1. My mom gave me a tube of this cream a year ago, and it has turned into the one "must have" in my nighttime routine. It feels so luxurious going on, and the scent seems to instantly relax me. The valerian root and lavender are the perfect combination to induce relaxation. I hope Earth Therapeutics never stops making this!



2. I have struggled with insomnia as part of my CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) for over ten years. Now that I am mostly healed, I'm surprised by my continued intermittent insomnia..well, actually, frustrated by it. Throughout this journey, I've used countless remedies, some working, some not, but ultimately have found nothing seems to work consistently. There are just too many factors in sleep disturbances, some of which are overlooked or forgotten. However, when it comes to getting results, the one bottle I used of dream zone (was called 'liquid pajamas' when I used it) helped me immensely. Not only did I sleep well, but the relaxing effects and the scent of lavendar enhanced my experience. Living in a particularly dry climate, lotion is great to lather on regularly. I agree with the recommendation to take a hot bath, shower, or hot tub and follow with this lotion. I prefer baths because you can really relax, connect to the body, and slow down--all of which helps sleep. So much of my sleep issues stem from stress. I know I'm not the exception here. Also, food sensitivities, poor food choices, inadequate natural light, not taking time to transition to calm, and so many factors, that I bet are true for most people, affect sleep. And yet, sleep is immensely important to well-being, health, rejuvenation, reducing stress, and even maintaining healthy weight! While having a great product as this lotion to help me with sleep, it's also imperative that I go after the roots and play health detective so I can address the real cause. I would still think this lotion would be very helpful for relaxation and self-care even when the sleep is returned to a regular pattern. While lavendar is known for it's relaxing qualities, valerian is frequently taken internally for sleep. It seems that taking valerian through the skin is actually more efficient then, say, taking it by capsule. This way the substances bypass the digestive tract and can go directly into the bloodtsream allowing it to be transported where it's needed.
   In my experience, this lotion is very fast-acting, and yet subtle. Yes, I recommend it highly, especially until you can figure out the root cause of your sleep problems. Until then, hopefully this will help you.

1. I purchased this lotion as I am having problems with contact dermatitis and needed a cream that would help protect my hands from harsh cleaners, I was advised to purchase Lanolin based creams so when I saw this product I thought woww this would be econonical and had ingredients that I know are good for skin like Aloe Vera; since I received the lotion and have been using it faithfully my skin has been normal and no determatitis flareups to date, I am extremely happy with my purchase and oh this lotion smells so nice and fresh smelling, it also wakes up the senses with it's scent



2. I have used this product for many years because I have very dry skin and my doctor told me that lanolin (from sheep) is the most like human skin oil and will penetrate better than other oils. He's right! I have never found anything that leaves my skin as moist and supple for hours afterward. It does feel a bit "greasy" at first but that goes away in moments and with it the feeling of "tightness" that dry skin has. I carry the small tubes in my purse to use on my lips and hands during the day to prevent cracking and on my whole body after bathing. If I don't, I get calluses on the edges of my heels that crack and bleed, but with this lotion my feet stay normal and soft. Now I am panicking because the place that used to make it - B&T Labs - seems to have gone out of business. I usually order by the gallon and my last order was returned undeliverable. Lets hope this source has plenty of stock!



3. I've been using Triple Lanolin (original formula) for at least 40 years and won't use anything else. I've tried many, many other kinds of lotion over the years, but none of them come close to this one. It must be used sparingly, or you will get a "greasy" feel and you won't like it. If I want just a minimal amount, I will sometimes put a little water on my hands first, which thins it out as I rub it on. In the winter time (I live in the northern U.S.), I use it all over, no thinning it out. I keep some near my computer, as my hands tend to dry out for some reason while using the computer any length of time. I also keep it by every sink and shower, in the bedroom, in the car and in my purse. I have every size except the gallon size. It is the ONLY lotion that "stays with you." All the others, after five minutes I feel like I need to put it on again -- the moisture part evaporates or something. This does not happen with Triple Lanolin. Some people do not care for the scent, but that goes away after a couple minutes. My hairdresser raves about my skin, as it has stayed soft and smooth all these years, no doubt with the help of this lotion. My three sisters don't use it, and their skin has aged. Many people are shocked when I tell them I will be 70 in a few months -- they think I'm 55 or 60 (and no, I don't dye my hair, which is still pretty dark). I highly recommend Triple Lanolin -- ORIGINAL FORMULA, NOT THE ONE WITH ALOE. Use it sparingly till you get a feel for how much you need.



4. You only need a little bit of this lotion. A little truely does go along way and it keeps your skin sooo soft and moist. Thankyou so much. The shipment/Packaging was wonderful as well.



