5 comments about Verbatim 50-pack Color CD & DVD Slim Cases 5 Assorted Colors.
  1. came half the tabs on the covers broken not worth the effect to replace never again

  2. I'm on my 3rd 50 pack and none have broken yet. They have benn opened and closed many times.

  3. Service was quick,Product was intact and in excellent condition. Cases have held up well over 6 months now. This is being written as I am re-ordering more.

  4. Leary of buying "plastic" to endure the ravages of time, we are pleasantly surprised to find the exellent quality of these low priced protective items. They reduce storage space by about 50% and are of superb quality. We intend to purchase more for future use. A consumer's delight.

  5. In these days when we all buy CD's in bulk, sometimes you have a unique situation or project going on where you don't want to hand the CD's or DVD's out without some type of projection. These cases are fairly easily broken, but in so protect the CD or DVD inside. They work fine for what I use them for at work, and are pretty cheap. Better than sleeves or the snap on style that only protects one side.

5 comments about Speck Zipper-Puck Carrying Case for iPod shuffle 2G (Pink).
  1. I"ve received a lot of compliments on my shuffle's carrying case. It also protects my shuffle when I put in my bag and I can find it easier. HIghly recommend!

  2. This iPod Shuffle case was perfect. It has a hard shell so my iPod stays protected no matter where I carry it. The cute colors were an added bonus! Definitely worth it!

  3. I take this with me to the gym and love the way it holds the Shuffle in place, while providing a tangle-free holder for the ear plugs and wire. Most of the time I keep getting everything tangled, but his little Shuffle holder makes everything easy.

  4. This product was purchased for my 7 year old daughter. She saved up her chore money to purchase an iPod shuffle, so we got her the case to keep it safe from harm. After about 2 days of zipping and unzipping the case, the zipper pull came right off. My husband had to take plyers to it to make it stay back on. She was so upset when it "broke." Wish the zipper pull mechanism was more heavy duty.

  5. Love the new color as they only came in black before. It is made so well the zipper is high quality, and it is so handy and comforting to know my grandaughter will have it safely hung on her belt loop or purse so she does not loose her ipod.

5 comments about Gilsson UBM-1 Portable Car Non-Skid Friction Beanbag Dashboard Mount.
  1. This device is the BEST!!!
I purchased for a Garmin NUVI 260 but decided to try it out for one of my Amateur Radio units and it works wonders for the Yaesu 897 Head unit, No slip or slide even here in the mountains of Virginia where curves abound.I see a couple more of these for the Tacoma.

  2. The beanbag mounts for gadgets (I use mine for my GPS navigation system) are a great way to keep an electronic device on your dash, and therefore safely within line-of-sight of your instrument panel and the road. Leaving such devices permanently mounted on the windshield show sticky-fingered criminals exactly who to target for a smash-and-grab. Even if you use a suction cup mount for easy removal, they can still see where the cup had been mounted, so pulling it off when you park is still no guarantee that you won't be a target.

This particular design is reasonably priced: I found mine for around ten bucks. It's also a simple and more aesthetically pleasing design to me than the others I saw. Best of all, it actually does the job for which it was designed: you can be shooting down a twisty road and it will stay in place on your dash! The rubbery fabric acts as a great high-friction surface. Mine has not slipped once in the two weeks I've had it.

This was a great purchase. Be sure you don't pay an exorbitant price for one, though; you can find them for much less than list price.

  3. I was ready to purchase this item @ $8.98 until checkout included $13.98 in shipping & handling. Navsphere lists S&H @ about 4.99 for this price range but doesn't even list this item. So, I will keep my eyes open at such places like BigLots/Dollar Stores and pick up a $2 beanbag ashtray (you know - like from the 70s) which is basically the same thing! or improvise something similar. Use your noggins consumers.

