5 comments about Garmin A/C Charger for StreetPilot C Series.
- Very convenient, and very helpful if you let the battery in your Garmin run down.
- I am glad I brought the charger but I felt it should have came with the GPS because you do need it especially if your cigarette lighter does not work to charge the battery, you will have to charge it at home. So it came in handy.
- I have never used the USB cord since I first set up my Garmin C340, so this is perfect to put a charge on my Streetpilot whether at home before heading out or when traveling. The price is great! Add it to the Garmin carrying case to get the free shipping. Awesome combo.
- i have the garmin streetpilot c320. i've had it for almost 3 years now. but the other day i left the stand on the windsheild, in over 90 degree heat. so it was even hotter in my car.
the ac adapter in my car was still plugged in to the stand, and when i pulled it out, the charger part of the stand broke off when i pulled it.
i love my gps, i dont know what i'd do with out it, so i had to get a replacement.
i decided to get this, so i dont have to mess with cords in my car. i can just bring the gps into the house when the battery is low. its really nice not have to wrap the stiff ac cord up when i put my gps away when not using it.
- I don't know why you would need this. We ordered it and only used it one time. After figuring out how to use our Garmin we discovered that our model does not hold a charge, thus we cannot carry it around and use it. To use it as a GPS, it has to be in a car and plugged into the outlet there. You wouldn't really have a need to have your GPS plugged in at your home, because it isn't moving and cannot function.

5 comments about Garmin Automotive Mount for Nuvi 660 (010-10823-02).
- I cannot rate this item because I never received it. When tracking it thru Amazon it showed that USPS had delivered the item. Since, I never saw the item Amazon immediately refunded my money.
- The temporary adhesive that comes with this unit is MUCH too weak to hold the Nuvi 660. The mount starts giving way almost immediately. I can't understand how Garmin can sell this for the Nuvi 660.
I want to be able to move the mount between vehicles, so I can't use the permanent adhesive. I am returning the mount.
- Just what I needed after I lost the cradle for my Garmin. This was a great price for this item, delivery was fast.
- We used the Nuvi 660 driving throughout northern Arizona in the summer of 2008.
The provided suction cup mount was abismal, failing to stay put during most of our 8 day SUV trip. I'd highly recommend the dash-based mounting kit.
As far as directions went, we generally found it reliable, with caution.
We did experience at least 3 wrong directional turns on our trip, however. We also found it prone to mis-directions anytime we deviated from the path it plotted. "Recalculating, sometimes meant: "Uh Oh!"
Randy Hoff
- It does not mount anywhere in the car very safely, because nothing is flat. I mounted it on the re-view mirror, not the safest place but I sure could see it all the time.

5 comments about Garmin Vehicle Suction Mount with 12-Volt Adapter for StreetPilot C Series (010-10609-00).
- Purchased to replace an original Garmin mount that was stolen. This unit works exactly like it is supposed to. It sticks to the windshield very strongly, adjusts sufficiently to allow a good view, and is just an all around good product. No complaints whatsoever. Also, I live in Yuma, and even though it gets VERY hot here I haven't experienced the "suction cup welding itself to the windshield" that others have run into. Then again, I moisten the suction cup before sticking it, and I do not use this unit for driving around town, only when I travel, so it only stays stuck to the windshield for a day or two at a time. For theft deterrent reasons, you should be taking it down anyway, to make your vehicle less of a target. You would THINK that thieves would not steal just an empty mount, but in my case I found out the hard way that they WILL steal ANYTHING that is not bolted down, valuable or not. Even if it is just the mount with no GPS, it may make thieves think the GPS is hidden somewhere in the car. Take your GPS with you when you leave, and take the "steal me" mount out of the window.
- Garmin's website is too frustrating to use to order this simple part. This is the way to go. I have a suggestion. My old one is OK except for the rubber disk that adheres to the windshield. It is pitted due to UV damage and stress when removing it from a windshield. It also looks like it could be replaced. How about offering just the disk (at a much lower cost)?

- I love my Garmin and enjoy having the 12 volt adapter. It makes getting around so easy.
- This product is excellent. I have tried other similiar products and this particular one comes out on top of them all.
- I bought this mount to replace the original one that came with the GPS unit. This unit works great and is better then the original one.

