- but, i did have some problems with it at first. for one thing the player doesn't fit all the way in, so you can't quite reach all the controls, or you can put it in backwards and then the screen is partially blocked. also there's no way to reach the power button if for some reason your player idled off (two words: PHONE CALL). on the plus side it is the most comfortable armband I've found for a workout, and with a little creative surgery all the other issues are resolved too :)

5 comments about Ultimate Ears Super.fi 3 Studio Earphones (White).
- What a great review by N. Pardo. I couldn't agree with him more. These in ear monitors are the best you can buy anywhere near this price. The detail is incredible, but the overall sound is very smooth. The frequency response is very flat, leading some people to feel they are short on bass. This is not the case. The bass is all there, it's just not bumped up to unreal levels. They lay out a huge soundstage and you almost forget you are listening to ear buds at all. What is on the cd is what you will hear. Female voice is especially wonderful. All vocals have a you are there reality to them that I have rarely heard from headphones at any price. As you can tell, I am very excited about Ultimate Ears Super.Fi3 Studios. If you are familiar with what music is suppose to sound like I think you will be excited too!
- I purchased Ultimate Ears Super.fi 3 Studio Earphones after my Bose In-Ear headphones shorted out at the plugs. I figured, for the money, if the Super.fi's ever shorted out, they have user replaceable cables that you can order from their site for $20. I didn't expect the sound from these earphones to be the quality of the old-fashioned over-the-ear headphones. I purchased the Super.fi 3s because I listen to mostly Jazz and audiobooks. The quality of the sound is just something you'd have to experience yourself. They harken me back to the first childhood memory I have of putting on the HUGE over-the-ear headphones my brother-in-law had and the awe and simplicity of being wrapped in sound. I would recommend these headphones for anyone who is fed up with cheaply made phones that just don't stand up to real-world commuting and for irredeemable audiophiles. They work great when wearing glasses or goggles, too, so don't let the around the ear bit scare you. The wire is bendy up by the ear. If I had $600 to spend, I'd buy the custom Ultimate Ears but, the C.E.O.s are the only ones making enough money to pay back their student loans AND have a life.
- When I first got these, I thought the sound was better than my default Ipod earphones, but the sound to me was still muffled. I used them mostly when I worked out and often times the seal would detach from my skin and the plug would fall out, even looped over my ears. Still they worked ok so I kept them.
This week they completely stopped working and I purchased these earphones on February 20, 2008! They no longer transmit volume from my Ipod and lasted a whopping six months. Don't waste your money. Read reviews from people who had have the product for a while before spending $ on electronic gadget or accessories.
- I was excited to try these and as soon as I opened I realized they weren't going to work for me.
The cord is too short. I like to golf w/ my ipod in my pocket and the cord is just not long enough. And it's always getting bunched up and doesn't lay nicely.
The ear buds are a pain in the butt to get in place (in your ears). If you need to remove the buds a lot, these are not for you.
The sounds quality is definitely excellent...but that's not enough for me. I'm going to go buy anothe rpair of the $20 Sony ear buds that have worked great for years.
...And don't tell me I didn't follow the directions...BECAUSE I DID!
- These are a replacemnt for the Shure e3c headphones I had. Reviews I read gave the ultimate ears a good alternative to the pricey Shure headphones. The sound in one of the Shure phones was crackling and decided to get new ones. With the ultimate ears, you can replace the wire, which is a better alternative than buying new headphones!

4 comments about Seville Magazine Rack (Black) (14"H x 15.25"W x 8.75"D).
- i recieved timely service and a fine product from the company in question. i do not hesitate in offering a firm recommendation.
- i ordered 5 of these for gifts (i used them to hold monogrammed throw pillows from lilian vernon) - it was a great gift for couples.... defintaly recommend these mag racks and great company to order from. highly recommend
- This rack, is just what I needed, Something inexpensive for the reading room. It's not the fanciest rack in the world but it does the job.
- I liked what the magazine rack looked like on Amazon and ordered it. But, I didn't realize that it was EXACTLY what I had been looking for until it arrived. It folds flat for storage, which is what I had really wanted. It goes well with any decor. I liked it so well, I bought another one! As always, the product was as advertised and came very quickly. When I'm looking for any kind of product, I always make Amazon my first "stop". I can always count on quality products and service.

