1. Harry really puts me in the Christmas spirit. He has such energy and presence. This is a must see Christmas video.



2. If you are a muscician or just love great music, then you will enjoy this Awesome performance. He has one of the best big bands backing him up, but that doesn't take away from his amazing talents, he is spectacular! He also has some great guests on this special. Gather up the family of all ages and enjoy this great Christmas special.



3. This is probably one of the productions from Connick's earlier years that he would probably just prefer to disappear into the video twilight zone. You can pass on purchasing this video unless you are a serious Harry Connick Jr fan..or in the mood for a good Christmas chuckle.

   The musical concert performance is notable as Connick picks a nice selection of spiritual Christmas songs along with a few secular ones and swings out with his band and orchestra. The interspersed short acted skits however are very hokey and the younger Connick looks like a deer stunned with headlights in some parts. The video production is just generally bland and lackluster and just doesn't add anything new or exciting to the holiday musical selections.

   Even with guest stars Carol Burnett in small skit and a duet with Aaron Neville, this video falls short of what you would expect from a talented musician as Connick. This video just doesn't seem to portray and express the enthusiasm, energy level and acting ability that Connick has appeared to develop over more recent years.

   I highly recommend Connick's audio CD "When My Heart Finds Christmas" but save this video production for the holiday archives.




4. The Harry Connick Jr. Christmas Special was first broadcast on Christmas Eve 1993, on CBS. The picture quality and sound is superb. The most wonderful thing about this VHS tape is that it includes musical numbers not included in the original television broadcast. Harry Connick Jr. captures the spirit of Christmas unlike any other contemporary performer. This is truly a "must-have" for anyone who loves good ole-fashion Christmas entertainment.

1. If father Christmas were anything like Maynard James Keenan in this movie, Christmas would be a lot scarier! I loved it!

4. these girls are hot and the movie is pretty funny. i wonder if santa will bring me a bikini bandit for christmas? if you like things like jay & silent bob, or south park ... or if you just like hot girls ... you should check out this movie!



5. This movie was hot! I ordered it after having owned the rest of the Bikini Bandits series. Nice Xmas fun, not for the family, but maybe for the boys!

1. This "travelogue" tries too hard to find something different and as a result imparts useless information about artists who take over and squat in Paris buildings until the police chase them out. It goes on to provide further features about their friends. I hoped to get a video that would show me worthwhile or inspirational scenes of the Paris I intend to visit soon. This was a complete waste of money.

1. My mom and sisters and I watch this video every Thanksgiving just to get a good laugh out of it. As usual, Martha's suggestions for holiday entertaining are completely ridiculous for the average person. You do get a good look around her house and its many rooms full of baskets, dishes, and all the usual Martha accoutrements. I recommend this video purely for its laugh factor!



2. In general, this tape is pretty good. It gives a lot of ideas that one wouldn't normally think of, like the puff pastry turkey. I do think that the stuffing she made was a little weird though. I also think she could've elaborated a little more in certain areas.
