5 comments about Sanus Systems Mf215-B1 15-Inch¿40-Inch Lcd Tv 15-Inch Extending Full Motion Mount (Black).
  1. After looking at many types of mounts I decided on the Sanus MF215-B1 wall mount.
Upon it's arrival I was not disappointed!
This mount is better than expected. It has two different mounting brackets to accomadate different TVs. The bearing points on the mount are heavy duty and well engineered. The instructions are complete and understandable.
This mount was used for a 26" LCD TV.
    I highly recommend this mount.

  2. Product was easy to install. However, since the drill bit to be used was the size of the screw to be used, based on the reviews that some were a bit loose, I did not drill the full distance into the stud - just a little. That way, the screw created the remainder of the hole while going through the stud keeping it really tight. It's a great product and also easy mountings for the back of either a flat or round TV depending on which you may have. Many thanks!

  3. I first saw this mount at Best Buy and almost bought it because it was on sale if you bought a TV (BB retail: $170). I ended buying a SONY Bravia 26" LCD at K-Mart of all places (best price/great TV, BTW) and needed a mount. I checked Sanus website to find that a direct price was $130, so I checked Amazon and the price was $88 with FREE shipping. So I ordered it.

Carefully following all the directions (you don't want to mess this up or your TV will be lying on the floor!) I had it up in less than an hour, although if I was not doing this on a ladder it would have been shorter.

This mount has all the flexibility and adjustment that you will ever need in a mount this size. Why purchase one with only minimum adjustments when this on can be had a great price? My 26" is mounted literally in the corner a few inches from the ceiling in a bedroom and provides the perfect angles for viewing from bed.

Buy this mount - you won't be sorry!

  4. This wall mount was packaged very nice with all items sorted and labeled very nicely and with common sense in mind. The mount itself is very well built for the size it will handle and it is adjustable in all positions. The only adjustment that I found to be a little hard to anchor was the pivoting head on the end of the extension arm. The mount installed very easy and the instructions were written very well and are easy for most to follow plus it looks very elegant for all décor. This mount will accept most after market adapters if you have items that are not standardized such as items that I have.I am very pleased with this mount and will purchase another one as needed.

  5. I don't normally have the time to write reviews, but this product deserves the time. This was easy to install and had all the parts, other than a screw driver, that I needed.
My unit moves my TV out the way so when I am not watching, it is unobtrusive and neatly tucked out of the way. This a wonderful apparatus that has made my life more enjoyable.

5 comments about DLO Action Jacket Armband Case for Zune 30 GB (Black).
  1. I recently bought a new 2nd generation 80gb zune player and after reviewing different armbands I saw no clear cut winner. So I took a chance based on the reviews from Amazon (which rarely lets me down) and overall I'm happy with my decision. The armband fits around the 2nd generation zune perfectly. The buttons are easy to access and the velcro snap at the top ensures that the zune is staying put. Like my nano armband, the velcro is striped (velcro patches are spaced apart) so you have to mate up with one of those stripes when wearing it around your arm but it has not been a problem for me or my wife (I've got average sized arms and my wife's are average girl arms). I have not tried the belt clip so I cannot provide any feedback for that. The one problem I have with this design is the bottom hole in the sleeve covers most of the zune's input jack so you'll have to shove some of the neoprene aside when connecting it to the computer. I cannot imagine how this was missed during the design but it's the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars.

  2. I really like the clip feature of this holder. It protects my Zune and I can charge/sync it with the cover on. I recommend this to anybody that wants to listen hands-free to their music and don't want to pay a fortune or risk buying a cheap design.

  3. Beware when buying this item. Although the qualityof it is very good, this is not for the 80 gb Zune. it came up when I searched for cases for my Zune, and I didn't check closely enough. It is listed as a case for Zune, but doesn't specify. It does work.... they are similar sizes, but it is annoying to use the squircle with the case on. I have recently bought another case, but will still use this one since the armband is very comfy. In cosing, good case, just poor description.