5. Early during my pregnancy I looked everywhere for a good lotion for my belly, one that had lanolin as one of the top ingredients. The lotion has a nice consistency and smell. I use it in conjunction with a bit of Lansinoh (it is thick but rub a bit on hands until it warms up) on my belly to avoid stretch marks and to keep the skin smooth and elastic. I bought the large 20 oz bottle instead of the smaller ones and am still on the first bottle after 6 months of use.

I'm not organized enough to use all the creams as a system and wear the little gloves, but even still each cream works great individually to repair dry and damaged skin. The lemon cuticle cream and the shea butter repair cream give an instant fix. The banana hand cream is good for maintaining moisture on an every day basis and has a really fun smell, but probably not something you'd want to apply before going out into public or shaking hands with other people. The kit comes with a clear drawstring bag to store everything together.

1. I have been using Fruit of the Earth Vitamin E body lotion for over 20 years and I wouldn't use anything else for a skin lotion or a healing agent for scratches, cuts, and blisters. Sore feet or blisters from walking? Wash the affected area, pop the blisters and slather on the lotion. Do it again before going to bed and the next morning the soreness and redness is gone. It is the best.



2. I was looking for Vitamin E to put on my scar after shoulder surgery. I bought the Fruit of the Earth Vit E lotion. I could immediately feel the difference on my arms. I now use it for a total body lotion. My grand-daughters say it smells like "fresh mown grass".

1. Great lotion and perfect for my dry yet sensitive skin. Doesn't leave me feeling greasy and sticky like other lotions. I apply it at night and wake up with butter soft skin. Also great for maintaining a tan. Downfall is the scent..at first I was put off by it and couldn't place what it smelled like. After some continual using and sniffing, the scent grew on me and I discovered it smells just like hot chocolate! Not a bad scent but not something I want to smell like everyday. So, I usually wear it at night before bed. It states it will diminish stretch marks, but unfortunately, I haven't seen those results yet! All in all a great lotion that has been around for years!



2. I found this stuff on the bottom shelf at Target, beneath all of the more famous brands...and I'm so glad I took the risk and bought it. I use it everywhere, including on my face, which is incredible to me since I've always had sensitive skin. When I hit 40 I came down with rosacea, and Palmers cocoa butter has seemed to "cure" it. My dry skin glows now, and people comment on how young I look at 43. I will never ever buy any other lotion. Why on earth would I?



3. I first tried Palmers a few years ago when I had some scars I wanted to fade. Until then I had just sort of ignored it because of the ugly packaging. Boy what a fool I had been! This stuff is the best!
   
   It smells lovely - very soft vanilla/honey/chocolate. I've even gotten compliments on how good I smell. It makes your skin feel so soft & supple - and over time it actually does fade unsightly marks. You know, old mosquito bites that won't fade, acne marks, that sort of thing. I have sensitive skin and it does not irritate it - in fact, I put it on my zits sometimes to prevent excess dryness. Moreover, it's reasonably priced and a little goes a long way.
   
   I have used other cocoa-butter products and none of them hold a candle to Palmers. I even tried the generic/target brand version of this product and hated it. Do not be fooled by the ugly packaging, Palmers rules! I even got my mom to try it and her first reaction was "Wow!"



4. I've been using Palmer's for years, and I don't think I would be very happy if they ever changed the formula. I'm not kidding here--I've purchased expensive lotions from Sephora and been gifted fancy "body butters" before but Palmer's is the least greasy and most moisturizing. When winter makes my skin incredibly dry, I take a bath and slather on the cocoa butter oil before rinsing, drying and applying a little extra lotion on my elbows, knees, feet, etc. Become a fan of Palmer's. You will NEVER be sorry.

1. I really wish that I would have read the comments before purchasing this product. When your curser goes over the picture it announces 68 OZ. When I received my product it was 1/2 the size I expected!! Very underhanded I am extemely displeased and will never use this company ever ever again for ordering anything. If this is the way that you must do business let me just say, you will not last long because repeat customers are always the BEST. I will be sending this back.



2. 1) Although I should have looked at the written size in the disruption better I thought I was getting the larger canister of cream, I did not, the canister being sold is NOT pictured, it is half the size.
   2) If you are going to USPO I wise companies would learn to use the US Post Office better, they have a something called a "FLAT RATE BOX" (free of charge and in two sizes) in to sizes costing to send anywhere in the US including Hawaii for about $9.00, not the $25.00 box i was charged. the items I got fit into the box even the item I thought I was getting fixes into the box.
   I will not be using this vender again.
   The product is very good i always use it on my clients



3. I've tried every massage creme under the sun and always come back to Biotone Dual Purpose Creme. There are none like. It has the best workable consistency and fresh, nonassuming scent. It's the best!