  4. To the guy who refused to buy this thing because of the shipping and handling fees - it's your loss. This thing is great. It stays put. The gps sits closer to me so I can see it - it doesn't block my view - I can remove it from the dash without the tell-tale sign that there was a gps mounted, and I've never trusted the suction cup-on-the-windshield device anyway. If your dashboard is severely sloped then maybe a windshield mount would be better, but I think most "standard" dashboards will accommodate this thing quite well. I would pay $35 - $40 for this plus the $15 s/h. Getting it at $9 plus the same s/h is a real bargain!

  5. This item worked like a charm, once it is placed on the dash, even at a steep angle, it stays put and never moves. It is easy to snap the gps unit into place and remove it when you're through. It was much nicer using this device rather than the suction cup on the windshield, and no unsightly mark that screams to every would be thief "GPS unit available here." I have recommended it to family and friends who are ready to purchase a GPS for their vehicles.

5 comments about Sony MDREX85LP/WHI Soft earbud w/ Soft Clip & Case.
  1. I went up to these from the MDR-EX71s. Both have some really great isolation and bass response, though after using these (EX85) for a few days, I really am enjoying them. I rather like the way they look, and while I thought I'd miss the short chord + extension, the way the cable works on this just works.

The case is a nice feature, often under rated for most headphones, since I can't count how many times I've wrecked my iPod stock set. For $40 shipped, it's an amazing deal. Sure, you can go to Shure, Sennheiser, etc. and spend more.. but for a spare/casual set, I don't see any real need.

  2. Got these headphones to replace the medoicre ear buds supplied by Apple with my iPod. The Apple buds are perfectly adequate except that they tended to fall out of my ears and did not hold up well to perspiration from my gym work outs. The Sony buds have a nice silicone ear piece which fits comfortably and provides superior blocking of background noise. Because of the interchangable silicone ear pieces, the buds fit better and more securely than the one-size-fits-some Apple design. The sonic quality is clearly superior and the connection cable is slightly longer than the Apple product. Overall, a very nicely executed product which is a definite upgrade to the Apple Standard Issue.

  3. after going to the sony store directly and buying what they considered to be the upgrade to mdr-ex71 i was very disappointed... within hours i bought this pair for more than half off and that was with 2 day shipping. as soon as i got these in... perfect everything... bass could be a little deeper but nothing EQ changes cant help.

    perfect headphones!!!

  4. These are great earphones. Frequency response is excellent, deep bass and crisp and clear sound. Noise isolation is another plus. With these, you don't have to turn the volume way up to drown out noise. I have another model Sony earbud and love those as well. One draw back with this model is the cord is too long for me. Excellent sound.

  5. The bass doesn't sound clear on this earbud. It's a big difference when compare it to my old pair of earbud (SENNHEISER CX300), CX300 is clear the winer here. And the CX300 is cheaper.

I bought SENNHEISER CX500 later on to replace this.

5 comments about 6FT Digital Camera Cable USB MINI-B 5-pin for SONY/CANON/HP/OLYMPUS.
  1. This cable does work with these cameras but not much more. Hooking up other USB-connected devices such as cellphones may be a problem. My Motorola Razr was seen by my computer but it could not make a connection to the Motorola Phone Tools software. Had to get a different USB cable for that application. Still it is the cheapest cable I could find to work with my camera which is exactly what it does well.

  2. This was real inexpensive compared to much higher priced alternatives, and it works fine with the camera. I'm real satisfied.

  3. Very prompt and courteous service. I had my address wrong and, for a $1 item, they e-mailed and called me to correct my address.

  4. I purchased this cable as a replacement cable to download pictures from my Canon Powershot A620. The cable works fine and connects the USB port in my computer to the Canon A620's port.

  5. I needed a cable to take to work for my MP3 player. This worked great. No problems.

5 comments about Belkin Sansa E200 Series Holster w/ Removable Armand - Black.
  1. I really really like this armband. I did not even know I had it on while running.. I would recommend this to anyone with a sansa e200 fits in perfectly. great product for the money.

