5 comments about Philips HS500 Behind-the-Head Sport Headphones with Neckband.
- These are my favorite set of headphones to use with my laptop! They are so comfortable that I often forget that I even have them on. Great sound quality too. I've gone through 2 sets in the past 5 years, and when I wear out my current one in another year or two, I am going to be buying these headphones again!!
- I ordered the Philips HS500 headphones and instead got the SHS5200 headphones. I did not want the SHS5200 because they are significantly worse headphones from my experience (the sound sucks compared to the HS500 and the reflective coating on the neckband melted and rubbed all over my clothes and my neck).
Target did not notify me that they were sending A DIFFERENT ITEM that I DID NOT WANT.
- Brought it 5 years ago from Amazon/Target. It has always been in my gym bags with me. After all these years, there is only a tiny tear on one cover of the ear piece.
- Just as few people before me I also got HSH5200 (much worse headphones) instead HS500. Target or Amazon refused to give any compensation.
- Like several others have experienced, Target sent me the SHS5200 headphones instead of the HS500 headphones I ordered. Now I have to go through the whole returns ordeal because of their careless "mistake," although judging by how many people this has happened to, I have a hard time believing it's truly a mistake. If they didn't have the headphones I ordered in stock, it was NOT ok to just send me whatever they please instead!
VERY disappointed - thought I could trust Target, but apparently I was wrong. If you're thinking of buying these, order them elsewhere or go out and buy them at a store. Don't take the chance of Target "accidentally" sending you inferior headphones in place of the ones you really wanted.

5 comments about Ultimate Ears Super.fi 4vi Earphones / Headset (iPhone Compatible).
- Terrible product for the money. They are well made, but that's about it. I don't know what it is with these higher end earphones where the volume is severely hindered compared to a pair of $12 skullcandy ink'd earphones. You have the turn the volume to double the normal amount with these and that wastes your ipod battery power much faster. Ultimate Ears should be ashamed of themselves.
- Yes it's true even though they died after only 6 weeks light daily use I was going to get another pair. I loved them, the sound, the way they fit in my ears, the look, the design everything. I thought I was just not careful enough but all the others say its the little wires inside get broken too easily. If I thought I could get them to last longer say at least 6 months I would get another pair. However, the other reviewers talked me out of that fantasy.
- The sound quality is rather average compared to my Shure EC4 or EC3s. The call answer/end button is hard to push. However, the biggest defect is that the earbuds don't stay on the drivers and often end up in my ears.
- These are great sounding, well-designed earphones. The only thing preventing them from a five star rating is the absence of a deep bass tone. These however are every bit worth the money!
- I have used Shure E3c and Bose quiet comfort headphones and like the price and performance of the UE 4vi. I really like the microphone and control integration. Any complaint about the button should be taken with a grain of salt. UE has redesigned the button so that it is a real button and not a membrane button. It works great. If you have used the iphone earphones, you'll understand how nice this control is.
The UE 4vi does a great job at blocking external sounds. This allows you to listen to your audio at a lower volume. The microphone works great. I use it on conference calls nearly every day and no one complains of noise. You will have to train yourself to talk at a normal level if you have the earphones in while talking. People will naturally speak louder when they can't hear themselves.
The more expensive ones are probably pretty nice, but I am glad that I saved myself a bit of money and went with this pair.

- I really like this cd storage system. Upto,100 cds can fit,you can label and organize them just how you like it. This is awsome i reccommend this as a great product and you will be very satisfied with it.
- Watch Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/R2IR85Q4912RD3 This is an excellent product; it holds 80 CDs and/or DVDs, well-protected, in a small space. Our family has several, and we've given both the 100 and 50 discgear storage cases for gifts. The selector mechanism always works, and the cases can be locked and carried easily. The ones we bought also had the storage sleeves for the CD and DVD inserts, and those are important to keep. I would recommend this to anyone!

5 comments about Multi-use Stereo Microphone.
- I don't understand the positive reviews for this product. It didn't even work as well as the built-in microphone that came with my Olympus pocket digital recorder.
- Purchased this microphone for recording lectures at the university. It works flawlessly and has good sensitivity.
- I bought this item to use with my 5G iPod and Griffin's iTalk Pro. It works perfectly and the quality of the sound is very clear with no hiss or clicks. I like the clothes pin style clip and the mic swivels to any direction for any suitable position. Highly recomend this product for your voice or music recordings.