5 comments about HDMI Male to DVI-D Male Cable HDTV PS3 LCD Plasma Computer - 15 Feet.
- This product works just as well and built just as good as the $150 monster cables. Just doesn't have the costly packaging. No reason not to buy this one. Will be buying more.
- Well - when my PS3 component cable started messing up (cheap chinese crap) - I figured I might as well free up the slot & put DVI into use - picture is good & you can use existing PS3 cable for audio.
Just remember to restart your PS3 after you hookup this cable - as it requires reconfig
- This cable does exactly as promised. HDMI on one side and DVI-D on the other side. The ten feet is good if you have some space between your setups.
Some notes for buyers:
1. To get HDMI video on your monitor through DVI-D, your monitor must be HDCP compliant.
2. This connection only gives you digital video. You need to output sound through another means.
- I HAVE A CUSTOM MADE COMPUTER RUNNING VISTA ULTIMATE AND A 42" SONY LCD HDTV. THE VIDEO QUALITY FOR A MOVIE RUNNING ON WMP ON MY PC DOUBLED UP ON MY TV WAS BAD. I WAS ABLE TO SEE THE MOVIE BUT I WAS EXPECTING THE QUALITY OF THE MOVIE TO BE MUCH BETTER. I WOULD ASSUME A BETTER QUALITY CABLE WOULDVE DONE A BETTER JOB.
- The cable was exactly as described. It came really fast considering I am deployed to Kuwait. Great item. I use it for connection between my projector and my laptop and PS3. Both provide accurate reporduction. I recommend this cable if you are looking for a cable at the right price. IT WORKS!

4 comments about Incipio Leather Flip Case for Zune 4/8/16 GB (Black).
- A good case for the price. The Zune fits snugly in the case while the flip top keeps it protected. A snap (not really shown in the picture)makes sure it stays shut. You still have access to all the buttons and plug-ins, so there's really no need to take it out. The belt clip lets you wear it wherever you go.
This case was just what I was looking for. Very satisfied.
- I find that the product is very nice. It fits my Zune like a glove However, my car came equipped to handle an mp3 player and the input jack does not have space enough in the case to fit entirely in and most of the time will not play correctly. Also, there is no space for the power jack at all. I would have to remove the Zune from the case to plug it in for power.
- I have bought this case for two of our Zunes 80GB and 4GB and am extremely pleased with it. All ports are accessible without removing the Zune from the case and the magnetic strip works great to keep it closed. I like to flip the cover back and set it up like a tent to see what is playing at all times. The inside of the case is very soft and the screen cover is clear. I would recommend this items to anyone who buys a Zune.
- I wanted a leather cover to protect my new Zune Player, especially the screen. The INICPIO cover was better than I expected. Compared to other products I reviewed, it is as trim line as be constructed to keep the size of the player and case small. The best part is that the texture of the leather exceeded my expectations. Super soft and very pliable. Great concealed corner magnets to keep the lid closed. No snaps or straps to deal with. A very well stitched product. I would look to Incipio for future purchases based on the quality of this order. Good job on this one and the price was good. I normally don't review most products, but I was looking forward to commenting on this purchase.

5 comments about ARCHOS 605 Stand Case, Black Leather.
- There is a different case for 80 and 160 GB units, they don't fit in this one as you can tell by the idiots who bought this one for the bigger cap units and gave this one a bad review. The 80 and 160GB units are thicker and have a shorter battery life. I have one of thicker cases and my Archos 80 GB fits perfectly. The Amazon description is wrong on compatibility. It fails as a stand, and if you want to charge while it's in the case, you better get some scissors. I like it for protection and it's a huge improvement over the one that is shipped with the unit.
cheers
- The Acrhos 605 is so f-ing amazing, and this case is a joke. The were drunk when they made this case. Google a company called Noreve, they make a high quality leather case. It's like $50, but it is very well made and well designed and your little 605 deserves it.
- Doesn't really fit. Takes time to put the Archos in it. Only designed to protect it for storage.
- I tried making this case stand as the image, but it really doesn't have this feature, it is a case but not a stand case
- you buy this product and anything you want to do you have to buy extra plug-ins or DVR station. I did buy the DVR station with the promise that it I was going to be able to access a TVguide programing through their website and to my surprise, it kept telling me there was no TVguide programming for my zip code. I live in San Francisco, Silicon Valley's area and they cannot provide that to us? I think the hole ARCHOS is a fiasco. I returned the product.

