- this book may give you the tips and good moves, but it doesn't exactly explain how to do the moves, like how to set the opponent up to get him in the stone cold stunner.
- The magazine was full of details, it kept me on the edge of my seat thinking about what would happen next. full pictures with great close ups, and some interviews. it keeps readers in the scoop and what's up in the world wrestling federation. My mom loves it. She can't stop talking, reading or watching the WWF. She watches it more than I do, and she's 30 some years old. The only reason why she wathces it or reads about it is because of Stone Cold Steve Austin, but I watch it and read about The Rock. I love wrestling and so does my family. It keeps us up to date with what's going on in the WWF, and it is doing a really good job at it. Thank You for your time.
- It had everything that you could ever want in it. It didn't have everything exactly right, but it was close enough. EXCELLENT!
- I am 30 years old from Atlanta Georga as a former WWF wrestling fan, I am now completly against the WWF. I am a member of a small organization working to ban WWF from television. Our work is going VERY well and we are well on our way. I have heard that WCW is a cleaner less leazy company. I have not gotten a chance to catch it's Monday Night shows but I will see for my self next week. I am now getting 10 of my friends from California to join my organization. When they join, I will have 40 people against the WWF.
- to the 30 year old from atlanta, i can understand how you think wwf is a joke. but really its people who are involved in serious business. some of the people on it are a joke yes, but there are a lot of people like the rock that aren't really bad guys.i would think that you would understand that it is all an act and the people on it aren't really like that. i know a lot of people that refused to watch wwf at first but then when they started knowing all the charecters and understood it better they started watching it. they picked their favorites and are now fans of their own. you have to understand that people like stone cold and the rock are peoples heros. now you should know that because at one time your were a fan yourself. and i think the best thing for you to do is remember the reason you started watching it in the first place. and then maybe you'd realize that its not so bad after all. i also think banning it is a bad idea because there are more people that like it, and few that don't.
i would appreciate it if you take my advice from ?

- This is a wonderful book that covers all aspects of the Microsoft Flight Simulator98 program as well as a HUGE amount of additional information. This book is very interesting and well written. Although there is a large number of equations in this book, each equation is followed by a solved example that makes the information crystal clear.
The text contains MANY errata. Fortunately the author has set up a web site where you can download the corrections and software patches/updates. ENJOY!!!
- If you are willing to take the time to read this book and practice with the sim, you are in for a lot of fun. Microsoft Flight simulator is no doubt the best flight sim that you can buy. I've used it since day one when it was not much more than stick figures. I've use a few books and have not seen one that gives you as much info as this one. My advise if you are really serious about this simulator. GET THIS BOOK. Be able to do the things that you would never be able to do with out it. I give it five stars
- This is a very complete and technical book. It has over a hundred approach charts and many american enroute chart. VocĂȘ tem que comprar este livro!(You have to buy this book!)
- This book is excellent, it will benefit both theorists (like myself) and those who are dying to get their planes off the ground. I think a baisc knowledge of the physics of flight is absolutely essential to be a pilot, good or not. Although formulae such as those for calculating moments of intertia of rigid bodies, would be beyond most readers, on the whole this book is the absolute best in it class! A note to critics of this book who think all they need is a 15 page manual full of keyboard short cuts to become a (virtual) pilot - It will never happen!
- This book is a masterpiece! Having also bought other flight sim books, they pale into insignificance compared to this effort. Quite how long it must have taken to write, I've no idea. But I do know there's tons of useful information - all well written, clear and accurate. I'm just reading it all again for a second time - it's that good. The CD also contains some excellent programs. In particular the moving map display is excellent.
Don't bother with any of the inside moves books - get this instead!

- ANYONE can write this dung. Just another For Dummies type book that does nothing. You're better off reading from the actual online site or others like it like tweak3d.net, hardocp.com, tomshardware.com, or pcabusers.com.
- This is a book for beginners. Every disgruntled reviewer here is a techie who reads hardware websites and UNDERSTANDS them! They didn't like the book because they didn't find anything new in it that they didn't already know. Despite the fact that Anand has very plainly said on his website that this is a book for beginners and isn't for his regular readers (unless they were lost). Of course they didn't listen and went out and bought the book anyway.
If you have trouble understanding computer specs, if the idea of removing your computer's case makes you uncomfortable, if you've never put together your own pc - this book is for you. Honestly you'll be very hard pressed to find a more comprehensive guide to computer hardware that's written in PLAIN ENGLISH.
- This book is perfect for bringing moderate PC users up to speed with the more detailed and complex issues of PC hardware.
While advanced PC types will most likely already understand all the material presented in this book, nowhere have I seen it explained more simply. All-in-all it is the perfect companion to AnandTech.com. Anyone who has read this book will be able to understand all the issues discussed on the website with ease.
- This book was great, it explained the workings of a computer more in depth but was easy to understand. It helped me learn many things about a computer that i wouldn't have known otherwise.
- I hold a much more moderate view of this book than many of the reviewers who have written here.
PC hardware evolves at an amazing rate. The web provides an up-to-date view of the details, but, it's hard to build a context from web reviews if you don't already have one. Books like this offer context, but are already behind the technical times when they come to press. If you're like me, wanting context and current facts both so you can put together a killer machine when you've never built a PC before, you're going to have to build your understanding from the web and books at the same time. Sad but true.... I think Shimpi's book is the best book out there at providing context. It's deep, thorough, and clearly-thought-through. If you want to watch over someone's shoulder while they build a couple of PCs, then Rosenthal's _Build Your Own PC_ is your book. The thing is, it's just a couple of old designs. The devil's in the details, you know? If your grannie wants context, she should read Chambers' _Building a PC for Dummies_: Shimpi's book goes orders of magnitude deeper (which I crave). If you imagine you'll be upgrading hundreds or thousands of PCs of all ages, you'll want Mueller's _Upgrading and Repairing PCs_: Shimpi's book cuts through the detail to the ideas. The other books I've looked at go downhill from these. If you want to learn enough to build yourself a killer PC, I recommend this book and the web (other reviewers have done a great job listing the best sites). Still, I give the book three stars because the prose is horrible. The majority of paragraphs here contain a sentence or two that don't parse. Laughably unintelligable sentences come by way too often. I hold technical books to a different standard than bestsellers, granted, but this book is bad among technical books. I want the currency of the web, but not the bad writing! Anand, I hope you keep this up to date. I also hope you find a copy editor before you publish V2. Your readers will thank you for it.