5 comments about Garmin 010-10725-00 Edge Bike Mount.
- Hey, what can one say other then these are designed to allow you to mount an Edge Cycle GPS to your bike and that is what they do. I have used my Edge w/ this mount for over a month now & it hasn't fallen off. It mounts the unit securely.
When you install, make sure that the release lever is lined up w/ the cutout in the rubber base. This is easy to see when you have the mount.
The release tab is a possible weakness. It is a long thin piece of plastic. Over time, it could possibly break or become loose enough that the Edge might possibly come unlocked from the mount.
- I wanted to use my Garmin Edge on both my bikes, so I bought an extra mount. Works as advertised.
- Worked just like the one that came with my original Garmin, I have two bikes so I can easily transfer it between them.
- I was forced to buy yet another mount for my Edge 305 after the first two broke. The last time this happened my Edge was run over by a car. Garmin finally replaced the unit at a cost of $40 to me, but I am not at all happy with the poor design of the mounting bracket. It can only be explained by a purposeful "built-in-obselescence"-type design. Thanks GARMIN for cheating us consumers and proving your no better than any other manufacturer out there. I want my $40 dollars back and a new bracket than will not put my >$300 dollar investment at risk again!
- I've broken several of these now. The locking tab is very flimsy and will snap off if you bump it the wrong way. Since you have to remove the Edge daily to charge it, the tab is constantly exposed to damage. Unfortunately, there are no alternative mounts.

5 comments about Garmin Suction Cup Mount (010-10936-00).
- This product works. But it is a little tougher to get the ball in the socket than the one that came with the Nuvi origionally. Not only does the ball not fit in the socket, the suction cup stinks. It fell off my window during my driving.
I would not recommend this product to other buyers. If I could CHANGE my rating, I would rate a 3/5 stars. BUY THE OFFICIAL ONE FROM GARMIN, ITS WORTH THE EXTRA MONEY, TRUST ME , I HAD BOTH!
Seller was good, honest, no problems there, but product was not the same as the original Nuvi Suction cup mount, and definitely isn't as good as the one that comes with the product. Good seller, bad product.
- I have a Garmin Nuvi and needed a second suction cup mount for a second car. This was it and it is GREAT! All I have to do now is move the Nuvi back and forth between cars and attach to window mounts! Slick and easy!
- This mount is identical to the one that came new with the Nuvi. It works well and is manufactured by Garmin.
- I needed an extra suction mount for another car, but most just gave you the suction part and not the mount. Well, I really didn't want to have to carry around the one mount I had with me all the time, so this is perfect! Exactly like the one that came with the gps-very happy!
- I received only the suction cup mount, but not the bracket shown in the picture, my order looks like item 010-10747-00 from Garmin, which is only the mount. This obivously makes the mount useless, since I'm purchasing this mount to replace one that was stolen. I'm still trying to figure out if it was a mistake from Amazon, or the item does not come with the bracket. I would rather have purchased this directly from Garmin, since now Amazon is giving me headache and money loss from having to return the item for refund.

5 comments about Garmin Suction Cup Mount with 12-Volt Adapter for Nuvi 350 and 360 (010-10935-00).
- Exactly what I was looking for and more. The second head piece made the parts sitting around into a third complete unit. Perfect!!!!
- These are the same as original Garmin accessories, and were bought so mounts and cords did not have to be carried from car to car. They work....what else can I say?
- It comes with: the 12 volt adapter that plugs into the mounting head, the suction cup mount with armature and head, an additional mounting head, and a flat dashboard stick-on plate so it can be suction cupped to the dash instead of the windshield should you so choose. Definitely everything you need, everything fits well with the nuvi 370 I have, and all of it at a reasonable price.
- As every Garmin Nuvi 350 owner can attest, the original power cord is junk. So far this replacement has worked perfectly with no problems found on the original i.e. having to hold it in the 12v socket to get power. Nice that this kit also includes an exta mount so I can move it from vehicle to vehicle easier.
- This OEM Prodect works perfectly with my Nuvi. I have had no problems so far, although I have not used the suction cup mount (just the charger and the black piece that hooks up the garmin to my dashboard garmin stand).
The only reason it lost a star is because I known from previous experience that the charger is susceptible to breaking, I've had one fall apart for no apparent reason before.

5 comments about Garmin Suction Cup Mount for Nuvi (010-10723-03).
- The suction cup on this item doesn't seem to want to stay on to any glass. I would suggest looking for another option to mount your unit in your vehicle.
- It blows that you have to buy the whole mount because Garmin won't make a suction cup separately. Sure, I understand a lot of companies do this, but by now they must know that their suction cup sucks royally. The least they can do is sell the cup separate since they don't want to make a quality cup. Still, it's probably better than the old one.
- I have had many problems with this suction cup mount, and I now have the bean bag mount. The bean bag mount is 1000 times better!! We absolutely love it and you will too.
- Not all cups fit all Nuvi's This one doesn't fit a 680 and you can't tell from the description.
- Product was a replacement for one that broke. Have been very satified with it's past usage.

4 comments about Navigon 3.5-Inch Premium Leather Case (Fits 3.5-Inch GPS Units from All Major Brands).
- This is a nice case but it is a little to big for the Navigon...but I would say it is a good product for the price
- I got this @ 50% off with my purchase of a new Garmin Nuvi 270.
The unit fits snuggly in the case and is secured via a magnet on the flap. The case stunk of new leather so no fake materials here. Since I absolutely had to buy a case for the Garmin this is a really good choice. Good value for money too. As a frame of reference I would say that under $15 is a very good price for this case.
- This came in as an upsell even if the GPS box already included a case....
- This is a great and handy GPS carrying case that is well made and stylish.

