1. Great case. I received a TomTom as a gift, and needed an all-in-one case... something that I could fit the GPS, charger, window mount, and even my EZpass in, since I transport the items in and out of my car often. The bonus is the hard protective shell, which I was unable to find in the other cases that cost almost twice as much. Only complaint is that it is kinda bulky, but what are you gonna do. I'd rather have my items in one case and protected, so I'm satisfied.

2. Great concept if you don't want to add a 2nd screen on your dashboard for your backup video. Great value considering most backup cameras and video sell for around $150. Your get a nice GPS for another $100. Text-to-speech feature works great, and the GPS also dims automatically at night. You usually find these features in higher end systems. I had trouble getting the video. There are 2 channels (for an additional camera). I've sent an email explaining my problem and within the hour I received a response with instructions in how to fix the problem. That's great customer service!!! All I had to do was change the channel. Sounds easy, but that part of the set up menu, was in Chinese. That's why I never figured it out on my own. One thing I would like to improve on, is on the "status bar" at the bottom. The characters are a bit small, that includes the directions, next turn, speed and time remaining. Most GPS use a dark bar with big characters that are easy to read. Maybe in the future with a software upgrade this may change. I would definitely buy this product again. Besides, most of the popular GPS don't offer the backup camera, so there aren't many choices out there. One more thing, the camera works great in the dark.



3. I waited to write this review to make sure this product was as good as it seemed. We bought a 2006 Tacoma that had no navigation or backup camera like our Pilot does that is built in. I researched alot of GPS's as I did not want separate monitors on dash. I also needed to change the setting to get the backup camera on the screen after we added dual headset DVD's and hardwired XMradio it no longer would show image on screen..I e-mailed Joe and had an answer within hours. The navigation has been as good as the one in our Honda..it has been really reliable..the hardest thing is hearing the speech as it is not like a built in that cuts off the stereo sound but you can still see the screen just fine. 4. I've only been using this a few days, but so far, disappointed. The installation was pretty straightforward, but not perfect. In CA the camera blocks part of the registration stickers on upper lic. plate. On some trucks you may not be able to use the lower lic. plate mount. The camera signal seems verrrry sensitive. Sometimes the screen flickers so much it is almost useless. This is my first GPS, so I don't know how they compare. They use DESTINATOR7 software. Seems like there are still bugs in it. Not all screen controls work and not all directions are accurate. I'm still fine tuning, but so far DOESN'T seem WORTH THE $300 (?)

1. This is a great product, the mount the Tom Tom came with I did not like, as I drive a large SUV and can not mount anything to my front window and it was difficult to see. With this mount I can adjust it for the lighting, with the navi mat it is perfect for my dash and it is great. Highly recommended.



2. The original mounting kit for the TomTom 720 is too short. This one, on the otherhand, is a little too long. This is seen in a vibration that sets up once the car is underway. Too bad there isn't one that is about half the length of this one. That said, I still like it much, much better than what TomTom supplied. This one has a much superior window clamp than the one supplied by TomTom. Once clamped, it is there. Not so with the TomTom kit.



3. this mount is great. put your tom tom in comforable reach. a nice addition to make mounting the tom tom beter.



4. I lost my Windshield Mount and bought this one.
   I thought flexibility will be nice but it vibrates too much!
   It's annoying.
   I agree that suction is much better than the one that came but I just can't use a gps that makes me have to focus on it more time that I should because it is vibrating.



5. Definately an upgrade from the standard, short mount.
   Great suction power (make sure to activate the lever on the base).
   A bit of vibration but that also depends on the car's ride.
   Finally, I can see the screen in good detail!

1. I bought this after I had a GPS bounce off the pavement. It is a real flexible and easy adjustable mount made specifically for the Garmin Nuvi 610, 660, 670 and 680. I gave it 3 stars because it comes in pieces in a plastic bag and does not include a part list or intsructions. You have to guess as to if you have it installed correctly and if you got all the parts you were supposed to get.

1. Attaching the GPS unit to this vent mount instead of using the suction mount that comes with the GPS has the advantage that you can take the whole thing off and put it into the glove compartment, without any visible sign of a GPS in your car. That's a great help to prevent break-ins because thieves nowadays look for traces of suction mounts or empty GPS cradles and will smash the window to check.
   
   The vent mount requires some fiddling to get it on and off the vent, though. You have to press the clamps together with force and wiggle the mount back-and-forth to slide it over the hump. Once attached, it is reasonably stable, even on bumpy roads.



2. It was pretty easy to put it on once i figured out which side had to go up. It actually works in a few different ways and i just had to find the ONE that worked for me best.
   I like the GPS in the vent instead of using the window mount, if you have an accord you know how steep the windows are, my arms definitely aren't long enough for that... fortunately this works great!



3. Parts are a little tight with original tom tom. I did not know that is comes in 4 pieces. Easy to assemble. Make sure that slats in your vent are stationary. There is no up down tilt like tom tom mount. If your vent moves you will have a problem getting your gps positioned correctly. My set up works but i did not check for this critical fact before ordering. I would recomend product and seller."

1. Purchased this product due to the fact that I didn't know what I really needed. The only reason I didn't give this product a 5 star was due to the u-bolt that mounts it to the handle bars wasn't coated with anything, so the handle bars will probable have a scratch when I take it off. The product works great for my Garmin Etrex Legend. I used it for several long rides and it was nice to be able to adjust it to any angle. This is a nice item that works well.
