. The laptop protection is great and overall the bag is very pleasing to look at.

This is by far the best laptop bag I own.

  2. I am really happy to have a soft case for my new Apple MacBook Pro computer that not only is built to protect my computer, but has lots of spaces for all of my peripherals and paperwork that I need to carry with me every day.

  3. This is a great case with nice big zippers, as well as a lot of pockets for your stuff. Dedicated pockets for your charger as well as one that a 2.5" HDD fits into for a Time Machine backup drive. :) The place where the laptop goes has extra padding just for the computer. Keeps it nice and safe. If you are willing to spend 3 grand on a notebook, don't be cheep and buy a good case for it.

  4. This is a great case it has well desing spaces and it has a lot of quality. It's worth it

  5. This bag fits and protects my Mac Book Pro 15" perfect. There are plenty of pockets and places to put things like travel mouse, cables and the nice pocket at the bottom for the power adapter. The materials are top quality and I have no fear of damaging my Mac will inside this bag.

I do however wish the file folder area was a little more receptive for my Franklin Covey Day planner. and also wish the there was a more receptive place for my sun glass case. I also wish their was two zippers for the laptop opening instead of one. I either have to open it all the way or close it all the way and wish their was two zippers closing at the top.

The shoulder strap is great, though I miss the way my messenger bag fits on my hip compared to this bag. I understand this is not a messenger bag and bought it so I could remove my laptop easier at the airport security. This still is a very comfortable bag to carry on the shoulder, just not perfect for me.

  1. I guess it is working. I really cannot tell a different, but i am scared to plug my TV into the wall for fear of the VOLTAGE DEMON coming to get me. I like the long cord (8') and it is small enough to be mounted on the wall easily behind my LCD

  2. Works great...high definition picture is as good or better than 35mm....and I know my large investment in my LCD HDTV is well protected...well worth the cost.

  3. It is hard to tell how much it help improve the picture, but even if it doesn't, it is worth it to me to protect my Sony LCD tv.

It seems well made, it is fairly heavy (given its size), and has two outlets, one for a tv, and one for something else (dvd player in my case). The cord seems to be of good quality too.

I think it would be ideal with three outlets and a voltage display (or some led type indicator - so you know it is doing something).
For the price here, I would most likely buy it again - in part because I know it will last a long time and I hope it would protect the tv in the event of a power surge.

  4. The product review (and others) state that this PowerCenter aids in providing for a better picture by managing the quality of power to any HDTV. I can't refute that as my picture is amazing and have never experienced any problems with the picture due to power fluctuations.

But I am confident that this PowerCenter saved my TV from a close lightning strike as my neighbors HDTV got fried because he did not have it power protected. Based on what you probably spent on your HDTV, for the money for this unit, how can you risk not getting one?

  5. This item works well and gives me good peace of mind with respect to power surges and unfiltered AC power affecting my plasma display. Installation is simple and using it is trivial, truly plug and play.

The only glitch is that the adhesive for the velcro patches that secure the item to the wall are not strong enough. The optional (but included) wall mounting brackets are actually necessary to keep the item up.

    Solidly recommended

4 comments about Brother 1/2 Inch x 9.8 Feet Navy Blue on White Fabric Iron-on Tape (TZFA3).
  1. This product is a bit pricey, but it is so much quicker to use when I had to label my daughter's school items, including my daughter's tennis shoes and jazz shoes. I printed up her name and was able to use the tip of my hot iron to transfer the name label onto the inside tongue of her shoes. I've also used it to label the inside of her ski gloves, socks, just about everything that she has to take to classes....easier to use than a fabric ink pen and you can place the label in a discrete place on the item.

I have even used it to label many of my rock and mineral specimens. Those labels have stayed on so far. I'm curious to see whether they stay on those rocks or not.

