5 comments about Clearblue Easy Fertility Monitor Test Sticks, 30-Count Box.

  1. The test sticks are great and easy to use with the monitor. The cap that comes with the stick make for nice and clean use. I just wanted to point out that the box is not a three month supply for everyone! If you have a long cycle, you may have to use 20 sticks per cycle instead of 10. Therefore, one box is only good for one and a half cycles.

  2. I've used the fertility monitor and test sticks both times I've gotten pregnant. We've been able to get pregnant within a few months after using the fertility monitor! We wasted lots of time before getting this. It takes the guess work out of monitoring your fertility. It's extremely easy to use and very reliable. I would definitely recommend this if you have trouble knowing when you're ovulating! Good luck!

  3. Never even had to open the box. Was just about too, and found out I was pregnant already! yay! I did use a previous box though that I did order off of Amazon. no problems!

  4. This is a great product! I have a strange cycle since I have PCOS and this helped me find exactly when I was ovulating. What a wonderful product, highly recommended.

  5. These are great. Just what I expected them to be. Much better prices than at the local pharmacy!

5 comments about Combo Pack of 40 Ovulation Tests and 10 Early Pregnancy Tests.

  1. It is very good to get this package at this low price. But you may need to use this product with other ovulation test tool.

  2. These have worked great for me. I have gotten pregnant twice using them. Unfortunately I have also had two miscarriages so I am using them again to try and get pregnant.

  3. These tests are very easy to use and extremely well priced. I highly recommend testing twice a day. Although my cycle is very regular, my LH has peaked at different times and days. I tested at 11am and 6 pm. The directions are clear, and the tests are easy to read. I've used them for several months (unfortunately) and have gotten very consistent results. The 10 free pregnancy tests are extremely usefull, as well as a great bargin.

  4. I was a little skeptical about using these tests because they look so simplistic, but boy are they good and extremely accurate. I BBT chart along with the OPKs and have noticed that my temperature increases approximately 24-48 hours after a positive OPK, confirming ovulation.

  5. I received my order less than a week after ordering online. I was a little confused when I first opened the package because there were no instructions, but I went to website on the packet and printed them out. I keep the instructions with the tests, so I have them handy. I will definitely order again if I need to.

5 comments about Digital Basal Thermometer.

  1. This product is easy to use and very accurate. The directions are simple to read and understand and it is just what you need to track ovulation. I suggest using the ovulation calendar found on [...] with this product.

  2. This thermometer was so inaccurate. I tested it several times, taking my temp. three times in a row, and always got a wide variety of temps, despite being very careful to not move the thermometer around. It also took forever, and the recall button barely worked. It would only flash the recall temp. for a very brief moment. I threw it away and got the BD Basal Digital Thermometer instead. It gives the same temp. when tested 3 times in a row, every time. Also, the back light is great, and it works fast, too. It's also not as unwieldy as this one was.

  3. This thermometer beeps when finished calculating my temperature in the morning, which is really nice when I'm not quite ready to get up yet. I can lay with my eyes closed and wait for the beep. The only downside is that it takes longer than 1 minute to read the temperature, so I wish it worked a little faster.

  4. I was impressed with how fast the thermometer got to me! That was exciting! I also really lke the size of the thermometer. It is not huge and it has a nice case to protect it. I think that it has been pretty accurate for me so far, but I have only had it for a month. THe other thing I really like abouit it is that it stires temperatures so it I forget what my temperature was that morning all I have to do is look at the thermometer and it will tell me!

  5. The memory feature is less to be desired. It more often sets back to the default temperature when holding the ON button. It is a pain to have to get out of bed and walk across the room to turn on the light to read it and record it right away. I bought it because of the memory feature and am displeased with the lack there of. Now I just keep a flashlight next to the bed so I can record it right away. I wouldn't recommend this one if you are counting on the memory to be correct last temp taken.

5 comments about Combo Pack of 20 Ovulation Tests and 5 Early Pregnancy Tests.

