- Does it repel mosquitos? Yes. Does it feel better than the more sticky types of repellents? Absolutely. So what's the problem?
Unless you plan to spray this on while you're naked and standing in a room you can hose down, this isn't the product for you. When I used it, it left huge white globs of corn starch -- apparently what makes the formula both smooth and dry -- all over my clothes, my hair, and everything anywhere near me in a five foot radius.
After leaving the can sitting for a couple of days, when I went back to use it again, the corn starch had clogged the nozzle and made the rest of the can -- about 85% that was left -- completely unusable, and I had to throw out the remainder.
So, this is a great idea. Definitely felt better. But it needs some work before I'd purchase it again.

- I was excited to try a bug spray that didn't leave me greasy. I bought this for my family for our camping trip. The directions say you can use it on clothing too. I sprayed myself, my husband and my kids down. It went on very nicely - no greasy feeling. However, once it dried, there was a white powder on our clothes and shoes. I'm sure it was just the cornstarch in the spray. It wiped easily off the shoes, but the clothes would require washing to remove it.
Basically, it's a good product that works well, but they should really warn you about the white powder if it gets on clothing.

- You pay a lot for a small amount; the directions claim it'll treat an area the size of your face about 15 times.
I was recently covered with poison ivy and a friend recommended this stuff to me after I had spent about a week trying to deal with it with calamine lotion type treatments. By this point my arms and legs were covered, and by using per directions I was able to get two treatments out of one tube. The upside is, not only did it work immediately, but it got rid of 80% of the poison ivy the first time around. Whatever was left I was able to finish off with the rest of the tube.
The treatment itself is simply and straight forward. You rub the compound (which has a grit to it, like tiny sand particles, for deep cleaning), into the infected area for 30 seconds to 3 minutes. This pulls the poison (urushiol) out of the skin which then you rinse off. After that, the itching is gone, any blisters eventually go away, etc. etc.
I've also found that a few trips to heavily chlorinated pools tend to get rid of poison ivy too.
