5 comments about Insten - Retractable Audio Video Cable for Apple iPod Photo, iPod Video, iPod U2 Special Edition, Microsoft Zune by Eforcity.
- I use it for my 80gb zune. It works really well. Awesome product for the price.
- This product works exeptionally well with my 30gb iPod video. If you didn't get the movie from iTunes and have to convert it I recommend converting it on the highest quality. Although the quality is always good on the iPod it needs to be high to be good on the TV.
- Today is 4/12/08, just ordered the the universal video cable. It will arrive 4/18/08, look for follow up from me if it really works great with the video ipod 30GB? I will post the truth...stay tuned friends
- It works really good but its a bit on the short side. I had to connect some other cables for it to reach around the tv. I'd get it if its for your car or a small tv (5") but by then you might use the player its self
(unless its a new nano.)
- This is a great product for the old 30GB Zune, especially if you broke the LCD of it like I did. You use it and it's exactly like how you would see it on the Zune, but on your T.V.
If you have a broken Zune LCD and want to use this product but don't know how to navigate the interface that well then use this:
You have to put TV-out on to get picture on the TV. If you have a broken Zune LCD and have the latest update for it, hold the back button so your back at the menu. Scroll all the way down by holding down. Click the center button. Then press the down button once. Click the center button. Then press the down button twice. Click the center button. Now it should be TV-out. If you have this product plugged in and its still not showing, then keeping clicking the center button until you see picture on the TV. Hope this review helped anyone.

4 comments about APC LE1200 1200VA Voltage Regulator.
- Simple solution for an insurance against a potential problem. You can spend hundreds more a Monster version. I got it for my LCD television for brown out conditions. Should make my TV last longer. It doesn't have a readout on it so I am not sure what my actual voltage is coming into my house. I have it feeding into my Monster power strip. It gaurds against both power surges and drops unlike the power strip that only controls surges.
- This product allows me to power my computer with a generator. Good buy.
- This thing is heavy, which is usually a good sign for this type of product. It does what even good UPS's don't, and that's regulate your power even when it fluctuates mildly. Sure, many products will protect you from 140V+ or turn on at 90V, but that's still enough to burn out everything from a simple wall wart power brick to a DVR from dishnetwork. I know, as I've experienced such things with my crappy Los Angeles power service. In afternoons, it'll drop to 110V, and if I use the garbage disposal, a laser printer, or turn on my stereo and 2 amplifiers, voltage drops below 108V. This is enough to destroy many sensitive products over time. It's so bad in my house, that it's destroyed two UPS's by forcing them to click on and off so much and to compensate for low voltage so much they burned out!
The APC LE1200 prevents this damage. It clicks on and returns voltage levels back to around 120V at a level high enough that your electronics don't get damage before they are protected (what's the point of protection that only helps once the damage is done?). I know it's working because I can hear it click on, and return power to the right levels even as my house voltage sits at 106-108V (confirmed by the voltage meter in my Panamax).
I'm so impressed with the performance of this unit in my home theater that I bought 2 more, one to protect my computer (it installs between the UPS and the wall to protect the computer and the UPS), and one for my plasma TV (because it's located away from my HT equipment). At $50 a piece, this thing is a no brainer. A quality UPS is 3-5x as much and still doesn't protect your equipment as well. And it can burn out. The LE1200 has little chance of burning out, so for equipment that doesn't need battery backup, or even to feed a UPS, this product is the way to go.
- I bought this unit for work. We have an HP 4600 color laser printer that had some unacceptable color streaking in its' output. I ran multiple field service diagnostics and controller resets to no avail. It was concluded that the power supply or the DC controller board in the printer were probably bad. To prevent the spotty power in the building housing the printer from causing this issue to recur if we paid for an expensive service call, I ordered this unit. I hooked the APC voltage regulator up to the printer in preparation for the service call and thought to run one more test on the printer. The voltage regulator apparently cleaned up the power issues enough that the output came out crisp and unstreaked. Fairly amazing. That was a month ago and we still have not needed to contact a service tech for the printer as the output has been decent ever since we put this unit between the printer and the building power outlet. Definitely worthwhile if you have dirty power lines.

