1. The pre dosed packets are great and the buckwheat honey is sweet so my daughter does not fight me to take the "medicine". I feel great about giving it to her because it is all natural and really does soothe her cough and sore throat. We will be using this product for a long time even after she is old enough for over-the-counter cough medicines. I like the thought that we are not giving her something with a lot of additives.

1. My wife and I were on a cruise in the Caribbean during February and came down with a cold. After the typical nasal congestion, drainage and phlegm in the lungs we decided to buy some medicine on one of the islands (Trinidad). We found a Pharmacy on the island and asked what cough medicine they would recommend and this brand was suggested. We both felt better after two days of use and the cough and phlegm subsided. We really felt better much faster than using other medicines we would normally use back home. I wish I would have purchased more bottles of this in Trinidad to bring home (about $4 per bottle). Since it worked so well, I decided to purchase some of this for our cabinent for the next cold. Very highly recommended and you will be pleasantly surprised on how well it works.



2. When OTC cough medicines were not helping my cough I asked an herbalist what they recommended and they said to try this. Boy was I impressed. Works fast and really gave me a break from the constant coughing. I don't mind the taste although it is not "cherry" flavored like some of the OTC couch medications. 1. The product works to some extent, it helped control and manage the cough. By the way I never received the product from Amazon because the third party supplier goofed up and sent me the wrong item. Moreover Amazon's convoluted return policy forces customers to place the order once again if the supplier goofs up. I decided that it was not worth going through the purchase one more time on Amazon and got it at a local store.

1. Now, just to start, I only gave this product 4 stars because of taste, thickness, and slightly(by a buck or two) higher price then another whole-saler place(C.C.)
   Now, the GRAPE flavored version 2-PACK got an easy 5-Star rating from me, only because it tastes just a few notches better then this here orange flavored syrup. The thick consistency also tends to make the orange flavor more disgusting, but not disgusting in a Robitussin brand name syrup way. Those are indescribable disgust(menthol, thickening agents, glucose & HORRIBLE "Cherry-from-Hell" Flavored Syrup). While Delsym does contain the thickening stuff, its not so bad once all is said and done. It's long-acting effects are desirable to those in need of frequent cough or those who cannot get a pharmacist to sell them a Codeine cough syrup(Legally, in the U.S.(WA State @ least), you can buy Codeine/Guaifenesin syrup at 10MG-100/5ML or prescribed with another agent(replacing the 100MG of Guaifenesin with 6.25MG of the anti-histamine/emetic Promethazine HCI(the 'Purple Syzzurup' version for the young'ns.)
   Packs of two can save you a couple of dollars, but online with shipping it doesn't matter so much. I'm just recommending those who have a lil' more money then folks like me to try this out for coughs. It tastes 1000x better then ANY other DXM syrup out there(EXCEPT GRAPE DELSYM).



2. I swear by this cough medicine. When I am hacking away, this one will stop it almost immediately. The syrup is nice and thick and soothes my throat going down. It doesn't taste bad, either; and it lasts 12 full hours, longer than any other over-the-counter cough medicine. I recommend it to friends and family. We always keep a supply handy at home.

1. This is one of THOSE products that we keep on our shelf all the time. The Dayquil version is only the cough suppressant so if you're just coughing, get this set. If you're looking for a decongestant too, you'll have to get the regular dayquil. I think that the only way to get rid of a cold is to use both of these products together, along with gargling with Cepacol. With that combo, colds disappear a LOT faster, at least that's been our results. The Dayquil doesn't make you drowsy and it really does suppress your cough. If you need an expectorant, add a bag of McDonld's french fries and a large Coke to the combination and that will definitely do the trick! :) Highly recommend!

1. We've been using Zicam cold and flu liquid for years. It really, really works. Whereas before a cold would last over a week, even with taking pills that dry up my nose. With this liquid my colds only last a few days and I don't feel like I want to crawl into bed and ignore the day, like I usually do at the start of a cold. Even if I take this medicine after my cold has reached full bloom, it still does shorten the duration of the cold like the package says it does. I gave it to my niece the night before a skii trip and her cold symptoms were gone the following day. This product is getting hard to find. Please, please don't take it off the market. I get colds all the time and this is the only product I have found to work.

1. I'm mom to a 1 year old son and stepmom to perpetually coughing 5 and 7 year old boys. The moment any of them seem to be coming down with a cough (obviously not just anytime they randomly cough!!) I start dosing them with the Hyland's. They don't complain about it because it tastes like candy and most importantly IT WORKS!!!
   
   Seriously, this stuff is amazing. Just try it once and you'll see.
   
   The three-pack may seem excessive, but it's not. First of all, the doses are more frequent than with a pharmaceutical cough syrup. You WILL go through this stuff faster than you'd like, especially for the cost compared to a generic pharmaceutical type childrens' cough syrup, but in my absolutely unscientific, completely anecdotal observations is that this product works better.
   
   In my opinion, the pharmaceutical cough syrups mask symptoms and this syrup SEEMS (remember - this is only based on my observation and experience) to be effective in getting rid of the cough entirely. With allergy-based coughing (the perpetual tickle type) it really makes that tickle go away.
   
   I'm a fan and I buy it in bulk!



2. I use this the second I hear my kids cough (obviously then when I can tell that it could turn into something more serious) and it doesn't go any further than that. I love it, it helps them instantly. It will also help, if the kids already have developed a cough, but homeopathy works best when symptomps first appear. I have tried many over-the-counter cough syrups, and none have done what this syrup accomplishes. I am a firm believer in homeopathic products. They don't treat the symptoms, but encourage the body to heal itself.



3. This cough syrup is a great alternative to medicated cough syrups because it is not dangerous for young children. Another benefit is that it doesn't leave you feeling drowsy or droopy, like other cough syrups can.
   
   I used this when I had a lingering cough after a cold, and it worked almost instantly to soothe my throat and relieve my cough. We have also used it with our three-year-old daughter, and felt confident knowing it was safe for her.
   
   The only drawbacks I see are that it doesn't last all night (but you can re-dose as needed) and the bottle goes fairly quickly, as doses are large. Something else to keep in mind is that it does not have a child-proof cap.
