5 comments about Files on JFK.
- To those skeptics who claim we'll never know the truth in our lifetime, ask yourself this question: Would I recognize the truth if I saw it? Wim Dankbaar's elegant research proves the old adage: Truth is indeed stranger than fiction. Thanks, Wim!!
- As a friend of Wim Dankbaar i know how precise he is in his research.
If he can not prove it for 100% he is not accepting it as evidence.
A example?. There is a blurry picture of a two color Chevrolet like the
Maroon with white 1963 Impala SS that James Files was driving in front of the Dal-Tex building after the killing on 22 November 1963.Wim then says: if you look at the shadows it must be after one o clock so it cannot be James his car because they where already gone.
Wim spend 20 years and more than a million dollars of his own money to
find the truth and i believe a 100% he found it.

- This is one great book to read. It is a must read for anyone who is interested in the TRUTH. As a private investigator, I do not subscribe to theories or schools of thought merely because they are in print. I am a true investigator by profession, and any of the information of facts that are presented in this book can be researched by anybody and verified. The only reason why more people have not heard of this book or read it is probably because they don't want to believe it or are too scared by what they might find out. I also think more people haven't read it because our so-called responsible journalists have not been as responsible as they claim to be in covering it.
This book presented information about our government that I already knew from studying politics in college (I have a bachelor's degree in Political Science). It presents information that I have been telling my friends about since I was in college. This information can easily be verified by simple searches on the internet.
I recommend this book to anybody who is really interested in the truth.
- AS A FORMER HOMICIDE DETECTIVE AND IN CHARGE OF A HOMICIDE DISTRICT TEAM IN MY STATE , I HAD MANY QUESTIONS ON THE JFK ASSASSINATION. READING THE BOOK ON FILES ANSWERED 99% OF MY QUESTIONS. ANY ONE WHO WANTS TO KNOW ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED IN DALLAS NEEDS OT READ THIS BOOK, IT IS A BOMB SHELL FOR SURE.

- I'd been looking forward to reading this book and it certainly provides another perspective on the whole JFK conspiracy theories.
I would suggest though that before the next version is produced that someone proof reads it properly. There are many confusing grammatical errors and words missing, leaving the reader to re-read a passage or statement in order to grasp the author's meaning. For me, that fact alone made it an awkward read.
Once again, a book on the JFK assassination that raises more questions than it answers... I doubt that we will ever know the truth.
If you are interested in the JFK conspiracy theory - you will enjoy this book.

1 comments about Contract on America: The Mafia murders of John and Robert Kennedy.
- This appears to be the real truth about the assasination of John F. Kennedy by the Mafia. After you read this book you will have a different opinion of the assisnation and the government along with the cover-up by the Warren Commission. Wait until you read the list of players and the evidence to back-up their stories. If this isn't the truth it sure is the most convincing lie I have ever heard or read. I found this book to be extremely interesting and so compelling that I am going to read it again just to clarify some points in my mind. If you have just the slightest doubt in your mind about the story of the assasination you'll love this one.