  4. The DLO action jacket is a great case for the 30 Gb Zune except one drawback. Which I will hit last. The good; case holds Zune firmly; access to "lock" switch easy; access to recharge port without removing from case (great feature not in other cases); identified buttons on case front to easily use the two function buttons. Belt clip works great and the elastic band works well and comfortable when used on the arm. But that band is also the only downside to the case. the bad; when used, the band does not support the Zune entirely when running. Causes the case to wobble during high activity with arms. Hence the rating of 4.

  5. I destroyed my first 30G by not using a good carrying case. The DLO Action Jacket is a must have to protect your zune.

5 comments about Apple iPod 6-Sock Set for iPod nano 1G, 2G; iPod mini; iPod 3G, 4G, 5G, 5.5G, 6G.
  1. I brought this product at the suggestion of a co-worker. While it is very cute and you could accessorize it with everything, I found that you could actually use it with other gadgets than just the iPods themselves.

I use it for my Sprint (slimfit phone), and a Treo Palm etc... The downside is there is no way to keep it from sliding out or changing programs on any product. It does wear and it will fade. Needless to say, I am happy that I brought it and if you are looking for a cute way to "snazzy up" your phones or iPods this is the way to go.

  2. This fabric case is better than those plastic cases:
    1. Soft: Asorb minor shock. Plastic hard cases transfer impact shock with the same impact magnitude. Plastic soft case aborb somewhat shock.
    2. Moisture absorbing: Abord moisture and water splashing (if you are at wash basin doing face or hand washing). Plastic cases trap moisture & wetness that cause Ipod corrosive.
    3. Easy to remove: To dry, to clean dirt, to look at Ipod original natural sometime.
    4. Easy customize for more convenient per your own preference, such as sewing velcro to make lock or anything you like to specialize.
    5. Heat cooling ability: Ipod case is made of aluminum meaning for better heat transfer beside its look. This fabric case is kind of loose to allow air circulation. Plastic case is totally enclosed (surface of case against tightly to surface of Ipod and insulated) that defeat the heat cool purpose.
    6. Disposable: If your brainstorm to customize is good but the work is messed up then throw it away for another new one.
    7. Low cost: Not what advertise in this Amazon. Buy the equivalent at Walmart, Samsonite brand, pack of 6 (equivalent material, size & color as displayed in Amazon) for $4.87 or less than $1 each.

  3. I bought 2 pairs from an iPod Socks owner. I got a blue and a green one.
I thought buying all 6 socks was too much. But having all 6 would not be bad.

I am using the green one for my 80G iPod video. I think I picked the right color because Apple announced to an environment friendly company.

My wife is using the blue one for her Sony digital camera.

iPod socks is the size of iPod Nano. Nano fits in without streching the sock. iPod Video fits in well too. It looks like a snake is eating a rabbit.

Most of all, sock protects iPod from scratching.

I always make my left pocket of my pants empty. And I keep my iPod wearing sock in my pocket all the time.

I bought my iPod as an portable media player. I carry it all the time. I listen music and podcasting. And I also watch movies and podcasting. iPod Socks fulfill my needs.

However, I don't use my iPod when I exercise at the gym. Personally, iPod video on the arm does not attract me. I rather wear iPod Shuffle or Nano.
If you are looking for a case for workout, this is definitely not the one.

Personally, I like to see iPod without any case.
I do not like to cover the beautiful looking iPod all the time.
For this reason, I like my iPod Socks.

  4. My son has some little socks that he's already outgrown- they make great covers for my 3rd Gen iPod Nano- cheap, and cute, too!

  5. I just got these the other day after searching for a case for my IPOD. I got a leather case, and hated it. These are so cute, and functional. I have the pink one for my IPOD, then I use one for my cell, and another for my camera, etc. I love these socks ....

I can just throw my IPOD in my bag now, without worry. Also, if you are worried about the IPOD falling out, when I put it in my bag, I use another sock over the open end .... and you are safe!

    I highly recommend them ....

5 comments about Belkin PureAV Digital Camcorder FireWire Cable; FireWire 4-Pin to 6-Pin, 6 ft..
  1. I was looking for a cable to download my videos from an older miniDV Sony camera to my Macbook pro. The ones at Best Buys and Frys were about $30+ range. Just make sure you get one that attaches securely so your download will be easier. I think most of the cables are one and the same (they are all Made in China after all) so I don't know if one is really better than the other. What would be nice if they would try to improve on how they can attach more securely to your camera and laptop.