- Pros:
Inexpensive, records in stereo (quite well), lapel clip is very strong, and the mic swivels, so you can adjust it accordingly.
Cons:
The frequency is a little high, so some recordings may come out a little tinny sounding because there's little to no low-range on this mic. For the price, you can't really expect much. Also, I wish the wire was a little longer. It's pretty short, so you either need your source in your shirt pocket, or less than 2 feet from the mic. Also, it would be nice if they made this mic in black. Unless you're wearing a white shirt, it really stands out. These are all petty complaints, because the mic really does work quite well for the price, but there are a couple of drawbacks.
- I bought this mic on the strength of the many good reviews, and I certainly wasn't disappointed! The mic's sensitivity is absolutely amazing. It gives me the same recording level without MIC BOOST as any of my other mics with the MIC BOOST. That's like getting a +20dB gain without any increase in the noise. Beautiful! I haven't actually listened to the recordings through good headphones yet, so I can't comment on the quality of the sound, but even with some run-of-the-mill earbuds I can hear a clear improvement over my other lapel mic (Radio Shack). The highs are definitely crisper, and the whole sound is fuller. It's heartening to know SOME things are still built right in this day and age.

5 comments about StarTech ICUSBAUDIO USB 2.0 to Audio Adapter.
- We needed a second sound card. At my house, we connect our home computer
to the stereo and use it as a music-player. Previously, if my son played a
video games on the computer while music was playing, one would hear a messy audio mixture (beeps + song....)
This USB-based "external sound card" was a perfect solution for me.
(My computer is GNU/Linux-based; I am able to route the output of the
music-player-daemon to this second sound adapter. So the computer has
then two diferent audio outputs.)
The adapter's interface is standards-compliant, so it works without difficulty
under ALSA in Linux. I can't comment personally on how it works e.g. with
a Mac or Windows-based machine; I would guess that it would be also trouble-free.
The sound is great. It is small and quite affordable. Highly recommended.
- I was expecting an easy installation of this device on my computers; simply plug the device in and install the driver. However, installation failed on both of my computers. When running setup (automatically started when I put in the driver CD), I got a "Please Plug-In C-Media USB Sound" alert message, which I am guessing indicates it did not discover the device. After this, installation does not continue as described in the PDF user's manual, and the device remains unrecognized. This device is likely a dud, and StarTech probably put their logo on some cheap USB Audio Adapter coming out of Asia (the manual requires a Chinese plug-in for the PDF reader). If Amazon replaces this device easily, and it works, I will do a new review or modify this one.
- I bought this item after reading the reviews, hoping that the sound output would be better than those chinese $4 devices you can find anywhere with shipping included. my suspicion now is that this item is in fact that same device in a different plastic case (which by the way is not a quality case either).
the output sound quality is horrendous, lacking definition and response in the high end of the spectrum. no amount of fiddling with software or external EQs can rescue the sound to an acceptable quality level. also, when wave and mixer volumes are maxed out (the default setting) the device saturates horribly.
I'm not an audiophile but I have good hearing and pay attention to detail. the device delivers unacceptable performance for music playback (including movie viewing IMHO) but could be used for voice or game sound effects. or for any use if you have a dirt-cheap speaker system.
I haven't tested the input.
also note that I got this item in black, not white as shown.
- Maybe I got a bad unit but I received my item promptly and was disappointed to find out that every computer I tried it in said the device was defective and could not be recognized. The driver CD was no help and there are no drivers online.
I returned it and purchased the Turtle Beach solution which cost $5 more and have been quite content with the alternative device's performance.
- This USB SOUND works fine when it works , but if don't, you get a pain in the..... because sometimes windows vista doesn't recognize the USB device and sometimes a message error appears: Cmsnxeye stop working......
well I had to erase all the files with that name and I had to plug and unplug the USB SOUND and it stars to work and fine.... great sound with 5.1 speakers

5 comments about Archos Battery Docking Adapter for 405, 605, and 705 Players.
- Been an owner of a 650WiFi now for at least six months now, and take it pretty much everywhere I go. It allows me to take my pictures, music and videos with me. And now this little gem allows me to share my media with friends even more via TV connectors (standard RCA connectors you know, yellow (video), red (audio right), white(audio left).
The output of the Archos to the TV is great, displays and plays everything on your Archos to the TV. And while it plays, it charges your battery on your Archos and itself (since its an external battery to the 605 Wifi).
Now yes it is awkward when holding it since the dock is not streamlined to the Archos, and your Archos cases will not accommodate it. This is good for traveling long distances, and if you want to display your Archos goods to a large crowd.
I highly recommend getting this for your Archos its worth it.
Don't have an Archos yet? Still trapped in iPod land?... get an Archos
you'll be much happier!
- Archos battery supposed to assist in (my understanding when I purchased it),
1. Make the Archos player's battery last longer
2. Gives ability to power from the wall charger
3. Gives rapid charge capability (compared to USB charging)
4. Additional capabilities (e.g. TV out, USB Host...and such)
Works but very flimsy and flaky. Poorly made (feels like home made) and most importantly, not sure it even works. Did not meet any of my test after purchasing it. Only reason to keep it is because I have no other choice in getting a USB host beside this little flaky add-on. :(
- The battery docking system works fine, there's nothing more to talk about it. But if you are buying this together with a new Archos PMP unit, I suggest you to buy something else.
I bought a Archos PMP over a month ago. The PMP crashed on the 2nd day, and I had to reset it and reload the firmware. It lost all of my music, video files I had put in it. After getting help from Archos fun forum, I fixed problem, and I learned that the "system error" happens to a lot of people.
Now my PMP is working, but everytime after I turn the power completely off and turn it back on, the white "system error" screen comes back. Luckily, after I press "no" to "system repair, reset" 4 times, the unit starts running fine. I have lost my files two more times since then.
The Archos is really cool WHEN it works, and it is packed with gadgets and function. You should get it only if you know enough about the computer and electronics so you can fix it when it crashes.
- After about 2 or 3 weeks. It will still charge the Archos while plugged into the wall, but after unpluging the dock from the wall, the charge is gone and it just acts like an extra base that wont add extra power to the archos.
- Dont buy or you will regret! this is a defective item and should be recalled by Archos. The battery hold less than 20 mins no matter how long you charge. I replaced twice (thank Amazon to allow me to do that), same problem occurred. the docking station did not hold charge for more than 20 mins. "Made in China" products are always unreliable. Good luck!

