1. I've always loved the Soul Reaver series, so when I heard a 2nd installment was going to be issued a couple of years back I was elated. But much like the original, your going to need some help if you want to minimize your frustration with Soul Reaver 2's complicated puzzles and obstacles. That is where this book comes in. Prima's guide was to the point and provided clear instructions on how to master Soul Reaver. Beautiful color illustrations, some background information of the games characters, and combat tips made Soul Reaver 2 a much more enjoyable game to play. Thegame by itself is a masterpiece with stunning graphics, great story line, and very realitic environments, Prima's Soul Reaver 2 guide enhances the magnificance of this epic game.

2. The book is very helpful. The only down side is that the illustrations are extremely small and hard to view.



3. This strategy guide is quite good and covers almost everything in the game but is not as complete as previous guides for other Tak games.

After buying ep3, seeing the depth of the game and being overwhelmed by the sheer number of diverse cards and strategies, you may start thinking about purchasing this strategy guide to help you make sense of its complexity. And this strategy guide from Prima does a pretty good job at sorting it all out. It explains the basics of the game, how the game works, the strengths and weaknesses of each character, it has a very in-depth single player walkthrough, and a massive cardlist with pictures, card stats, and card abilities.

   But its not perfect. For one, out of the 150 pages only 2 are devoted to online play. The majority of people buy this just to play online. Despite its lack of dedicated online coverage, it makes up for in part just because many strategies used in the single player can be carried over online. And this guide has a very strong walkthrough with descriptions and tactics for every battle. It also gives you tips on basic and advanced strategies.
   The guide is well written, and is organized neatly, making it very easy to read.
   I like this guide, and if you are new to the game this is definetly for you. Dedicated online players will benefit from the complete card lists and story charcter stats, but not much else.

1. I think this strategy guide will be great because all other strategy guides by Tim Bogenn all have detailed walkthroughs and information.

1. The guide presented nothing any more comprehensive than the actual guide that came with the game itself. Half the book lists the team with their rosters, and what their star/superstar strengths are. You can find this just as easy as when you play the game itself. Save the money you spend on this guide for extra memory for your console.