  2. Simply put, the cable never worked properly between my video camera and my MacBook Pro... I later tried a Sony cable, and everything went OK.

  3. Purchased this 4 pin - 6 pin FireWire cable because it was much cheaper at Amazon than any brick & mortar store (even WalMart). I'm well satisfied; works as expected, no problems.

  4. I purchased this Belkin "video" firewire cable through Amazon, and am pleased with the quality of the product. While not nearly as inexpensive as some of the other generic ones available through Amazon, it is clearly well-built and is around half the price of the standard ones you find at retail stores such as Wal-mart, Radio Shack and Best Buy. The cable provides a solid (well-fitted) connection to my Toshiba Vista notebook and the WD MyBook external hard drives I use, and playback of the recorded video on these hard drives through Windows Media Center and Media Player is super-smooth. File backups through the cable seems snappy too.

  5. Product worked as promised and was much cheaper than buying a similar product at Best Buy.

  1. I was truly amazed by the clarity and full range from these headphones.
They are durable and feel substantial. Not ready to fall apart like so many others we have been through.

My daughter wears them like a necklace all the time. She says its "cool" to be seen wearing them. Many other folks like the old fashioned style too. I just may have to get me a pair to use. Got to look cool.

    Thanks

  2. These headphones sound good and look great. They are better quality than I expected for the price. I saw the same ones at my local Target for $60. They also shipped very promptly.

They way that they adjust to size is a bit finicky because it does not lock into place but I haven't had any problems with them sliding, even when I wore them while riding my bike.

  3. these headphones are nie for the price. the quality is good, color is sick, and they are lightweight. the only negatives are that if you play them too loud they will break quickly, and are not very durable if you are like me and use them for snowboarding.
otherwise they are great for video editing, filming, or just listenin to music.

  4. These are great headphones for the price. I was surprized how loud these things are. You don't need an amp for them when using an mp3 player. They are lightwieght and comfortable. I felt like my music came to life with these. I imagine there is better sound quality out there, but I doubt I would be able to tell much of a difference.

  5. I have been looking for a good pair of headphones for awhile, and this product not only plays all different types of music genres well, it also plays audiobooks and podcasts very clear. The green color is great too, total throwback to another time with this retro accessory.

  1. I was very surprised of the quality of the sound out of these headphones. The bass is amazing, and the highs very clear. They have a great price/quality ratio. Don't hesitate, get one now.

  2. While these don't have the greatest sound available, I've never worn earbuds that fit as well or that stayed comfortable for as long. Don't get me wrong; the sound is perfect for my favorite NPR talk, it's just not as good for music as my no-name-apparent but purchased as an upgrade phones. Great for walking or cycling.

  3. Worst cutomer service ever. I was given the same fake email address two different times by two different people before giving the real one. I was given fax numbers that don't accept faxes. I was blatantly lied to numerous times. I called to get the customer service email address to tell them about my horrible experience and guess what? That address was a fake one as well!!!

  4. I've had these earbuds for one month, and I've been generally pleased with them. I used them to listen to my iPod on several airline flights on both small and large planes, and the earbuds blocked about half the noise of the jet engines. I also wear them on the San Francisco BART subway, which is painfully loud. I often turn off the iPod and read on the BART, but I keep the earbuds in to save my ears. That alone makes these worth the price. If it's too crowded to read, I can still hear the iPod reasonably well. The only negative I've run into is the weakness of the bass sound. If you really want bass, the Koss "The Plug" earbuds will rock you.Koss "The Plug" Portable Headphones (colors vary) These won't, but they're good enough for my day-to-day use. The high- and mid-frequency response is good, so the overall sound is quite acceptable. Given the price, I would certainly recommend these for the average user.

  5. These headphones have great sound, and with the 3 different size earbuds, they fit nicely. My wife has small ears, and the small size fit well, don't fall out. We bought 2 pairs of these for our Sansa MP3 players, and the sound is awesome. They eliminate most background noise. Great Headphones for the price.