  1. I used the ovulation sticks for the first time. I'm 29yo, but figure I might as well start off on the right foot. I used the ovulation sticks 11 days after the first day of my last period (I think that's when I am supposed to start--if not, please correct me for future use). Anyhow, I used about 9 tests. On day 7, I got a faint line, and on day 8, I got a darker, but still faint line and on day 9, no line at all. I never got a dark line so never a darker line then the control line. According to the directions, that means I never had a LH surge, so I'm not sure if it works. So far, no period and no positive preg test yet. Will test again in 2 days. Question for all, are you supposed to have intercourse once the test line shows positive or before? If before, how would that work?

  2. The test line never did get darker than the control line for me, but it did get AS dark. When they were negative, there was an obvious difference (very light test line). These really helped us not to miss my ovulation, and I got pregnant our first cycle using them.

  3. uh. Well we didnt actually use the ovulation tests, cause my wife got pregnant before we needed them, but the pregnancy tests worked just fine

  4. Took preg test two days before I was supposed to start and got a negative so I thought I was about to start my period. Didn't start so I took anothe rone the next day and got an incredibly faint line, I mean I thought I was seeing things so the next day I went and bought an EPT and it came back with a very DARK POSITIVE! Won't buy these again. Never got to use the Ovulation sticks but I assume they are the same.

  5. The ovulation test strips came quickly and work like they say. Mine came with the instructions and I haven't had any duds like some of the reviews said. The product is what it said it would be!

  1. This is an AMAZING product. After almost a year of unsucessfully trying to get pregnant, I began using this product and after the first month I was pregnant. Amazing! Highly recommended

  2. I can only say the best for this product. I had a miscarriage in April of 2007, and I was not regular after that. I bought the monitor not being regular in August 2007. September 2007 I was pregnant. I now have a beautiful baby boy that was born May 2008. I know the monitor was a big help. So easy to use. It was the best money ever spent. I would recommned this product over and over again. Good luck to all of you.
    Sandi

  3. i was definitely skeptical. after trying for over a year i probably would have tried anything. i did use the ovulation tests and they didn't work and they seemed a bit confusing and hard to read. anyway, the clearblue fertility monitor worked the very first month. i'm now 6 weeks pregnant. AND this was actually recommended to me from my cousin and it worked for her the first month as well.

  4. I just found out I am pregnant after 10 cycles of trying! I started using the clear blue easy monitor after 5 cycles therefore have been using it for 5 cycles. I was a little disappointed that I didn't get pregnant after the first time using it like so many others but I still highly recommend it. I have irregular cycles but always ovulate. Trust me, there were several cycles that threw me for a curve, ones where I ovulated way earlier than previous times and others, way later. I charted my temps and was very in tune with my body but was totally off on some cycles. I would have missed my ovulation had I not had this monitor. You may not get pregnant right away like some people, but trust me, stick with it. The monitor is really good to have b/c you can try all you want, but if you are not baby dancing during the "fertile window", it is pointless. Good luck to all who are trying, I know how hard it can be!

  5. I got my CBEFM this month and am on day 14. I cant believe how easy it is to use. I have already gotten my High fertility reading starting on day 11. Dont rely on the low reviews. Some people look into trusting the monitor way to much and blame not getting pregnant on the monitor. It is a guide but not a 100% chance of concieving. Im not getting my hopes up for conceiving the first month as we have been trying for #2 for 3 years now but it is nice to know that this technology is here and can save in thousands of dollars in fertility treatments. Highly recomend this product!

5 comments about Ovulation Tests: 50 Pack.

  1. Ovulation tests and the pregnancy tests worked really well for me. They seem simplistic, but they work as well as the leading brands (you don't need all that plastic structure for it to work - go eco friendly anyways!). Really accurate stuff and it's worth every penny! I am now 8 weeeks preggy! Good luck to all. Just one note about the pregnancy test. You can only get results after about 6 days of implantation, not conception. This is not really clear in the instructions.