  2. The armband functions as advertised. The neoprene band is adjustable and does well with sweat and moisture. The player holster is OK, a bit awkward to get your fat finger into the dial for pressing the keys, but I did it. Even tougher while running. Once you are off and going, you don't need the "hold" button on the Sansa, since you can't really accidentally push any of the buttons. Leaving the hold in the off position allows you to adjust volume on the move, or easily turn it down if someone actually tries to talk to you with headphones on...

Well made, very functional, adjustable for python guns or pencil arms. Does a good job. Good protection for the player in the holster. Tough to get the clip on the band sometimes, but that was the only negative.

  3. Very happy with purchase. Bought to use with belt clip only.
Not for use with the armband.
Seems to protect the device well when in my pocket with headphones wrapped around it.
Used on a plane trip and happy that I had purchased it as the Sansa E250 is small an slippery if put in a shirt pocket, pants pocket and or on the airline fold down tray. The clip held securely.

  4. I've been using this for over 6 weeks so far. I use this armband daily for workouts at the gym. Very comfortable and easy to use. Access to the controls on the front of the SANSA is great.

Helpful Tip: The design also allows you to wrap your headphone cord around the back of the SANSA (between the armband and the SANSA holster) so you can shorten the cord so it doesn't interfere with your actions.

I HIGHLY recommend this product for you SANSA users on the go.

  5. I purchased this for my husband after getting him a Sansa E200 and his opinion is "This is the best thing ever invented! I love it!" Great value and extremely functional!

5 comments about Monster Standard 100 Instrument Cable 12 ft. - straight 1/4 plugs S100-I-12.
  1. Monster is the best cable ever.

  2. This is a well made, well designed cable. It looks like it'll hold up well.

  3. Monster is known for good quality cables but also for being pretty expensive, so I was suprised to see that these cables were only running $20 for 12 ft. and $25 for 21 ft.

I didn't bother looking at them at Guitar Center as I just thought, I'm sure they're nice but I won't even bother looking at the price. The sales rep recommended them when I asked about some quality cables and told me about their lifetime guarantee. I'm tired of cables going on the fuzz and having to buy new ones only 2-3 yrs. after purchase so after seeing the price, I went for it.

End result, they work perfectly. I was having some buzz and noise from my older cables but that's all gone now. The Monster cable sounds clean and clear. No more background interference.

If you'll notice from the picture, Monster wisely chose to cover the bottom of the plug with a nice rubber cover. No more of those metal covers that unscrew, allowing dirt and dust to get in there. Those things caused alot of trouble for me over the years and I'm glad to not have to mess around with them anymore. The blue stripe is one of a few different color bands, which are included, that you can use to color code your cables with. So you can color each one for each purpose. Good feature.

I like this cable and it's good to know that it'll be replaced for free forever under normal use and wear and tear. I've stayed away from Monster for home theater as their audio/video cables are outrageously over priced. But for playing guitar, I think I have my new brand. Recommended.

  4. Fast shipping, perfect condition. Picture shows 1 end 90 degrees and one end straight. It is actually straight on both ends.

  5. Monster lives up to their reputation; great performance.
The service and packaging were exceptional.

5 comments about DLO Action Jacket Case with Clip for SanDisk Sansa c200 MP3 Players (Black).
  1. I purchased this same case at Best Buy for $19.99. I bought it because I wanted an armband in order to use the Sansa player while I work out. It works great and all of the buttons are still accessible. You can use the belt clip or adjustable armband included.

It's a great case I would recommend trying to buy it locally rather than spending the same amount (after shipping) buying it here and having to wait a week for delivery.

  2. Got this to put all my songs while on the road. Plug it in the USB port and it's like a drive. Copy your files using windows or any other application. That's basicaly it, no need to use media player or any other sync software. The only minor issue is - can't creat categories for the files/songs, this would be useful if you have alot of files. All else is good. Enjoy

  3. The action jacket(glove) doesn't allow easy access to the controls of the Sansa MP3 4gig flash player. I had to cut out the plastic windows in order to move the control wheel. The glove fits too tight so it is not easy to remove it from the glove to set the sound volume, song choice, etc. It really doesn't seem that the unit was tested for ease of use. I have shelved the action jacket and am using the mp3 player without a jacket. Not a happy 'camper'.