5 comments about Final Judgment: The Missing Link in the JFK Assassination Conspiracy.
- Finally the big picture as to who would have ordered the killing of an American President.
Sure , the operation as we know it still occoured which still makes me loath the CIA and Secret Service for participating in it. But , "the powerful force" has been uncovered and exposed--finally.
And without the "established" media, the coup could have not been covered up forever, as it was.
Piper does an excellent job of making every connection to the coup come back to Israel, and it is clear that State Survival is clearly a motive for murder. Not munitions plants, political survival, petty revenge and so forth.
The "unthinkable" had to happen only for such a grand reason. The survival of a country.
I recently listened again, to the American University Speech given by Mr. Kennedy the summer of his demise and can't help but think that speech put the icing on the cake for the plotters.
Another disturbing little known fact until "Final Judgement" was that Kennedy promoted Alegerian independence in 1956. Support for this Arab state resulted in the asassination attempt on DeGaul by the same force that ultimately teamed up with our CIA and killed JFK.
Unfortunately,if JFK had lived and implemented his even handed approach to Middle Eastern affairs, the world terrorism situation would not be as it is. Instead , US policy has been one sided and this has created resentment in the Arab world.
- If all other books written about the JFK Assassination are to be categorized, especially Government-sanctioned ones; i.e. the "Warren Commission Report", they belong to such categories as "Deviant Deceptions", "Fanciful Fictions", or how about "Pompous Pretensions."
This book on the other hand is in a category all by itself, "Factual." The little bit of speculative views, which are distinguished in this book as such, make more sense and are more reasonable than any other book that lay claims to theirs as being factual. Those writers are either, ignorant of, or intentionally hiding the truth, that Michael Collins Piper so clearly articulates.
Thank you Michael Collins Piper for this excellent unmasking, you are a rare breed.
- I read this book about a few months ago and I must say I am quite impressed with Michael Collins Piper. He was so incredibly detailed with his information connecting the dots between the CIA, Mossad, French mercenaries, and the mob. This is simply just profound. Interesting that others saw it as anti-Semitic. I did not. I think Michael Collins Piper is only attemping to throw information out there regardless if it is popular or not. I did not sense any hate, spite, resentment, or prejudice in his analysis of the so-called facts. Regardless of its intrigue, we may never really know what happened that awful day. Highly recommended for anyone who does not believe Oswald killed JFK.
- Although I think Russell's book is better-written, and definitely better-edited, M.C.Piper's book is truly the last word on the assassination...so far.
As Piper himself says, there are still many questions to be answered, so hopefully he'll write a sequel. Until then, this and Russell's book are "it" as far as I'm concerned. He vindicates eveerything Jim Garrison did, which in itself would make the book worthwhile. Reading "On the trail of the assassins," and his later, poignant, "Heritage of stone," you get a sense for Garrison's true sadness over what he found in his investigation...so for his showing the true heroism that Garrsion displayed during his investigation, and the ensuing trial, we owe Collins-Piper a debt of gratitude.
Anyone that calls this author an "anti-semite," or a "right-wing kook," as did some earlier (I'm sure "unbiased") reviewers ought to have their heads (or the allegiances to America) examined. The author is neither. He's an investigator who focused on the elephant that's been in the damned living-room too long: Israel runs our foreign policy, and its time they were shown the "out" door to our political system. He (along with several other writers) are showing Zionism for what it really is: the most devastating, hateful movement known to mankind. Having said all this, I will follow by saying that I have Jews in my own family: aunts, uncles and cousins..."JEWS" NOT "ZIONISTS." So before you say it, you can shove your "anti-semite" garbage. Though I'm fully Italian, I've probably been to more erev shabbas and sater dinners than that KNOB that called Piper an anti-semite. What a jackass!
If a policeman investigates a crime, and finds out that "the butler did it," no one ever accuses the police of being "anti-butlers," but as soon as you say a word against Israel, you're an "anti-semite," (what the hell ever that means anyway) instead of being "pro-truth."
If you can't stand the truth...WHEREVER it leads, then get out of the civilization. Only those who manifest hate and deceit, will hate the truth, and decieve those who search for it. "By deceit" you might "make war," but by constantly looking for the truth, we allow ourselves to grow, and stay free.
- With all of the various conspiracy theories about the JFK assassination, it's probably not surprising that someone would come along and write a book trying to put the blame for the killing on Israel and Jews, the eternal scapegoat. As some of the other reviews here show, some people are all to happy to blame Jews, 'Zionists', and Israel for every misdeed under the sun. Building on theories blaming the CIA and the Mafia for the killing, Michael Piper tries to tie the Israeli Mossad in with these traditional targets of blame, but fails to make any rational case for doing so.
In my opinion, having delved into the JFK assassination for many years, the CIA most likely carried out the killing and had plenty of reasons for doing so, none of which involved Israel, Jews, or the Mossad. In fact, documentary filmmaker Linda Moulton Howe has had CIA involvement in the assassination confirmed to her by two independent CIA sources in different parts of the country.
Only bigots like Piper feel a need to tie Israel and Jews in with this horrendous crime. I would advise those thinking of buying this book to save your money and instead buy other available books on the JFK assassination that focus on the real villains in the case and not on scapegoats.