  2. My husband needed to label his mother's clothes as she was in a nursing home and labeling clothing is the only way to prevent property loss. I designed one label and printed it out about thirty times. Then, he ironed them on to her clothing, typically affixing the iron-on label over the product label inside the garmet. We were impressed that the iron-on labels survived laundering and remained affixed and did not fade. This is much quicker than sewing name tags onto clothing. I think the fabric tape will come in handy for labeling jackets and the like for our kids.

  3. I add a little personal touch to my sewing projects using this easy to use fabric tape. By typing a personal message then sewing it to the project, you give each gift a unique touch. It was too bad that I ordered and paid for two but only received one. I emailed the company but never received a response. The product is great though.

  4. Although this stuff is expensive it pays for itself the first time you get the winter coat your kid left at the park back because you had your phone number it. It stays on through the wash (at least for 25 times), is easy to put into clothing and is not scratchy.

I put my home and cell phone number on the inside tongue of my kids shoes (since they wear shoes every day and do not have that many pairs it means they always have the info). If they are separated from me they have the numbers so I can be reached. I used to try to write it with a sharpie, but it is often tough to find enough "blank space" to write a legible phone number. In fact, I used to write my phone number ON my kids with a sharpie when we would go to say, an amusement park, but this is less embarrassing for all.

Most of the time I iron it onto the label tag. Do not try to iron on plastic (such as raincoats) or some nylon that will melt at high temps.

5 comments about Soyo Computer Inc. SY-TECHAID Tech Aid Debug Card From Soyo.
  1. I've only used this once trying to determine if I had a bad board or cpu. Unfortunately I think the error code given meant it could be both. In the end it ended up being faulty capacitors on the motherboard. I think this tool would be great for someone who fixes computers everyday. It should save time on swapping out components when ruling out problems. For me it confirmed what I researched and really that is why I bought it. If I would have had it earlier it would've saved me some time.

  2. I have used port 80 cards for years for developing device drivers and debugging kernel problems. This particular model has several features which I found useful. The display is on both sides of the board, making it easy to read from any location in the case. The external cable allows the case to be closed and still have access to the display.

I have been using this model for three weeks and it has worked as advertised.

There have been several negative comments about the card. These cards work by displaying the contents of address 80 in the I/O address space. If they are displaying 0xff after booting it is probably because the bios does not use port 80 to display debug information and not due to any fault of the card.

  3. I have used mine many times on many different PCs and it has never failed me. The book tells me what I need to know to fix the hardware problem.

It even has a PSU tester via the LEDs at the top of the card. Once I had a PC that had a serious power surge go through it and I tested it with this card. The power supply passed the separate PSU tester but failed the PSU test on this card. That told me that the board was fried and power was not getting through it.

I take this with me on every job I do.

It is ONLY a hardware diagnostic tool. It does not do software.

  4. This card is a great shortcut and saves me from looking up what different beeps mean. No technician should be without this tool, but don't rely on it 100%. There is no substitute for experience. As for the probable dork squad employees who say "This tool sucks! It shows my processor as being bad when everything is fine!" CLEARLY have not read the instruction manual where it clearly states FF in one brand of BIOS means CPU/Misc problem, and in another means "Attempt to boot" aka all clear to the MB's knowledge.

  5. Not realy helpful... Im IT Technical, and try some times to used, but is difficult to read the problem.

  1. Very Neat & Trendy. Lets me carry my office stationery around. However is not for heavy stuff...cant stuff the bag with the laptop around n other stuff..

  2. This bag is awesome..it compliments the laptop itself (the same art like on the bag)
it gets a little bulky when computer is inside and you add more stuff.....
people are amazed when you take the notebook out and they realized is the
same design like on the bag...cool....they should add a shoulder strap do...

  3. well
    1) no handle to hold from by hand.
    2) it closes by just a peace of leather that isn't that firm. it opens back if u loaded the bag..
but at the end its very good looking and suits the laptop very well.. ( the artistic edition HP that has the same art work)
