4. I have just got the game and the book and I am going great guns with it. I have found the book to be really helpful in getting at those jiggies. I know that some of the other reviews have said that the maps are not very good, but I prefer to find my own way around the worlds. I especially like the tick sheet at the back of the book, so that you can tick off each jiggy, cheato page or other item that you have got in each of the worlds. It makes it easy to leave the ones that you find difficult to get and then come back at a later time and have another go at getting them. A hit as far as I'm concerned!



5. This guide is amazing! It will help you find EVERYTHING! It tells you exactly where to find every Jiggy, Jinjo and it also helps you through EVERY mission. Check out the great features, every character is introduced, every move is listed and there's even a checklist in the back of the book! Wow! The only bad thing that I would have to say about this guide is that the maps (which help gratefully alot) are sort of undetailed, but if you're good with your left and right, you shouldn't have too much of an issue. I've had the game and guide for years, and mine's falling apart, but it still serves it's purpose. You won't need any other guide than this. It's loaded with everything a perfect guide should have.

1. It's the BEST strategy book for a fighting game ever!!!! Complete with tons of codes, moves, hints, and beautiful artwork....GET IT!



2. Though the level of complexity (of the game) is not as high, as, say, Tekken, the real meat of the game is reflected in this excellent book. And that's all you'll need, right?

   Ben and his co-author have ripped the game wide open, put it in an easy-to-read format, and allow for exploration for combos and such.

   This book earns the coveted "5 stars" award for being easy-to-read, organized, and being a pleasure to look at, due to the wealth of the artwork.

1. This book does not deliver. It is presumed to be a startegy guide for Talon Soft's East Front. The book gives a little detail on German doctrine on the east front in WWII and Russian doctrine. For most players of East Front, this information is all very basic knowledge. The section on Russian doctrine, makes it sound as though the Russians did everything wrong, yet somehow won the war. The historical part of the book is so weak it is laughable. The section with tips on the scenarios takes the scenario description verbatim from the gamd and adds minor almost useless enhancements. I went into this book expecting tips and hints on how to play the game and got very little of that. I would not recomend this book to any buyer. They would do better to stand in a book store and scan the book. That way all of the pertinent information could be picked up quickly and inexpensively.

1. Prima has done it again, rolling out with another comprehensive, concise and very useful strategy guide for the hit videogame TOMB RAIDER. Good writing and detailed descriptions of all the steps to complete this adventure are well-written and easy to follow; if the pictures had been in color it would have been easier to pinpoint the location that the guide is talking about. Overall, a very worthy purchase and THE strategy guide to pick up.



2. ON LEVEL LONDON - Aldwych there is suppose to be 5 secrets and the book only list 4. I've also notice other area of problems as well. I'm wondering how many other problems will present themselves from this half baked book.



3. This book is mostly a walk-through of the game which includes black & white screen shots and a description of what to do at each point. The screen shots would have been easier to follow if in color. Not every pick-up is noted, and Roberts said as much in the intro. If you get stuck and need more details, I suggest Tomb Raider: Prima's Official Stategy Guide, by Kip Ward. Ward uses color screen shots and mentions everything. I got both books and used Ward only if Roberts wasn't enough. If you're the type that doesn't want to be told every little detail--stick with Roberts. I very much liked the interview with the game's programmers in this book and would have liked that part to have been longer.



4. Even though this book is made for the PC, it works for the game consoles that Tomb Raider is in. It does explain each level, although some are a little hard to understand. I notice that they missed one secret in the City of Khamoon. The pictures are good to look at, but because it is in black and white, it's hard to see them clearly. It is a good book to have in case you are stuck.



5. When it's all said and done, this book will be remembered as one of Prima's better guides. Author Nick Roberts is an obvious professional and details every aspect of the excellent Tomb Raider. While the guide is in black and white (so are the screenshots), the layout is definitely substance over style (which is, in this case, a very good thing). The walkthrough is detailed enough but not too complex, and the overall package is very simple and easy to read. The controls are all very accurate (even though they are for the PC), and Roberts knows what he's talking about. If you buy one Tomb Raider guide, make it this one.

1. This game is really fun with many challenges. It has a lot of strategies. each day you get better and better. in my opinion this is the best video game out. But you need this book to be master at the game.



2. This guide is very good. It reviews all the characters, telling you how to control them, but also the best stratigies for playing against them. It also tells you about the courts and the hidden things. If you are having any trouble beating an opponent this guide will give you the edge!