  2. These ovulation prediction strips are a breeze to use, and they cost a fraction of what you'd pay in stores. Simply collect a sample of urine, dip a stick for five seconds, set it down on a flat, nonporous surface, and wait up to ten minutes for results. Each strip is individually wrapped and protected from light and moisture. The product is discreetly labeled.
I have been cross-checking my OPK results with my basal body temperature, and the strips have not yet provided either false positives or false negatives. You do want to make sure to read the enclosed instructions for result interpretation and best test-taking procedure.

  3. This is a great product for the price that I paid! They are very easy to use and understand! I have not gotten pregnant yet but that is not due to the product! My husband is deployed right now so I figured I would start tracking my ovulation cycle while he is gone so we can get pregnant when he returns! So far this product is great! I would recomend this to anyone! Also my friend use the same product and she is 4 months pregnant right now!

  4. The ovulation tests seem to work just fine, as I got both negative and positive results. They do come with instructions, which are easy to follow.

  5. My ovulation cycle is irregular and I didn't get a reading off them for 1 1/2 months. Then late last month I finally got one. So they do work. But because of my problem, I decided to switch to the Clearblue Easy Fertility Monitor to better pinpoint when my LH surge happens.

  1. Easy to see. Worked on the first try! I am now 6 weeks pregnant.

  2. I liked this product. It is easy to use, but a little hard to detect the different phases. It seems like 24 out of 28 days you are "transitional" which isn't narrowing it down much! Basically, I can only tell which day I am ovulating. It would be better with charting, for an added confirmation of results. If you are trying to conceive, this product is for you!

  3. This works very well for me. It is also very sturdy! My two year old threw it on the ground when he found it, and it held together - not even a scratch! But a word of caution, I suggest using it only once per day, at the same time each day. (First thing in the morning before you eat, drink, brush teeth, etc.) Last cycle, I was using it multiple times each day and would get pebbles in the morning but ferns in the afternoon. (I received it towards the end of last month) This cycle I'm using it only once each morning and it is working very well. I've had "pebbles" all month until this morning, day 14, and I can see the "transitional ferns". For me, eating or drinking anything makes it fern, even if I wait a few hours to test. One more thing, the company who sold it has never responded to an email question I sent them after I received it, but they did ship fast when I originally ordered it.
    Good Luck!

  4. I was so excited to use this product. It came quickly in the mail, was reasonably priced and best of all, worked like a charm. I had been trying to conceive for over 9 months and after I used this product, along with the ovulation tests strips, I'm proud to say I am 4 weeks along - and it worked on our first try! It takes a couple of times to get a clear idea of what you are looking for, but once you see it, you know you're fertile. Would recommend to others who are struggling to pin point that fertile time.

  5. I bought this product after 10 months of frustration, within the first month of using I was pregnant. Now we just found out we are pregnant with our second after only trying for 3 weeks.

  1. I TOOK THE OVULATION TEST AND IT WAS AUGHFUL!!!!
iM OVULATING RIGHT NOW AND IT IS NOT SHOWING A POSITIVE....
    PAY THE EXTRA MONEY!
    ITS GARBAGE

  2. These are good b/c they are inexpensive--much cheaper than store brands. However, I never got a "true" positive according to the instructions (I got kinda a half almost the same color as the control line and the other half was lighter). Also, I would recommend testing twice a day, b/c I would have missed mine otherwise. I got a negative in the late morning and then my weirdo half maybe positive at 530pm. I then used a Walgreens brand that a friend had gifted me to confirm the positive and that was a lot more definite positive. So I would use these again with a store bought brand as a backup to confirm. much cheaper to do it this way! And after 2 months now I just got a positive HPT 3 days ago! Yay me!

  3. The ovulation strips are junk....either I got a bad batch or they are just junk!! I used them exactly as directions indicated...Exp. date is 2009 but I never got a reading with two lines....only the test line appeared.....I tested with a regular store brand and got a normal reading (LH surge). I will never buy these again.