2 comments about Shure I2C-M Stereo Earphones / Headset (iPhone Compatible).
- Great earphones... however i was a little disappointed that there is no remote answer button like on the shure headphone adapter which i bought first. also a great item, although excess cable length makes it kind of annoying. great merchandise but worth mentioning before u buy...
- After several bluetooth headsets (plantronics/jabra) and some wired ones too, I finally settled on this headphones for my iphone.
Pros:
1.Good fit even for difficult ears! (there are 3 pairs of earpieces for small/medium/large size ears)
2.Excellent sound quality - both music and phone calls
3.Great microphone - people on the other side hear me clearly and also no extraneous noises (background noise filtering works very well, even with
A/c full on blasting on me in my car or with road noises/wind noises while walking on the road).
Cons: 1. No call answer/hang up button! have to go to the iphone to do that!
2. no clips for attaching the microphone to the shirt
3. Wires are long but not too much so it is ok.
4. Just slightly more expensive, but then you pay more for brand name of Shure and iphone connectivity. (I got it cheaper in AT&T directly for 60$).
COnsidering the number of headsets I have gone through in the last 1 year (more than 10 or so), I like this the best of all those and think will stick to this as long as it lasts.

5 comments about PlayStation 2 Extension Cable.
- We love these cables that add flexablity to our game play with the controllers we already own it beats paying for more wireless ones while your new wired controllers sit on a shelf
- It does what it says. This cable gave me a good 6 feet of extra space for my controller. Now I don't have to worry about my PS2 falling off of the TV. A good deal.
- these cables work just fine and were a good price. shipping time was what it should have been. only thing is this review page is setup to review it as if it were a game.
- I bought this mainly for guitar hero and a wireless guitar was too risky and expensive. So i bought this cord by Intec for 5 bucks and it works great. no lags and it gives me an extra 6 feet of play. thanks intec!
- The extension cable for the PS2 is required for me. The price was right and the shipping was quick.

5 comments about Stereo Headphones compatible with iPods, Zune, and other Mp3 players - White.
- Make sure you buy these from trusted amazon store. The ones I got didn't work.
- Finally, iPod-compatible earbuds not made by Apple. Things I like about these 'phones:
- They are compatible with many models of the iPod, all of which are named in the product's title. I have had endless issues trying to find 'phones that say "iPod Mini Compatible."
- Good price.
- Half the time I feel like with Sony and Panasonic and Apple, you're paying for a brand name. Not the case here, because there is no brand attached to these fine 'phones.
As for the sound quality, I can't say. I've never been a details guy. All I know is I can recognize whether its Jay-Z or Paris blasting through these stylish white 'phones. And at 75 cents, you almost cannot afford to not buy them.
- The slightest bump from these headphones and you lose sound in an ear or it becomes scratchy. Haven't encountered this since high school and "walkmans" horrible technology. I'm sad because I purchased 3 pair, thinking no more trips to the apple store, now I have to toss them and head back to purchase the real deal at apple.
- THESE ARE NOT APPLE IPOD HEADPHONES
These are a cheap, worthless imitation pair. If your buying these, its obvious you want to buy APPLE headphones, as seen in the picture.
These are cheap white headphones that happen to look like apple buds. They are very poor in quality both in make and sound.
Do not buy these if your looking for good, ipod headphones.
- FOr what you pay, expect a produt at the level. The sound is not a good as the original IPOD ear-phone but for the price.....it's worth it.

