1. I think that this book was a great help to my completion of the game and how it gave me great tips on how to play very well online. I recently have moved up in status because of this.



2. Mark Walker's TA Kingdoms strategy guide is very helpful for solving the 'Play the Adventure' section of the game, but rather sparse on the intricate details of the game.

   For instance, sighting range, hit points, and weapon damage for each fighting unit are listed, but other details like unit velocity or weapon range are not.

   The book spends a lot of space repeating what is already in the game and in the game manual. I was hoping for more information about how unit experience affects performance, why certain units cannot effectively battle other units (like Verunan war ships vs. Sky Knights), and other fine points of strategy and game design.

   The book does include strategy pointers for multi-player campaigns and computer opponents; and the book is very well-written, laid out, and easy-to-read. However, I would only recommend spending the sixteen dollars if you get stuck on the 'Adventure'. Get the rest of your info on the TA web site or on newsgroups.

1. I received this book today. I opened it and read the first two paragraphs. It skips over all the details. If you are looking for a book that glosses over all the challanges this game offers, than this book is for you. I would send it back right now but it is cheaper to just throw it away.



2. It is pretty good but it skips over things. In alot of places I could not figure it out and had to go on the Internet to look for a better walkthru. Otherwise it is pretty good.



3. This Pocket guide Is Very Helpful It Has Heaps Of writing And Plenty Of Screenshots It Looks great So If You Think It's Bad Think Again!

1. What a fantastic guide. Dark Earth is very storyline driven and the guide goes into great detail on the story and the characters. The walkthrough section is one of the best I have seen written in great detail enhancing the story. There are a few different paths you can take and the author explains the paths and the consequences of each. You can't have much more fun than this if you like old school gaming.

1. I gave this book a rating of four. It had very little useful information, and the useful information it did have, (which was the section naming the different kinds of Tamagotchis there are,) was incorrect! If you need Tamagotchi information, I recommend The Official Tamagotchi Guide and Record Book. It is authorized by Bandai. It also includes growth charts for Tamagotchi Generations 1 and 2, along with pictures and pronounciations of the names of the different Tamagotchi kinds. If you need Giga Pet information, I recommend Electronic Pet Care (Scholastic.)It lists several kinds of Giga Pets, as well as helpful hints.



2. This book covers everything from Tamagotchi to Giga Pets to Nano Baby to Baby Dino to something called ZaZoo, which is a dog that instead of pooping, it prefers to have a shower.



3. The book mainly is about tams, and doesn't have the Gen.2 tam growth chart. But still, it doesn't have the Gen.2 growth chart, which is kinda bad