1 comments about Belkin Sport Armband Case for iPod nano 4G (Navy Blue/Yellow).
- I recently purchased this product with my new iPod nano. Despite the high price tag, I went ahead and got it because it's one of the only armbands out there for the new fourth generation of iPods. The armband itself has bulky clips and fasteners that rub against your body when jogging. The plastic that protects the iPod track wheel is too thick, prohibiting you from easily scrolling up and down. I do NOT recommend this product. Buyer beware!

5 comments about Califone First Stereo Headphone Lightweight for Young Children Red.
- I searched for headphones for our 2 1/2 year old daughter's first plane ride. She's not very keen having things on her head, like most kids. I was happy to find this brand as I am a teacher and like that we use these in the classroom. These really are tried and true. They are super light, comfortable and easy to pack. Bonus--they are inexpensive! I recommend this product for portable DVD players and computers when flying or doing a long drive. I don't think they'll disappoint.
- Fits my childs head perfectly. He is 8 and kept complaining about "loose" over the head headphones. Quality is decent too, but comfort level for the child is excellent.
- My little one hates wearing headphones. She has her own computer that's in the main room of the house where her mother and I usually are. I intentionally never hooked up speakers because she likes to listen to her shows too loudly and it would keep us from being able to do anything requiring any level of focus in that room.
I searched out headphones for children and found these. I showed them to her and explained what they'd do for her, and asked her to choose a color. Her red headphones arrived shortly afterward and she loves using them.
The cord could be a little longer, but I definitely recommend this product.
- In preparation for a 9 hour flight with my 2 1/2 year old, I went in search for a pair of headphones that would fit her and, these worked great. She was able to easily put them on/off and we used them throughout our European car travels and to/from flights attached to an 80 gig Zune loaded with various programs she liked to watch. Really came in handy.
- Fit perfectly on my 3 year old & my 5 year old. They didn't slip off or move around at all. They were comfortable and they could put them on by themselves. Sound was good, and we couldn't hear the movie when they were wearing them.