5 comments about Bowers & Wilkins Zeppelin Loudspeaker Dock System for iPod and MP3 Players (Silver/Black).
  1. Superb sound for the size. Fills the room very well. The iPod dock is slightly mis-aligned on our unit.

  2. I just got my B&W speakers for a few days. First, from the design wise, this is without the best ipod compatible speaker you can find. The texture and quality is fully expressed once you open the box. The speaker was a lot heavier than I expected, indicating the amount of material used in this speaker. Leaving it on the shelf was just plan beautiful.
From sound quality wise, after three days of continuous playing, the speaker still needs warming up, but the sound quality has already surpassed most of the mid-small size speakers in the market. For jazz music or clear voice audio, this speaker delivers at its best. But if you're a rock fan, you might want to look for something like the Bose speakers, which has a thicker base. But I never was a big of a base fan, so...
If you're looking for ipod speaker that looks incredible and sounds great, this one is without doubt your top choice.

  3. Thanks to the new iPhone 2.x Firmware, my previous systems, the Apple iHiFi and the Griffin amplifi do not work anymore. Not only is the cellular cross transmission bad also the charging has been disabled. Looking for a new system, I was able to test the B&W Zeppelin in the store and it did not only works perfect with teh iPhone, but it does not have the cellular signal issue (I have found out that B&W did not cut corners and used shielded wiring) and it still charges the iPhone. It's sound is crips and clear. If the iPhone EQ is used the "added bass" setting makes it sound to over the top. I can only highly recommend this system.

  4. At an Apple store I compared the Zeppelin with Polk I-sonic 2, thinking I would buy the Zeppelin. A surprising disadvantage for the Zeppelin is that the sound quality (base, richness, "effect," etc.) can NOT be controlled on the device itself; it can only be controlled if the device you are attaching has software with the ability to change "equalizer" (EQ) settings.

Initially the demo iPod sounded notably inferior on the Zeppelin compared to the Polk I-sonic 2 (next to it, playing same song). After a long time wasted trying to get the answer from the Apple staff, we were finally able to get the settings fixed via demo iPod so sound was no longer thin.

While my Zen Vision M player does have internal EQ software, I did not have the right connectors with me to try it with the Zeppelin to see if the settings got the results that I would want. Since the Zeppelin seems overly focused on attaching to an iPod, if you plan to use an MP3 player with EQ settings, I would suggest testing it out to see if the results translate well for you.

In comparison, the Polk I-sonic has EQ settings built into the Polk unit. So anyone who values the choice of using a music player that does not feature its own EQ software (smaller MP3 players, CD players--maybe even the tiny iPods as I don't know how much software they have) should be aware of this disadvantage of the Zeppelin compared to other systems like the Polk I-sonic 2.

Since this discovery stopped my from buying the Zeppelin, I wanted to share this with others as it might save some customers disappointment or unnecessary frustration.

  5. This is quite simply the best piece of audio equipment I've ever bought. Fantastic build quality and even better sound quality.

3 comments about Cables To Go - 26942 - 3M DVI-D M/M Dual Link Digital Video Cable.
  1. This is a very high quality cable. It may not have the expensive marketing of Monster, but it has all the right materials, specifically high-performance polypropylene foam dielectric on the signal lines. The connectors are large and solidly molded. Cable diameter is somewhat large at about 9 millimeters or 3/8 of an inch, but that's a result of the good internal construction. That favorable construction also results in a cable that's somewhat stiff, but fully managable. Be sure to get a cable long enough so you can have some slack to make a strain relief loop at the connections. (In other words the cables should not be pulled tight at the connectors or into sharp bends anywhere. Bends should be gradual, with large radii.)

  2. Cables To Go DVI-D cable arrived promptly and in good condition. Although it's my 1st DVI cable, it's obvious that it is well constructed and designed -thicker than most, perhaps accounting for shielding of interferences. Overall, this cable provides a solid connection between the digital ports on my display adapter and my flat panel display without any kind of video signal blemishes. They're highly recommended since they do what they're designed to do and they do so very good.

  3. Cable is thick and robust, which makes it hard to bend. Must make long loops if there is a lot of leftover length. Cable has a high quality feel to it.
