5 comments about Aquaphor Healing Ointment, 14 oz (396 g) (Pack of 2).

  1. While my husband was undergoing radiation treatment for cancer, Dr. recommended Aquaphor for his sunborn-like skin. Worked great!

  2. I have used this product on my daughter since she was about 2 months old. She has very sensitive skin and this was the 1st product that I found that moisturizes her skin without irratating it. After doing an extensive search I found that Amazon sells it for the cheapest price so we continue to buy it from here. We send one container to daycare and the other one stays at the house.

  3. I first came across Aquaphor when my husbands derm. told him to use it for his "confused" skin. It has been a life saver for him. I started using it as well for my lips, acne scars, dry spots, little cuts. It's great. Then when we had our daughter guess what they told us to use when she cut her face with her nails...aquaphor. You can't go wrong with this product. It's expensive but again, I can't live without it.

  4. I put this on my newborn if she's looking a little red, and it goes away within a few changes. Keeps her from fussing, and actually makes wiping the next poop easier!
I also like that this can be used for more than just diaper rash, unlike most products I was looking at. Also, I use a diaper service and the owner said he used this on his own kids and loved it. That was enough convincing for me!

  5. After having read all the reviews, I had high hopes for Aquaphor for baby's eczema. It turned out to be a gooey, sticky mess that rubbed off on everything and was hard to remove: me, bedsheets, clothes, toys... I agree with the previous reviewer: isn't 100% petrolatum (aka, Vaseline) better than Aquaphor's 41% petrolatum? Also generic petroleum jelly is $2. Aquaphor is 8x more at a whopping $16. I do use the remaining Aquaphor for baby's diaper area, and it seems to be working as well as petroleum jelly. For baby's eczema, turns out Eucerin Cream worked better. If you're dealing with eczema, perhaps you can try Eucerin Cream to moisturize and then lock it in (like another reviewer wrote) with Aquaphor.

5 comments about Aquaphor Gentle Wash for Dry, Sensitive Skin, 8 fl oz (237 ml) (Pack of 3).

  1. I tried almost 70% of all baby care products and this worked the best. All babies have delicate skin and using the wrong soap or cleanser can cause dryness. Aquaphor didn't dry all baby skin at all. All moms should definitely give it a try.

  2. I use this for my 20 mon baby. It's great. very gentle, no irritation on skin or eyes. I can use it for her everyday without a dry skin problem. She loves it too. She always says "my baby soap, love it" when I put it on her.

  3. This product was recommended by my dematologist--I have sensitive skin, and also have rosacea. The product is gentle and slightly moisturizing. Very nice!

  4. Two of my children have mild to moderate eczema. When my 2 year was born his skin became very red and dry once we brought him home from the hospital. My 4 year old had eczema so I just used the lotion on my newborn I was using on my 4 year old. It didn't work. I went through several different lotions. He was put on prescription strength hydrocrotisone because it wasn't getting better. Then I came across the gentle wash and thought I'd give it a try. It worked wonders in a matter of days. Now I use the gentle wash on both of my children and I don't need to lotion them after their baths during the summer. I know with the colder and dry weather coming I'll use the gentle wash and then Eucerin Lotion. People don't believe me when I say my boys have eczema. If your child has eczema or just sensitive skin this product will help.

  5. It's friendly to the skin, but the smell is not the best!
I've try it as a treatment to my baby's dry skin and it helped-out a lot....
    just try it...!

5 comments about Complex 15 Therapeutic Moisturizing Face Cream - 2.5 oz (Pack of 3).

  1. Have used Complex 15 for well over 10 years, started with my Dermatologists recommendation. Very benefical in hydrating and nourishing the skin layers. Recommend without reservation.

  2. Years ago I bought a book about cosmetics and it ranked Complex 15 above all the others, including hugely expensive creams like La Prairie. I've been using it ever since. There are creams that feel better right when you apply them, but none that perform better 24-7. The price makes it even better!

  3. I had never heard of this product, but ordered it after reading the great reviews on it. I have used it every day since receiving it - love it - and just ordered the 3 pack version of the product. Try it - you'll love it too!

  4. I adore this product. I have super sensitive skin and this is the one face cream that doesn't cause problems. I've tried all sorts of brands from Chanel to Yves St Laurent.

