Arab Women have stretched their servitude too far, the image of them being born to serve rather than be served as well. Society is the heroine of the book where men and women argue and dance on its tables.The book is sarcastic yet straight forward presentation of a comparison between both the Western and Arab Woman. Society is accused of presenting Arab Women in a demeaning way by using the simpler and less education minds in society to maintain this image. There is a great sense of humor and very illustrative scences which almost take color in one's mind. It is a positive literary addition. It presents the hidden world of women behind Mashrabeyas that don't let in/out neither light nor enlightenment.