  4. This product was okay. The shipping was on time and the tests were individually wrapped. Its nothing fancy but I have been able to tell when I was ovulating every month. It can be a bit tricky but if you read the directions it should work fine.

  5. These test gives u an accurate result in under 40 secs and r so much cheaper than the ones in the pharmacy!!!! Recieved packages in fast, Great product!!

5 comments about Vicks OviTrack Basal Thermometer.

  1. Because I am a little high strung when it comes to accuracy when taking my temperature, I tested this thermometer by measuring my temperature on both sides of my mouth -- every day. Fortunately, when I ovulate my temperature jumps SIGNIFICANTLY, so I am sure when there has been a change. But for women who have less significant temperature changes, I found this thermometer consistently inconsistent with its readings -- even when taking my temp on the same side twice in a row the readings were different enough to be statistically significant for many women.

I also had the same difficulties with turning it on and off with the little push button at the end that other commenters had. And the lack of lighting is a frustrating non-feature as well. There are far better options on the market.

  2. Despite the other reviewers comments, I actually love this thermometer. Yes sometimes you think its on and its not but this doesn't happen a whole lot.

Some of the complaints people have:
Complaint: It doesn't beep as it takes your temperature.
My response: When I'm taking my temperature and my husband is sleeping next to me, I don't want to wake him with a constant beeping. The beeping the thermometer makes when you turn it on/off is not annoying...however, I'm sure a constant beep would annoy my husband. I've had a beeping thermometer in the past and I've hated it!!

Complaint: It doesn't have a light
My Response: Get a small flashlight and keep it on your nightstand. Or press a button on your cellphone to get a light to see the temperature.

Complaint: It doesn't save your reading once you turn it off.
My response: How hard is it to remember a temperture reading until you can record it somewhere else? I have been doing this every day for the past 6 months and have never forgotten the days temperature when its time for me to record it elsewhere.

Complaint: It gets stuck in its protective cover.
My response: Why do you need to always put it in its protective cover. I certainly don't store mine that way.

All-in-all I think this is a great thermometer. It has been very accurate for me!

  3. I am buying a new thermometer--I HATE this one. Here's why:
1)It gets stuck in its case. Then, when I try to pull it out, the "button" cover comes off and exposes the electrical parts and then it won't work that time.
2)It doesn't have a light so I have to fiddle around with a flashlight to read it.
3)The chart that came with it is USELESS. The boxes to write in are ridiculously small.
4)Sometimes it beeps like it's on and I sit there with the thing in my mouth, but it's not on.
5)It's hard to push the button in the right way such that it recalls the last temperature--sometimes it just doesn't do it. So, I have several days of empty data.

Spend the money on something better.

  4. This basal temp taker is a definite NO. It does not save the last temp. So, when you are taking your temp a 6:30am everyday and you have to go to the ladies room but you need to wait until you temp is taken and you are trying not to wake your husband., its hard to remember to take the thermometer with you; then turn on all the lights; try to focus on the numbers and find some way of remembering the temp after you turn it off. This is no ok. Secondly, its hard to turn on. The on /off button is on the end of the thermometer, so you have to use two hands to turn in on/off. I can't tell when its ready or if I've turned it on correctly because it gives no indication unless the lights are bright to see the screen. It does beep when your temp is read and I would say that's the only normal thing about this product. I would NOT recommend this product. Its bad enough that women who have trouble conceiving spend a lot of money on products to try and help them reach their goals, I truly feel that Vicks did not do their homework on this one.

  5. I have used a BD Basal Thermometer, but lost it. So I got the Vicks one to replace it. I am frustrated that it doesn't save the last temperature - so I have to read it in that bleary eyed half sleep each morning with a flash light. I am tempted to buy a new BD thermometer, cause this one is a pain (Toni W. of Taking Charge of your Fertilty fame recommends the BD Thermometer, so I recommend you take her advice).