5 comments about Garmin City Navigator NT SD Data Card for Garmin GPS Units, Europe (010-10680-00).
- I tried this product in the "Interior" of Sao Paulo.
It did not have a listing for the airport that we flew into. Using it to give directions from the airport to our destination was a disaster. It wanted us to go through every small town and down the frontage roads of the "freeway", rather then stay on the "freeway".
At our destination, it wanted us to drive the wrong way on the one way streets, was off aprox 100 meters, or one street all of the time.
Based on what I saw, this product is not ready for use outside of the big cities.
- The maps work well in my Garmin Nuvi 350. This was a nice transaction.
- The brazilian map requires atualization, there are shopping centers, streets and other places that are more than 3 years old and they don't appear in the gps guide. Besides that it works perfectly.
- Works perrfect in Brazil. In Recife, where I live, its poor regarding restaurants/POI. Delivered quickly.
- The Brazilian map is of no use. I live here and used it on approx. 1'000 miles.
a) In the city, streets are lacking, have outdated intersections, returns etc. And the map is constantly off some 100 ft.
b) On the countryside the situation is even worse: the location of the streets, cities, intersections is off by several miles. Existing streets are missing, streets on the map are inexistent.
Result in both cases: The routes created by the GPS device are simply wrong. The wrong position causes the device to constantly recalculate the route (as it sees itself never at the actual location) in another wrong way. As for the wrong maps: I "cruised" miles over the sea (in my car), on the other side, the ferry boat Salvador-Itaparica "drove" on land. Cities are on the wrong side of a river (imagine in a country where a bridge may be an issue of 100 miles and up!). If I had followed the routes calculated by Garmin, I would have had to dissemble the car: the only way to follow Garmin's route would have been by a canoe ferry.
Even as a compass it is unusable: E.G. In case you are driving west (miles south of the road shown on the map) and you are approaching a road coming from the south, getting closer to this "southern road" than your actual "western road", the device thinks that you are driving north on the "southern road". Confusing? Yes that's what it is all about. You are constantly busy thinking "what does it show, what could that mean?".
Don't waste your time!

5 comments about Garmin Bicycle Mount for eTrex and Summit (010-10267-00).
- Hello
I purchased this so I could mount my etrex to my road bike. The mount would not fit around the handle bar so I had to attach the mount to the bike using some zip tie's.
I think it would fit my mountain bike just fine.
Kevin
- What a disappointment. The battery cover does not work on a eTrex Venture CX model. What a disappointment. The CX has a flash card slot on the upper left which requires a notch in the cover. This one does not have the notch so it will not fit. I also do not have the o-ring mentioned by the other reviewer so I am not sure if it will seal 100% on regular units anyway.
What a bummer I threw away the packaging before I actually tried to mount it on the bicycle anyway. What a bummer.
- Don't worry. Use the "auxiliary mount adapter" that comes with your GPS unit, may be you have dropped it into the box. This adapter attaches to the GPS unit easily, screwing it on the back of the original battery cover, don't remove it, and don't replace it with the bike mount cover, it is useless. Now you can install the Etrex either on the handlebar mount or on the Suction Mounting Bracket. You don't need to buy anything else.
- I've got the eTrex Vista hcx and was immediatly annoyed that it wasn't as waterproof as the original cover. And then I realized I could not get the battery cover to work.
BUT what I discovered is all you need is the 010-10496-00 (search Amazon for part number) for the part that is what goes on the handle bars (and a tiny part that comes with the HCX). It's only a little cheaper but it's all you need. I'm assuming this is true for any of the models with memory cards since that was my problem in getting it to work.
Before I got this I knew the part I wouldn't like: I'll need a phillips to get the handlebar adaptor on and off when traveling (when renting a bike or ORV).
But now my biggest complaints are tied to the tiny piece I mentioned above: one it needs a flathead screwdriver to attach to the case, and (2) it's pretty small (in terms of losing it). Because of this I'm tempted to file down the inside of the new battery cover so it fits my HCX. This way I won't lose anything (or have the flathead screw get loose). Or just buy a spare battery cover (not sold at Amazon but only $10) and leave the adapter permanently screwed on.
- Put simply, this case was badly designed for mountain bikers! I sold mine 2 weeks after buying it.
Why is it bad?
The whole gps is supported by the bottom battery case, which in turn is supported by a tiny metal hinge in the case. With all the vibrations in mountain biking, the hinge will eventually become loose and perhaps the batteries may come loose. I've heard of batteries coming loose from other users and the gps loosing power!
Garmin needs to design a holder that holds the entire gps body rather than the battery cover only.
Bottom line : NEVER get this for mountain biking. It might perhaps be a little less damaging in road biking.