  5. I think I have the oiliest skin on the planet Earth, no really, and being of a darker pigmentation I really have to watch what I put on my face. Fortunately for me after looking for what seemed like an eternity, and trying so many different lotions, etc, I came across Complex 15. This is the only facial creme that works for me, and trust me, I have extremely oily skin. It goes on light and doesn't irritate, I love it.

5 comments about Nivea Body Good-Bye Cellulite Gel-Cream, 6.7 oz (198 g) (Pack of 2).

  1. Total waste of money. I have used this product twice a day for a month and I see ZERO difference in the appearance of cellulite. I really wanted it to work but it did NOT work at all! I think the good reviews on this product must be fake. I am better off just using cheap lotion instead. Do not waste your money on this.

  2. I purchased this three weeks ago and began using it as instructed. I chose the 2 times per day route. I find myself looking no different as well as having zits on my backside and my legs. I know that the gel is causing them because they show up within 30 minutes of application. I've gone a few days without using it, and when I start up again, I get more zits (after having them go away when I stop using the product). I rarely ever get zits on my backside. I'm pretty sure this crap is actually clogging my pores instead of doing me any good. Waste of time and money.

  3. The Nivea Body Good-Bye Cellulite Gel does help firm up the skin and reduce the visible signs of cellulite. The gel is great for problem areas such as the thighs and buttock. It is recommend to be applied twice daily, but is not an overnight success. It is great to apply after the shower and has a pleasant scent also. I would recommend the reoccurring shipments every few months.

  4. I am 42 and have tried all of the various creams, neutrogena, bliss fat girl slim etc. for the most part they have given me softer skin, but no real effect on the cellulite. I am now using the patches & the gel and after one week, things seem a little better back there! I dont think it has any real lasting effect, but helps the appearance and that is good enough for me this summer.

  5. I bought my first bottle of this lotion back in January because I was in the process of losing weight and wanted to start using firming lotions as I continued to lose more. First, I must say that the smell is very pleasant (unlike others I tried) and I really enjoyed the texture of the lotion... soft & silky.

I only used this lotion a few times a week at first (applying it to my thighs and lower buttocks), instead of twice a day as instructed... what can I say, I'm very forgetful. I did notice that my skin was softer, but didn't notice a dramatic change regarding the "bumps" and dimples on my thighs (I must note, I lost about 40 lbs & was still overweight, so I had many dimples to target).

I ended up buying another bottle and trying to remember to apply it at least once a day after I showered. After about 3-4 weeks, I started to notice a "softness" to the shape my dimples & bumps, if you will. They weren't completely gone, but the edges had become less rigid, so I figured I would continue applying this lotion during my daily routine in hopes that the progress would continue.

Now (it being April), I can say that I definitely notice a significant difference... to me, significant being around 40 to 50% improvement (what more can you expect from a $10 bottle of lotion). Note, I probably applied it only 5 times a week... if that. Overall, I am very pleased with the results, and plan to buy my third bottle whenever I run out.

5 comments about Philips Norelco 8060X Moisturizing Shaving System.

  1. I have been using the cool skin shavers for 9 years. My previous was the 7775X. The shaving 8060X system is a significant improvement over the old cartidge type models. The shaving system allows simply plugging the razor in the charging station and filling and charging in one simple action. The head system is much improved with no shaver body around the heads allowing the heads to trim easier under the nose and side burns. The heads are more firmer to allow pushing harder to get more pressure. The old razor heads merely recessed back into the body when pressed harder. I have noticed it takes less time to shave. I have not noticed any closer shave with the 8060X.

  2. I BOUGHT THIS ITEM AFTER I WAS IN IRAQ. THIS ITEM IS EXCELLENT AND I LOVE IT, I DONT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THIS RAZOR. THIS RAZOR IS GOOD IN THE SHOWER OR JUST SITTING IN YOUR ROOM SHAVING BEFORE YOU HEAD INTO WORK, I HAVE READ REPORTS WHERE PEOPLE SAY THE RAZOR DROPS FACIAL HAIR ON TO YOUR CLOTHING I HAVE NOT HAD A PROBLEM WITH THIS. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A GOOD RAZOR I RECOMMEND THIS RAZOR TO EVERYONE.