- think carefully before buying this brand. Bought another model (cost $149), broke in 1 week. not under warranty and company does not repair their product.
- Very sleek and stylish, lightweight and portable with great sound and great ipod capability and functionality. It would be nice if it had the capability to eliminate the vocals from the songs as they play on your ipod through the speakers, but all in all I am pleased with the product. A nice conversation piece as well.
- This is the third Karaoke machine I have bought for my daughters. It is, by far, the best one we have owned. It is versatile and works great. The I-pod function is a definite bonus.

5 comments about Nike SHJ020 Lightweight Neckband Headphone - Black.
- These headphones really feel secure when I'm running. I like how the cable comes out the back so I don't have to worry about it getting snagged on a branch if I'm on a trail. I'd give them 5 stars except that they sometimes come loose when I turn my head too far to the left or right (This my have to do with my longer than average neck, though).
- I just received this in the mail today. They are very light, but when I wear them as I think they're meant to be worn, they don't stay in my ears at all. However, my mom suggested that I try wearing them a different way (with the side marked "R" on my left ear, the side marked "L" on my right ear, and the curved parts hooked over each ear - so basically back-to-front and upside-down), and this seems to work far better. No joke. They don't fall out at all. They're still a tad bit uncomfortable, but they seem like they'd actually work pretty well for running. I'm still not sure if the "L"/"R" markings are misplaced and the headphones are actually supposed to be worn this way or not. So give it a shot the other way, maybe that'll work for you too.
- I bought these for running primarily due to the cord design. The cord does stay out of your way quite nicely. The sound quality is about what you'd expect in a set of headphones of the price. However, the headphones would not stay in my ears for longer than a couple of minutes. Perhaps I have big ears, but a set of adjustable sized ear plugs would have been ideal. If they fit in your ears, they are a good deal. However, I've sent them back and am again looking for a pair that comes with adjustable sized ear plugs.
- I hate earbuds so these really do work well, especially when running. The upside is they're comfortable and durable, especially for the $$. The downside is that I'm on my 4th set in about 4 years. Unfortunately, one side ends up shorting out over time (about a year), and there is nothing you can do about it but replace them. For me, it's a no brainer. There's nothing else on the market for the price that's worked as well. The sound quality is good and I'm happy with the product...as long as they work. When it shorts out, I just purchase another set.
- These headphones are awesome they keep the cord out from in front of you and they give good quality sound. my only complaint was that it didnt feel right when you wear them how you're supposed to. they always felt like they werent all the way in or they were gonna fall out. they work better if you wear them upside down but with the cord still behind your neck.

5 comments about DLO Action Jacket Case with Clip for SanDisk Sansa c200 MP3 Players (Black).
- I purchased this same case at Best Buy for $19.99. I bought it because I wanted an armband in order to use the Sansa player while I work out. It works great and all of the buttons are still accessible. You can use the belt clip or adjustable armband included.
It's a great case I would recommend trying to buy it locally rather than spending the same amount (after shipping) buying it here and having to wait a week for delivery.
- Got this to put all my songs while on the road. Plug it in the USB port and it's like a drive. Copy your files using windows or any other application. That's basicaly it, no need to use media player or any other sync software. The only minor issue is - can't creat categories for the files/songs, this would be useful if you have alot of files. All else is good. Enjoy
- The action jacket(glove) doesn't allow easy access to the controls of the Sansa MP3 4gig flash player. I had to cut out the plastic windows in order to move the control wheel. The glove fits too tight so it is not easy to remove it from the glove to set the sound volume, song choice, etc. It really doesn't seem that the unit was tested for ease of use. I have shelved the action jacket and am using the mp3 player without a jacket. Not a happy 'camper'.
- Great product, SF Planet was able to get it out me really fast. It was a gift and the person who received it really liked it.
- Product was received in excellent condition and has definitely been serving the purpose for which i bought it for thanks
