1. Young Tommy awakes on Easter morning to find that his clever Aunt Jeanne is leading him on another one of her holiday-themed journeys. This one, however, leaves Tommy following a white rabbit in a pink vest through an Easter wonderland. Throughout Tommy's adventure, he meets up with a 10-foot-tall chocolate rabbit, encounters an egg factory, is introduced to a noisy jelly bean machine, and even attends an Easter Parade down Fifth Avenue. One that features many things that don't belong, such as Santa Claus, and a leprechaun. But it's not until Tommy makes it to the egg-shaped palace of the Great Easter Bunny that he is reunited with his beloved Aunt Jeanne.
   
   Michael Garland is not only a talented artist, but wonderful at creating a holiday-themed I SPY-esque book that will keep young readers occupied for hours upon hours as they search for various hidden pictures. Tommy is a fun character who follows an adorable white bunny - a la ALICE IN WONDERLAND - in an attempt to meet up with the Great Easter Bunny himself, as well as his aunt. Garland shows here that he is a talented prose-writer, and weaves an entertaining story that must be read over and over again. THE GREAT EASTER EGG HUNT is the perfect gift to leave in your young readers Easter basket this year.

1. This book is terrific. My husband picked in out for our 3 month old and she loves it. You must read it over and over to her and use a different voice for the different bunnies. She absolutely loves it!! It has become her favorite book and we cannot go anywhere without it. I definitely recommend it.



2. Despite the fact that this is basically a boardbook written for very young children (I'd say baby to toddler) my older children (especially my 4 year-old son) find it attractive. I think there is just something magically about having the bunnies hop one at a time across the little Lady Bug's front lawn from one hole to another.
   
   Five Stars. Cute boardbook that will have you and your child turning the pages to get Chubby, Fuzzy, Floppy, Whiskers, and Bob from one hole to another. Artwork is cute. Book itself is of middle-quality; meaning that it is not one of those super strong boardbooks that hold up to drool and chewing. Toddlers will be able to rip bunnies from their holes. But a great buy anyway.

1. I loved reading this book as much as my 2 year old. The creative outfits were better than the words. My daughter requests this book often. Only draw back is that it implies that fun things happen while we are asleep at night......not good for my noctural princess.



2. I love this book. The text is a bit of a tongue twister but reads liltingly once you know it. The illustrations are beautiful. We find new things everytime we look at them. It's my favorite book in my son's library.