  3. I've been through a few electrics over the past few years looking for the best shave. Recently switched from a Norelco Speed XL to a Braun 360 complete, and even after 3 weeks I found the shave to be the worst I've ever had from an electric, especially on the neck. So I returned that to Braun and picked up this model over the arcitec. I was a little skeptical as I owned one of the older Cool Skin models (7735) and found it okay at best. This one however has to be the best electric razor I've ever used. No irritation, blade close shave, and an amazing job on the neck. You can shave in the shower or just wet your face but it's smooth either way. Don't let a few negative reviews steer you away from this one, it's actually as good as advertised.

  4. I bought the first edition of the Norelco Cool Skin/Advantage shavers back in 1999. I loved it for the convenience of being able to shave wet or dry, as well as being able to shave in the shower or bath tub. The ability to dispense lotion directly from the shaver was also a nice feature, eliminating the need to have a separate dispenser of shaving cream or gel. I bought another Cool Skin in 2004 (model 7775X). I found these shavers delivered a very smooth, comfortable shave on my tender skin. But the shave wasn't as close as a foil shaver, and it took longer to shave. So I also bought a Braun for occasions when I wanted a faster and really close (though somewhat more irritating) shave.

Three weeks ago I purchased the 8060x without any expectations of a major improvement. What a pleasant surprise! This shaver is much better than my 2004 model, and eliminates the need for a foil shaver.

I like its form factor - it's a bit lighter than my 7775X, and its smaller size makes it easier to hold and manipulate. The older Norelco had to be held in my fist - the newer model can be comfortably held in my fingers.

The protective cap for the shaving heads is much improved - it is less likey to be dislodged than was the case with older models.

The redesigned head makes it much easier to shave in hard to reach places, notably the neck and below the nose. And if you're troubled by hair growing out of your ears (Norelco calls this "second puberty"), the heads do a decent job of reaching this area.

Compared to my Braun (and a new Panasonic a friend loaned me), it still takes longer to shave with the 8060x, but the shave is now as close. "Close" means 24 hours after you shave. Foil shavers seem to cut the hairs further below the skin than rotary shavers, so 24 hours later you will have more growth from a rotary shave than a foil shave. Not so with the new Norelco - it now shaves as close, with far less irritation.

Shaving is pure pleasure with the Nivea lotion. Remember to wet your face first, and when things start to drag, using a bit more water, as well as Nivea, keeps things moving smoothly along. Other reviewers have noted the absence of a chamber to catch cut hairs, and as Norelco points out, Nivea is the key to keeping cuttings in place until the shaver is cleaned.

Cleaning the heads is easy. Just keep the shaver running under a tap of hot water for 30 seconds.

I love the convenience of the 8060x's charging stand. Having lotion automatically dispensed into the shaver is a real luxury. Also nice is having lotion electronically dispensed to your face, eliminating the need to repeatedly press the dispensing button on older models. Not to mention having to fuss with the Nivea cartridges used in older models.

This is also a very quiet shaver. My Braun sounds like a buzz saw, and my friend's Panasonic sounded like a dentist's drill. My 7775X is quieter than the first two, but 8060X is so quiet you may not even know it's on!

Negatives? Having to detach the cutting heads and replace them with the trimmer is inconvenient - many foil shavers let you simply flip up the trimmer. But this is a design issue that I suspect is not easily overcome with a triple head rotary shaver.

Overall, I am delighted with this shaver, and am awarding it 5 stars. My older Norelco and Braun are being retired.

  5. I really liked the Philips Norelco 8060X Moisturizing Shaving System as I had heard lots of good things about it. I got it for my husband for his birthday and he too liked it.

The best part is that there is no mess after he is done shaving and leaves his skin smooth and smelling nice. He doesn't have to worry about carrying shaving lotion as it is stored in the razor itself so its convenient for when he is traveling.

I would recommend Philips Norelco 8060X Moisturizing Shaving System to everyone. My husband really likes it.

5 comments about Cetaphil Fragrance Free Moisturizing Cream, 16-Ounce Jars (Pack of 2).

  1. I have used Cetaphil cream for years, and it's the only thing that's keeps my body moisturized. I wash my hands a lot, so it gets very dry. With other creams or lotions, I find myself constantly reapplying. But with Cetaphil cream, my hands feel instantly moisturized and I do not have to reapply until my next wash. Love it!

