1. Personally I hate books that claim to be `complete guides' immediately you know that there is going to be a lot of stuff missing. That is certainly true with this book. It has three meager pages at the front of the book dealing with drying. The rest of the book is taken up with a catalog of different plants that can be used in dried arrangements. Each pages has one or two plants on it along with a color paintings rather than a photograph. - Personally I prefer photos in a book like this. There is drying information for each plant but it is buried in the very short text that accompanies each picture rather than being broken out in a separate heading like other items are. The items broken out - color, region it's native to, height etc. - to me are not as important as how to dry the plant for use. I was not very impressed with this book, others have done it much better.

1. This book is great for anyone. It is discriptive and full of great pictures. It has all kinds of different arrangements for the holidays as well as the different seasons. I highly recommend it.



2. It has everything you need to know to start your dried floral arrangement projects. It features different types of projects you can do such as wreaths, bouquets, wall decors, accents, holiday items. Highly recommended.



3. Even if you are familiar with drieds, this book stimulates your imagination with new ideas. Many ranges of ideas--great for making wreaths and other gift items for those whose taste differs from yours. Can also be used like a "cookbook" with great results.



4. There are some good project-ideas in this book but for me the results are unattractive, overloaded with flowers and accents and not balanced. I would not want to make very many of these as shown although there are helpful tips on "how to" that I can use. I was disappointed.



5. This is a wonderful book! If you only want one book on dried floral arranging this is the one to have. Whether you are just starting out or have been doing floral crafts for years, this book offers plenty of projects (over 90) to create or to be inspired by and in typical Leisure Arts fashion, each project is beautifully illustrated with colored photographs of both the projects and the step-by-step instructions.
