1. This is some of the worst animation I have ever seen. The cover is very deceiving. The faces of the characters don't seem to keep up with the words they are saying. There is no music in the background and so there are large stretches of silence. I doubt this could keep a child interested for very long. Very slow and poorly done.



2. I found this movie extremely disturbing. It was obviously low-budget, but there are many errors that could have been covered for. For example, Johnny is given 5 eggs, yet he and the Easter Bunnies manage to pick up at least 6 that have fallen out of his bag! And when the Grandmother is talking to the chickens, their names all begin with 'H', for example, Harriet, Henrietta, etc. She calls the last chicken Heloise, yet it is labeled as being named Tracy, this really doesn't match up. Second of all, both Johnny's animation and his behavior was deranged. At one point he was hopping on and off the log at like 200 mph! The proportions of him and the rabbits changed constantly. The use of the same takes got repetitive. Thumpkin was one of those characters you just want to drop kick off a cliff, "My P-p-p-paint p-p-p-pot!" ...The errors just go on and on. The beaver is a little too excited, her face is constantly changing. Way to disturb kids for life. But I do recommend this film, because it's so bad it's good! I've watched it like 10 times just to laugh at it. :)
