2. initially i was a bit confused at what to do and how to operate it, but then i got it. you take the blue top off the first stick, then push that end inside you, and with the skinnier stick, you use that to push inside the bigger stick to push the stuff in you. if u don't comprehend my instructions i think you'll figure it out when you get it...i like this product and it's concept. its a substance you put in your genital to avoid pregnancy. the substance is like some type of thin goo. it makes the condom even more effective. i feel that this, with a condom is like being 100% safe...i've been searching hard for a contraceptive for my tastes. this has no side effects like the pill, no pushing a scary cloth or diaphagrm up you. this is simple and quick. i will be purchasing again.

1. Today Sponge is a great alternative to other forms of birth control. I was happy to see it back on the market last year, and upset when it abruptly disappeared. As the other reviewer said, though, it is once again back on the market and now widely-available in drugstores, and only about $14.99 (at the most - depends on where you get it) for 3 sponges. I'm not sure why amazon is still charging over 3 times what it costs in stores, as if it is a hard-to-come-by item.



2. The Today Sponge has come back on the market, so women can buy it again at a reasonable price. Just go to the Today Sponge's website to order them. I am hoping that Amazon will begin to carry them at their list price too.
   
   The product itself is easy to use and works great. I love that it's an over the counter contraceptive, so unlike a diaphragm I don't have to see a doctor to get them.

2. The product is good, but very expensive when bought online. It is a shame that the product is not readily available in stores like it was in the past. The package I received was clearly marked with a "CVS Pharmacy" label on it, so I am wondering just how much the seller paid for it and how he or she was able to obtain it.



3. This product is the BEST!!!! It is extremely hard to find and stores no longer carry it.



4. Don't buy these on amazon. They are price gouging. I got mine at buyingprivate.com.

5. The sponge is a wonderful choice for women that have difficulty using hormonal contraceptives. It's easy to use, reliable, no prescription necessary and effective up to 24 hours. I wish there wasn't such difficulty obtaining this phenomenal product!

2. these things are horrible they kept falling out so we had to keep re using and ended going through the whole pack. And lastly the last one got stuck inside... :( will not buy again



3. I am a sexual health educator and public health nurse. I am excited to offer my patients a product that doesn't require a choice between pleasure or safety. Much better than the traditional 'male' condom. I am a fan! I love sharing the research about the numbers of women who prefer them to 'male' condoms and how the overall usage of condoms goes up when both alternatives are offered. Many of my patients have a difficult time negotiating the use of condoms - I like that women can use this regardless of how comfortable they feel in talking about the use of condoms. Share the good news!!



4. This was so much better than male condoms. Both my husband and I were very impressed. We'll be using these from now on.



5. Much stronger yet far more sensitive. Not damaged by hot car glove compartment temperatures. I'm allergic to latex but not to this. OK for use with oil based lubricants for underwater fun. Does not degrade with age. Can be put in place hours in advance for completely spontaneous love making. Does not strangle a large diameter penis. Whether you are straight, bi, or gay - try it! You will like it!!