5 comments about Cables To Go - 40323 - 5M (16.4ft) Velocity HDMI to DVI Digital Video Cable (Blue).
- Needed long cable to run from DVI-out docking station to HDMI-in 24" monitor. Noticeable improvement over VGA cable. Don't know how more expensive DVI/HDMI cables could improve my image. Word of caution: this is for general office use. Not a graphics pro. Maybe those more expensive cables are worth it if your monitor has to be precisely calibrated so that the hues you see on screen are exactly what comes out of the printer. Maybe. For me, this cable works great.
- Received the cable promptly, and it has worked without flaw for the past two weeks.
I have no complaints - it is the perfect length for connecting my sony LCD Bravia 52" to my closet of home theater goodies. Easy to hide such a long length of cable.
There is no difference in picture quality relative to other premium 1.5m and 2m cables that I have used with the same equipment setup prior to this purchase. I watch (and adore) the Blu-Ray version of the BBC documentary _Planet Earth_, and it renders fantastically at 1080p.
If you need a 5 meter cable, get this one unless you can find it cheaper someplace else. It's worth what I paid (<$30).
- I used this to connect my "HD Ready" projection TV (DVI) with my AV receiver (HDMI). I works just fine. The long length was very helpful. Price was very affordable especially considering what some of the name-brand companies are gouging people for.
- Cable came right on time and is a robust cable of top quality. Despite its length, which allows me to sit on my couch and project my computer onto my 58" Plasma HDTV across the room, the signal is perfect. And the result is stunning -- my slide shows and videos are crystal clear. I recommend this cable and this provider.
- I used this cable to connect a Denon AVR-888 receiver with HDMI output to a 4 year old Sony plazma TV with DVI input. The video signal is very good even running Blu-Ray through a Sony PlayStation 3. You can spend more on cables but there's no need.

4 comments about iGo Power Tip A61 6600661-04 - For select Apple iPod MP3 players.
- The iGo power tip is great, I love having one charger for both my phone and ipod.
- THis DESTROYED my iPod! BE forewarned, this product has destroyed many iPods and instead of buying it, you might try tossing your pod in the garbage disposal. The customer service smells of fish as well.
- I like these tips, but if you're driving and using these igos, be sure to pull over when you change them. They can be tough to switch. Also, it's a good idea to get an igo splitter so you can listen to the ipod and charge your phone or use the gps, etc.
As for the person who claims this destroyed his ipod, my guess is that he ripped it out, but you need to be careful. I almost did this and wondered why it wouldn't release from the ipod. You have to squeeze the buttons on either side of the igo tip to remove it. This has no instructions, so I thought I'd fill you in on that info now.
- I love the iGo system. It really works great.
This tip works great with my iPod classic, 1st generation iPhone ( before I sold it ) and now my current iPhone 3G wireless phone.
I use it with the iGo home wall charger, car charger, and battery quick charger. It is a good system.
Highly recommended !!!

5 comments about Sennheiser CX300-S Earbuds (Silver).
- I bought these for my friend and she loves them. I bought J-buds for myself, and I can definitely hear the difference in sound quality between the two. It would be great to have some noise canceling, though, but you need to pay a bit more for that.
- The first thing I noticed about these headphones was how comfortable they were in my ear. I own other in-ear phones that are not as nice as these. The sound quality is fantastic, which is expected of Sennheiser. They also do a really good job of blocking out external noise. However, don't confuse that with noise-canceling headphones. There's a big difference!!
The only issue I have with the headphones is the short/long wire setup. This forces one to put your portable media device on the left side of your body. For some reason, I've gotten used to the right side, so this took some getting used to. Other then that, they are great and I would highly recommend.
The only other comment that I have is about the in-ear design. The only time I don't like wearing these is when I'm already in a quiet room. I can hear myself breath through the headphones, which is kind of strange. I wonder if others have the same experience. I much rather use over the ear headphones in those situations. These headphones are great when used in noisy situations, like on a bus/train, or cutting the lawn. Another alternative is to use the noise-canceling headphones.
- Earbuds sound great with mp3 player or dvd player. I was pleasantly surprised they sounded so good, very comfortable and sturdy too. Would highly recommend.
- I've had these earbuds for over a year and they have held up great. The sound quality is very good. Clear, strong base and excellent treble. I don't mind the "Behind the neck" style cord that others have complained about. I don't use them to run or workout. I find that most in-ear buds are not good for active sports. I would recommend a different specialized headphone for working out with. The Sony earbuds have a faulty cord made out of some very delicate soft rubbber. The cord on these are very durable and after a year look just like thaey did when I bought them.
In my opinion they are the best earbuds under $50.
- I have had them for several weeks and they have met my expectations of them.