2 comments about Legend: The Secret World of Lee Harvey Oswald.
- I've read lots of book on the Kennedy assassination, and without question LEGEND ranks as the best, along with the other two books in THA ASSASSINATION CHRONICLES. LEGEND reads like a spy thriller, taking lots of twists and turns, studying the hidden agendas of all government agencies that had something to gain or lose by revealing Lee Harvey Oswald's real purpose in Russia. Through a careful analysis of the available evidence, Epstein points the finger at both the CIA and KGB for hiding and obscuring key facts about Oswald's life in Russia, and uncovers evidence that indicates Oswald was more than he appeared to be. Even handed and thouroughly documented, LEGEND is a must read in assassination lore.
- This 1978 book was made possible by support from the 'Reader's Digest'. It is about Oswald's relations with the intelligence services of 3 nations. The book starts with the defection of Nosenko (Jan 1964) who personally oversaw the KGB file on Oswald (p.7). Nosenko claimed that radar operator Oswald was never debriefed, and of no interest to the KGB (p.8); this story had problems (p.10). The CIA prepared 44 questions to clarify Nosenko's story, but the FBI refused to allow them (p.21). Marina's statements were accepted (p.24). Were her stories accepted because they told what the Govt. wanted to hear (p.42)? Pages 37-7 tell of Nosenko's deceptions, and failing a lie-detector test. But stress reactions measure other emotions besides lying; the Soviet Union did not use lie detectors, the CIA didn't rely on them (p.38). Nosenko's memory proved faulty. This didn't matter: the Warren Commission wanted a "lone gunman" verdict.
Chapter I tells of Oswald's youth. His favorite program was 'I Led Three Lives for the FBI", his ambition was to join the Marine Corps (p.59). He was elected president of his 8th grade class, his intelligence was above average. But schooling in NY city gave him Karl Marx as a hero (p.60)! Oswald joined the Marines, took the Radar Operator's course, and was sent to Atsugi where the CIA's U-2 was flown. Oswald minded his business and did his job well (p.68); he would travel to Tokyo on a 48-hour pass and keep it a secret (p.71). Oswald romanced a high-class hostess and brought her to the base. "There was nothing dumb about Oswald" (p.82). After he left the Marines he went to Moscow; someone there told him "the USSR is only great in literature" [fiction?] and he should go back home (p.106). Oswald was sent to Minsk, and again advised to go back home (p.108). Oswald learned more about "The New Class" and the reality behind the fiction. Pages 110-1 analyze Oswald's diary, and why it was fabricated. Page 137 wonders about Lee's marriage to Marina; but don't girls with an unhappy life at home marry the first chance they get? Oswald's changing statements when preparing his return are analyzed (p.153). Book Three introduces George De Mohrenschildt, who made arrangements in October 1962 to move the Oswalds to Dallas from Fort Worth (p.189). (You wonder who was in control then?) Page 212 claims Oswald took a shot at General Walker, but presents no physical evidence. Oswald's' activities portrayed him as pro-Castro (p.229). Other sources said Oswald had David Ferrie's library card in his possession; there is no mention in this book. Were other facts omitted? The 'Epilogue' says Nosenko was sent to deliver disinformation to the CIA, FBI, and Warren Commission (p.260); the latter wanted to believe this double-agent. Appendix D has a number of questions to clarify Oswald's life. Was this the last book to repeat the conclusions of the Warren Commission? You can find other books that offer more insight into the events of November 22-24 1963, and the aftermath. (The book "High Treason" goes into more detail on the JFK assassination and cover-up.)

5 comments about History Will Not Absolve Us : Orwellian Control, Public Denial, & the Murder of President Kennedy.
- This little-known book contains the distilled thought of a group of prominent and well-respected lawyers and psychiatrists, who were convinced as early as 1963 that Kennedy was shot by the CIA (at the behest of the military-industrial complex) for his increasingly "soft" stance toward Cuba and the USSR. The book contains facts that are both obvious and sinister, and lends credence to Schotz's assertion that almost everyone in America today "believes" in some conspiracy to kill Kennedy, but doesn't really want to know. The book's only weakness is its occasionally overly-complex language; this is not unexpected, given the profession of its authors. No, this is NOT the ravings of another internet-conspiracy-theorist! Read it and you'll agree.
- another book for (people) and romantics who want to believe JFK was not the hardbitten, unreflective, Cold Warrior he was.
- Presents a cohesive theory of the assassination, one that implies that the individuals investigated by Jim Garrisson were only the tip of the proverbial iceberg.
- Good, but ULTIMATE SACRIFICE the best book ever
While I thought this book was worthwhile in many respects, ULTIMATE SACRIFICE is simply the best book ever on the JFK assassination.Still, worth your time.
Vince Palamara-JFK/ Secret Service expert (History Channel, author of two books, in over 30 other author's books, etc.)

BEST JFK ASSASSINATION BOOK: ULTIMATE SACRIFICE
BEST JFK SECRET SERVICE BOOK: SURVIVOR'S GUILT BY YOURS TRULY :)
- The thrust of History Will Not Absolve Us though is not so much sifting through the considerable evidence in a careful, rational manner, but suggesting that some rather special psychological problems exist for ignoring or willfully dismissing what the slightest logical engagement of the mind would show to be the truth. The author is especially interested in why key figures on the political left, notably the editors of The Nation and well known academics/writers such as Noam Chomsky and I.F. Stone, represented that the Warren Commission was authoritative and worthy of acceptance: "It is patently obvious that pigs flew out of that man's butt... (and anyone who disagrees is a conspiracy nut)."