  4. Great product, SF Planet was able to get it out me really fast. It was a gift and the person who received it really liked it.

  5. Product was received in excellent condition and has definitely been serving the purpose for which i bought it for thanks

5 comments about 90W Slim Ac/dc Combo Adapter.
  1. Prior to the introduction of this unit in January 2008, Lenovo had a very bulky power supply that would work on AC/Planes/Cars. This unit is exceptionally thin, thinner than the thinist part of the Lenovo X60/61s. With its AC cord and the cord that plugs into the PC, it weighs 14 oz. It comes with 3 tips for different Lenovo laptops. The only thing I wish they had done differently is that cord to the laoptop is thicker (heavier) than it should be (thicker than the cord that is found on the standard non-combo adapter). Compared to the IGo, which is not as wide as this new adapter, but at least twice as thick, this unit is much better. Compared to the thin Kensington, the unit is about the same thickness, but a bit smaller in other dimensions, does not get hot, and has a much longer cord to connect to the AC socket (about three feet), so it is much easier to use in hotel rooms where the Kensington is often hard to plug in. In short, the best combo adapter for your Lenovo computer on the market.

  2. I got this device so that I could charge my Lenovo X60S laptop, and cell phone on the road. I was also interested since the device comes in a carrying bag. I think I had higher hopes than Lenovo delivered.

First, there is only limited cable management in the device. As noted, the laptop cable is quite thick and long. It might have been better if the cable naturally wrapped around the device. As it is, you have to cram all the items in to the carrying case, and I'm sure they'll get tangled. Another nice option would be a cable that retracts inside the device, or the case somehow designed to unclutter the cables.

Also the device is not heavy, but somehow I wanted it to be very lightweight. A very light charger for instance is the one for the Nokia N82 cell phone. The device is very thin though.

Apparently in order to simultaneously charge your laptop and another device (like a phone or PDA), you need an optional cable. I bought the main unit with 2 additional charging tips, I think Lenovo could throw in this "optional" cable. I don't even know where to find this cable. As it is, the base configuration of the device will only charge one item at atime. I was very surprised this was the case since I ordered the optional power tips. I ordered the device directly from Lenovo, and I don't remember seeing this optional cable that facilitates simultaneous device charging.

In conclusion, this is not a bad unit. I think I just wanted it to be great, and its just ok so far.

  3. Purchased this item from ANTOnline tried it in my house, my car and on board an airplane and it worked 100% as advertised! very slim and it weights less the normal chargers never heats up even after hours of charging tried it on a ThinkPad's T61+R61+X60+R40 + Lenovo 3000 N100 without a single problem, a high quality product that I really recommend.

  4. In normal use as an AC adapter, this unit gets quite warm to the touch. When using it as a DC adapter (in a car) the cigarette lighter connector got very hot and the spring-loaded tip was hot enough to leave a blister.
I seems that the main unit while thin could get less "wide." It's much wider than the standard 90W adapter and longer too. As others have mentioned, the cable connecting it to the laptop is thick and bulky, hard to fold back up and doesn't fit well in the case. One plus is the adapter tips which allows it to charge the T/X/A30/40 series with one and the 60 series with the other.

  5. This Lenovo 90W Slim AC/DC Combo Adapter works as specified from AC (plug it in, duh!) and DC (plug it in, duh!) I've used it here at home and in the car. I plan to use it overseas (it is specified to work from 100 to 240 vAC, so it will work in Europe with the necessary plug adapter due to the differences in plug connections, without the power converter unit.

I hope to be able to use it on the plane but we'll have to see if we get seats with power plugs! That isn't Lenovo's fault, so I'll leave it there.

Works as specified, what more could you want? Maybe for this Combo Adapter to be the supplied ThinkPad power supply?