5 comments about DIRECTV HR21 / HR21-200 / HR21-200 HD HD/DVR Satellite Receiver.
- I have been a HR10-250 TIVO user since they were first put on the market. In my estimation, the combination of TIVO and Directv in one unit, is still the best set top boxes ever. A match made in heaven.
Then came MPEG-4. The HR10-250 does not do it and never will. At first, I was adimate. I could live without MPEG-4...I could not live without Tivo. I even bought a second HR10-250 as a spare. God forbid my beloved TIVO box gave up the ghost, I would be prepared. As more and more channels were made available in HD, my frustration grew. Finally, Directv offered to upgrade everything for free, and promised that I could move back to my HR10-250 at any time (got that in writing). I gave it a try.
I have read so many horror stories on thees units. From what I have read, I barely expected the thing to power on. Well...after 4 months I have no real complaints. Setup was smooth (including the On Demand function) and most important, the picture is fantastic connected to a 1080p 52" TV. Any picture flaws would surely be evident. I've seen none. Maybe I just got really lucky, but, so far so good. Their are even a few cool additional features.
One word of warning to Tivo users. This is definitely not TIVO! It lacks the elegance, grace, intuitiveness, and intangibles that make TIVO so great. As a Mac user, I would say it is exactly analogous to MAC vs. Windows. the HR-21 is clunkier, and not as much fun. But given the choice of 130 HD channels as opposed to about 20...it works. Maybe one day DTV will come to its' senses and make another TIVO box. Charge a bit more. I am certain most of us TIVO fans would be happy tp pay it! Until that day this is not the worst thing in the world. Hopefully, my experience continues to be positive. Just in case my HR10-250 remains active, and ready to plug back in, at a moments notice.
- I have an older Tivo based DVR which works perfectly. Problem is, it won't pick up the new HD channels, only the original handful on channels below 200. To get the new channels, I had to order an HR20, which worked fine except the clock "drifted" so that program recordings wouldn't start on schedule. DirecTV replaced this unit with a "refurbished" HR21 which had glitches out of the box. So, DirecTV replaced this HR21 with another "refurbished" HR21. It seems to be working, though it will lose channel signals that all the other receivers in my house still pick up (I have 3 other working receivers). Customer support told me to reset the unit and this seems to work, but this is a pain. Perhaps there is another firmware upgrade in the works that will solve this issue...
- If there was a Zero or 1/2 star option, I would have selected it. This unit is very unreliable. It freezes on a regular basis. It becomes unresponsive and gets stuck during regular speed playback, or while fast-forwarding, or rewinding. The only way to resolve it is to reset the unit which takes nearly 10 minutes and interrupts and programs being recorded. This is a shoddy attempt by Rupert Murdoch to make more money and force an inferior product on Directv customers. Bring back HD TIVO and stop forcing this garbage on customers.
- Let me start by saying that since ZERO STARS is not an option, I generously awarded this clunker ONE star.
We bought this piece of junk because we bought an HD TV and were told our beloved TiVo wouldn't work with the fancy HD channels. The differences between the TiVo and this DirecTV piece of junk are vast and numerous. This thing has frozen up on us, failed to record, canceled- yes, canceled- our recordings of entire seasons(for no good reason), dropped the second tuner entirely, etc...etc...etc... You lose a lot of the user-friendly features of TiVo with the DirecTV HD DVR.
The MO of DirecTV for service on this box WHEN it fails involves a lengthy telephone call to customer service wherein they determine that they can't fix it via phone and will have to send out a new box (because, surprise!!...we don't own it)... Well, they send the new box, charging us $20 for shipping and handling. We've had it fail so many times that the shipping and handling for the NEXT replacement is usually waived because it falls under the warranty for the last heap of junk replacement we received. I can't even count how many boxes we've replaced since our original purchase. And DirecTV will even CHARGE to send a tech to your house for the repair of their piece of ****!!! That is unless you want to sign up for their maintenance contract (aka SCAM!)
And we get to go through this whole thing again because the replacement box we just installed last Monday (exactly one week ago) has failed this morning!!!!!!
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS JUNK. LOOK FOR A BETTER PRODUCT!!!!
- It's been officially one year since receiving one of the first HR21 units. After about 6 months it started locking up, getting stuck on FFs or rewinds, and just acting wacky. I called DTV and complained about it and they said they were working on it and a fix was in the works. I called 2 months later - same thing. Then again, 2 months later - same thing. Finally I said this was a piece of crap and I wanted a new HR21 unit sent to me. I had it the very next day.
The new unit is 10 times worse than the previous one! It hard locks up every day at least once, and I am at the point were I just reboot it daily now and keep my fingers crossed. The good news is that (although they pushed and tried) I was able to continue on my contract from where I left off so I still only have one year left.
Good News: I really like DTV and have found there customer service to be excellent in most cases (boy have I heard stories). The picture quality is excellent, and I think the company is excellent. Plus - External Hard drives are simple now to connect to these units.
Awesome News: I just read that DTV was teaming back up with TIVO and should have units available by the end of 2009!
Bad News: The present HR21's are very very bad imitations of TIVOs and do not work at their capacity. This is disappointing because it is all WE DTV costumers have to use - we have no choice. The units have great potential if they can work out the software issues, but for now they are crap, but were stuck with them for now.

5 comments about MONSTER THXI100SW16NF Standard 16 Feet Thx-Certified Rca Subwoofer Cable.
- Having not tried other subwoofer cables, I have nothing to compare it too. I can say it sounds like my sub is getting a good connection and sounds great. Cables and speaker wire is an area of great debate - $$ vs quality. So, I've always taken the middle road and purchased medium priced cables snd speaker wire and been happy with the results.
- Does what it's supposed to do. I really don't have a good way to objectively rate this cable, but I don't notice any interference with the sub woofer it is used with.
- Good cable for the price. I don't know whether it makes my sub sound better than any other cable but it does the job. Fast delivery, came about the same time as the Polk Audio 12" sub came, and it compliments the sub indeed.
- It works well. I get very good bass response out of my Athena 400 watt subwoofer. Don't really have any complaints other then if you wiggle it around and cause some interference with a ground, you'll get an explosion of bass...but I would assume that's how it is with any cable.
- This is a great cable, especially for the price. I had a more expensive cable connected until it got broke. I really didn't want to spend that much on another, so I decided on this one. That definitely was a great choice, because this one sounds just as good and saved me a bunch of money.