  2. If you have very sensitive skin like I do, try this product. It's the only thing I can use. I'm allergic or sensitive to every other product I've tried but this. I will continue to purchase this product at Amazon until it becomes too expensive or I develope a reaction to it. I've used it for two years now with no problem and I have very sensitive skin! I searched for it on Amazon.com because where I used to purchase it raised its price $5.00 a jar!!!!I'm very happy with my purchase. My daughter also uses this because of bad echema. This works great-try it!!

  3. I finally found something to treat my eczema, etc.... I had used petroleum jelly, eucerin cream, aquaphor and organic shea butter to treat my cracked heels, hands, flaky skin, etc...... BUT NOW, Cethaphil is finally here and it works well WITHOUT being too greasy/thick/sticky. I would still use shea butter as my facial moisturizer at night and during the cold season and petroleum jelly for my heels BUT I'll be buying this FOREVER as my daytime facial moisturizer and will replace my eucerin body lotion. My husband and 2 teenage sons were also using this for their faces when they became too dry during the cold months. They liked it a lot 'coz it's fragrance-free. It works.... so the price doesn't matter anymore 'coz the entire family benefit from it.....Highly recommended!

  4. I bought this because my dermatologist recommended it for my extremely dry skin on my face and I love it, I use it all over. It is probably the best moisturizer I have ever used. It has a very neutral smell and does not at all feel greasy and it absorbs quickly. I WILL be buying this again and again!

  5. This is the only moisturizer that has worked to get rid of my baby's eczema. And we have tried tons! It has been a lifesaver for us, we love it.

5 comments about Udderly Smooth Udder Cream Skin Moisturizer, 12-Ounce Jars (Pack of 6).

  1. The udderly smooth cream is great for LEGS AND ARMS and every where else. I really like it and I think it heals, also. nj

  2. This product is the best I have ever found on the market for use as a hand cream, body moisturizer, foot soother, and sunburn relief. It is also great for burns, rashes and sore lips. Try it and discover many uses for it.

  3. This product is difficult to find in local stores. The only way to survive a midwestern winter with your skin intact involves a constant application of moisturizers, and as someone who washes her hands often, this is "hands-down" one of the best products on the market. It sinks in quickly, isnn't greasy, and gives immediate relief.
BTW, keep your hands out of your eyes and don't apply this product to your face if you are sensitive to any of the ingredients.

  4. I had previously purchased this product in a local store. Soon they had stopped carrying it. When I found the Udder Cream on Amazon, I was very pleased. This is a wonderful product. It makes my skin feel smooth and soft. I appreciate the opportunity to express my opinion regardding my purchase. I am very satisified with my purchase and my experience with Amazon.com. Thanks!!!

  5. I get dry skin to the point it looks like its snowing when I shake out my trousers. This product works! Amazon has it for a great price. Buy 6 and give some to friends and family. It is cheap enough you can put it everywhere that you need it.

5 comments about Nivea Visage Q10 Advanced Wrinkle Reducer Night Creme, 1.7-Ounce Tubs (Pack of 2).

  1. My wife have 3 weeks using it, I feel my face smooth and not dry.
I hope all my wrinkle disappear in the minor time of using it.
I do not give all the 5 stars because I need a magic cream to take away all my wrinkles.Maybe this cream need more time to the optimum result.
This is not a bad offer because amazon give you two creams for the price of one, !great offer!.
If this offer continue I will buy it again.
    Thanks amazon.

  2. This is such a great product. Miss "Allergy Girl" here who can't use just anything, I've found that this is the best product out there. (don't tell the folks at Mary Kay - but this stuff is better!) I stopped using MK, even though I sell it, because Consumer Reports recommended this product over any other. So, after trying it per their advice, I couldn't agree more. Be sure you get the day cream as well. With that, even though I have severely dry skin, I seldom have to use a moisturizer during the winter. It puts back your normal moisture in your skin that stops production when you're only 21. Great, great stuff, Highly, highly recommend!

  3. I love this cream and was disappointed to see it taken off shelves at local major retails such as Long's Drugs, Rite Aid and other. I was very happy to see it available online and at such a great price.

  4. This is a good basic product for everyday use. It will not get your wrinkles disappear overnight but will make your skin look moisturized and rested. I recommend this product to anyone with normal and/or combination skin.

  5. I use a combination of high-end and drugstore brand skin care products, and this is one of my favorites. It is a very thick cream but not at all greasy. It smells wonderful and soaks right in. I have acne prone skin and this doesn't cause my face to break-out. Very highly recommended!!
